Ally is pleased to announce a capitalized cost reduction allowance (CCRA) on select new electric vehicles.
Ally will offer a CCRA on qualifying SmartLease ® or ComTRAC ® transactions for Audi Dealers.

- CCRA must be used entirely to reduce the capitalized cost of the lease and cannot be used for other upfront amounts due
- Ally CCRA must be disclosed properly on the SmartLease Agreement
- SmartLease CCRA must be disclosed on line 6b, “Rebates and Noncash Credits” and as part of the capitalized cost reduction disclosed on Lines 5a and Line 7b
- ComTRAC CCRA must be disclosed on the Cap Cost Reduction line and in the Initial Amounts Due section of the Schedule 1

Compatibility:
- Compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market (i.e., other CCRA promotions, Dealer Bonus Cash, etc.)
- Compatible with Reduced Admin Fee Promotions
- Compatible with Ally Dealer Rewards (Volume Targets & Reward)

Funding:
When dealer submits the draft, the draft amount should not include the amount of the CCRA. The dealer will
receive the CCRA amount automatically through SmartCash as a “Misc. To Dealer” item after the contract is
booked; when dealer does not submit a draft, dealer will receive the CCRA amount with the proceeds when the
contract is booked.

Important Notes:
- When using NetQuote to estimate payments, manually enter the qualifying Ally promotional CCRA amount(s) in the “ Other Reductions ” field (if
- Standard DFI parameters apply
- A completed Contract Rate Verification form must be submitted with each contract package

Mazda Loyalty Reward Program Announcement
Exclusive Mazda Loyalty Reward for loyal Mazda owners on the Purchase or Lease of any
new and unused 25MY and Newer Mazda vehicle.

Eligible Customers:  Current Mazda owners.
Current vehicle trade-in or lease termination is NOT required to participate in program.
This offer JS transferable within household, must live at the same address.
All returning Mazda Financial Services Lessee's are eligible.

New and unused 25MY CX-70 MHEV & CX-70 PHEV and Newer Mazda vehicles. Must be New (unused, unregistered and under 6,000 miles). Untitled dealer demonstrators under 6,000 miles.
Ineligible Vehicles: Any other 25MY or older vehicles, F (Fleet), Insurance, Dealer Daily Rentals, Buy-Back Vehicles. Vehicles intended for export or brokered units, C, L, and P Code Units, or any other commercial entities. Business and Commercial entities are not eligible for Mazda Loyalty.

Program Applicability
Mazda Loyalty Reward can be combined with other public offers including but not limited to MFS Lease, Customer Cash back and APR incentives/offers.
Mazda Loyalty Reward is stackable with one other private offer including but not limited to Military Program and Step-up program. 
Mazda Loyalty Reward can be combined with other disaster or crisis private offers. 
The Mazda Loyalty Reward purchase incentive has no cash value and must be applied within the lease as a capital cost reduction and as a purchase as a rebate.

Eligible Customers: People eligible for the Military Appreciation Incentive include active United States duty services 
members, reserves, retirees, or disabled veterans. Additionally, any service member within 2 years 
of separation qualifies with honorable discharge from one of the following United States branches: 
Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, National Guard, Space Force, Coast Guard.

A Military Retiree is someone who has served at least 20 years in a United States Armed Force.

Family including spouse and children are eligible but must live at the same address. Transferable 
within household only.

Offer only available for purchases within the United States.

The name on the RDR has to match the name on the contract or lease agreement

There is a limit of TWO (2) purchases per person per year for the Military Appreciation Incentive.

Program Applicability: Military Appreciation incentive can be combined with other public offers including but not limited 
to customer cash back, MFS lease and APR incentives/offers, Mazda New Vehicle Purchase Plan (E-Plan 
and S-Plan).

Military Appreciation Incentive Program can only be combined with the National Mazda Loyalty 
program and one other Regional private incentive including but not limited to: Regional Conquest 
Programs or Regional Lease to Lease Loyalty Programs.

Military Appreciation incentive has no cash value and must be applied within the purchase or lease

Untitled 2024 Mazda dealer demonstrators under 6,000 miles.

Ineligible Vehicles:    All other MY vehicles. Any P-Code units. Fleet (RDR code F), Commercial 
(RDR code C), Dealer Service Loaner (RDR code L), Insurance, Buyback and Certified Pre-Owned 
vehicles.
Residency Restriction: Certain restrictions may apply based on DMV Registration ZIP Code.

Eligible Customers:   Customers donating a vehicle to Vehicles for Change. This offer IS 
transferrable within household.

Proof of Eligibility:    One copy of each of the following documents is required for redemption and 
must be kept in the sales jacket:

the same address. Current owner's vehicle must be titled/registered under their name on the title 
or registration and must match the name on the purchaser's current driver's license, or the address 
on the title or registration must match the address on the purchaser's current driver's license or 
other proof of residency (i.e. prior month's utility bill in name of purchaser at current address, 
current property tax bill in name of purchaser at current address). Copy of vehicle registration or 
official documentation.


Program Applicability:
•  Mazda Donation Bonus Cash can be combined with other public and private offers
including but not limited to customer cash back, lease and APR incentives / offers,
Military Appreciation, Loyalty Offer.
• Only one Donation Bonus Cash offer per vehicle sold is allowed.
•  Mazda Donation Bonus Cash incentive has no cash value and must be applied within the purchase or 
lease structure, as a capital cost reduction.


Reporting Guidelines:    All documentation MUST be submitted within 90 days of RDR date.

1. The vehicle must be RDR'd correctly when entered through eMDCS RDR process by selecting this 
program in the Customer Special Programs section.
2.  Send a copy of all required items to Mazda Program Headquarters and keep a copy of all required 
documentation in the sales jacket.
3. "Mazda Cash Back Rebate Form" must be filled out and the contract or buyer's order must be 
attached.
4. A copy of the purchaser's current driver's license and a copy of the current registration or 
title or qualifying document.
5. Owner's name on the RDR must either match the name on the certificate, or in the case of 
transfer of the certificate, to an eligible member residing at the same address. A certificate may 
be transferred only once.
