LFS Lease Cash

PROGRAM GUIDELINES:

Customers leasing a new, unused and unlicensed, eligible vehicle and utilizing subvened lease offered through Lexus Financial Services (LFS) are entitled to Lease Cash if they meet the following conditions:
1. Customer is using subvened lease offered through LFS (i.e. offer is not good with customer cash offers or retail financing done with financial
institutions other than LFS)
2. Lease Contract term is less than or equal to 36 months on eligible models.
3. Lease amount is being applied as a non-cash credit to the amount being financed (i.e. no payments will be made directly to consumers).

DEALER REQUIREMENTS
1. On all lease agreements, the cash must be used towards either the Amount Due at Lease Signing or as a Capitalized cost reduction on any LFS
contract.
2. This reduction must appear as a separate line item on the contract worksheets provided to LFS and the customer.
3. Dealer must retain a completed, signed copy of the form in the Customer file for audit purposes.
4. Lexus HQ will reimburse dealers for the Lexus Eastern Area Special Lease Cash Program once the deal is RDR’d, Incentive Application (IA)
submitted in Dealer Daily, and the contract is processed and booked by Lexus Financial Services.
5. Lexus will issue payment to Dealers via ACH or check.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Offer valid on any new, unused and unlicensed, vehicle (as specified on page one) leased from dealer stock during the program period and registered with
the appropriate state motor vehicle department. Fleet purchasers are excluded.
2. Offer void where prohibited.
3. Ineligible sales:
• All category “J” car and truck sales.
• All TMNA Special Purchase Program (Type Sales Code 02) car and truck sales.
• Vehicles reported sold during the program period and subsequently rolled back.
• Vehicles sold in violation of Lexus’s export policy.
• Vehicles traded from one dealership to another are ineligible for the trading (sending) dealership.
• All vehicles sold to conversion companies.
• Vehicles sold to a broker, used-vehicle dealer, or any other reseller that are not delivered to the ultimate consumers during the program period.
• Vehicles that are not officially registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.
• Vehicles utilizing dealer or other similar plates which preclude the need to register the individual vehicle with the appropriate state motor vehicle
department
• Vehicles placed in dealer demo service.
• Vehicles purchased through authorized Lexus auctions.
• For Sales/Travel contests, sales of more than 20 vehicles of the same series/model to any one account in the same program month

The following sales will be ineligible unless explicitly approved by Toyota Motor North America
• Vehicles registered to any Lexus distributor or dealership or to any business corporation in which any Lexus distributor or dealership has ownership
interest
• Vehicles sold to a Distributor-owned or Dealer-owned rental company.
• Sales of more than 20 vehicles of the same series/model to any one account in the same program month
• This offer is paid for by Lexus and may not be used in conjunction with another Lexus or LFS offers.
• All certificates are subject to audit. Any rollback or invalid certificates will be charged back to the selling Dealer.
• All matters of program eligibility and qualification will be conclusively resolved by Lexus Headquarters.
• Lexus headquarters reserves the right to change product specifications at any time without incurring obligations.
• One coupon per lease transaction.

Customer Eligibility
Customers must:
1. Be approved for financing by LFS.
2. Lease a New, unused and unlicensed eligible Lexus vehicle through a participating Lexus Dealer and LFS.
3. Sign and complete the appropriate Lexus Standard Lease Cash form.

Maximum Terms
Lease contracts: Up to 60 Months
Eligible Tiers
Lease Standard Programs: All Tiers are eligible.
*Must be Credit approved by LFS.

Dealer Participation
Dealer participation eligibility is driven by program rate type (standard or subvened and retail or lease). Please refer to the applicable rate letter for full participation eligibility details.

Cash Reimbursement
• Lexus (HQ) will reimburse the dealer for the Standard Lease cash once the following is completed:
1. Dealer submits the Incentive Application (IA) and RDR.
2. An eligible standard contract is booked by LFS.
3. The retail date on the RDR and Contract date must be within the incentive period.
• Reimbursements will be done through the iPlus system- via ACH or check (depending on what the dealer is signed up for).
• Payments will be processed weekly and available to reconcile via Incentive Status Portal on Dealer Daily.

Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

Ally is pleased to announce a Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program for dealers submitting Lease to Retail contracts to Ally.
When an Ally SmartLease customer exercises their option to purchase their vehicle and finances it through Ally the dealer will receive a cash bonus!

Eligible Dealers: All Automotive Dealers in All States

Eligible Transactions
- Used Standard Rate Retail Transactions
- Lease to Retail transactions Only
- The Lessee must purchase the vehicle they originally leased

Payment Details
- Ally will provide a cash bonus Lease to Retail payment when a lessee/co-lessee exercises their purchasing option and finances through Ally
- The payment is applicable to the dealers' state in which the transaction is completed
- The payment will be paid via the monthly Statement of Dealer Transactions (SDT)
- The payment is payable in addition to Minimum Participation and standard rate-based Dealer Finance Income and is not subject to chargebacks

Dealers must select 'Lease to Retail' in RouteOne and Dealertrack when submitting the Lease to Retail application to Ally.

Important Notes:
- This program is compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market
- Documentary, administrative and unofficial fees are prohibited any time an Ally lessee exercises the purchase option
- Dealer finance income may not exceed applicable Ally limits or amounts limited by state law

Dealer Instructions: 
Apply this certificate toward the down payment or capitalized cost reduction. THE CERTIFICATE AMOUNT MUST BE CLEARLY STATED IN THE “REBATES AND NONCASH CREDITS” OR SIMILAR DESIGNATION ON THE CONTRACT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT. For lease and finance contracts, dealer must send the original qualified Lexus certificate AND a copy of the contract with the certificate amount STATED ON the line identified for “Rebates and Noncash Credits” or a similar designation. All certificates must contain the new model and VIN number and must be signed and dated by the customer to be valid. The customer must take retail delivery on or before the expiration date for the certificate to be valid. Retain a copy of the certificate for your files.

Customer Instructions: Offer valid for the person named above who purchases or leases an eligible new Lexus at a participating Lexus dealer. Offer void where prohibited. Negotiate your best deal first, and then give the certificate to your dealer who will apply the discount toward the purchase price, toward the down payment on a finance contract, or toward the amount due at lease signing with any remainder toward the capitalized cost reduction on a lease. On approved credit. Not all applicants will qualify. Customer must take retail delivery on or before the expiration date for the certificate to be valid. If your vehicle is purchased for cash or financed through a lender other than the dealer, the certificate will be applied to the cash sales price. This certificate is transferable within a customer’s immediate family (spouse or children) residing at the same address. Limit one certificate per any new Lexus. To obtain the College Reward benefits the customer must be (1) currently enrolled in an eligible degree program or
be a graduate from an eligible school within the current Incentive period or within the two years prior* to the
incentive period start date (2) provide proof of eligible degree status (3) provide proof of graduation all as defined
below.
Eligible School / Degree Programs: An “eligible school” is an accredited school in the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin
Islands or Puerto Rico. An “eligible degree” is defined as one of the following from an eligible school:
• A four-year undergraduate degree from a college/university or a registered nursing program; OR
• A two-year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or technical
college or university; OR
• A graduate degree or current enrollment in a graduate school degree program.

Eligible Degree Status:
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate school degree program from an Eligible School; OR
• Have already obtained an Eligible Degree from an Eligible School within two years (as defined above).
Updated Process: Eligibility verification requirements:
• The customer MUST create an ID.me account and complete the verification process themselves.
• DO NOT use the dealer/dealer associate email address to “help” the customer create the account. ID.me
will detect these accounts and they will be suspended and flagged as “potentially fraudulent”. This may also
cause the customer to not be able to verify their identity through ID.me.
• If the customer fails verification, creating another account WILL NOT solve the issue and will only further
complicate the process. The car buyer should contact ID.me Member Support by emailing Help@id.me

To qualify for financing the customer must also:
• At contract signing, furnish verifiable proof of present employment or proof of future employment, which
will begin within 120 days of credit approval, with salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and
vehicle payments; AND
• Be approved for credit by, and finance or lease “the Vehicle” through a participating Dealer and LFS.
During the last 24 months, all obligations on your credit report must have been paid within 60 days of the
due date and your credit report must not show more than $1,000 in total charge-offs.
• To receive the College Reward benefits, the signer or co-signer must meet all the College Reward
qualifications.

2. Must be in current active-duty status in the U.S. Military (Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines, National Guard,
Coast Guard and active Reserve) OR a U.S. Military inactive reserve (I.e., Ready Reserve) that are part of the
Individual Read Reserve, Selected Reserve and Inactive National Guard; OR
3. An honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Military within two calendar years of their discharged date; OR
4. A retired U.S. Military veteran, regardless of the date of separation from active service; OR
5. A spouse/surviving spouse and dependents of an eligible U.S. Military personnel (including Gold Star Family
Members):
• Goldstar family members are family members of a fallen hero(s) and are also considered as household
and/or family member are eligible for this program.

1. The Dealer and Customer must complete the Lexus Lease or Retail Cash form.
2. On all lease agreements, the cash must be used towards the amount due at lease signing with any remainder towards the capitalized cost reduction. This reduction must appear as a separate line item on the contract worksheets provided to LFS and the customer.
3. Dealer must submit this original form and the retail or lease contract to the Dealer Funding Team for booking and payment.
4. Lexus will issue payment to Dealers.

Effective July 1st, 2025 to August 4th, 2025, Lexus and Lexus Financial Services (LFS) are pleased to announce the Lexus Western
Area Standard Lease Cash Program. Eligible customers who lease a new, unused, or unlicensed eligible Lexus vehicle from dealer stock
through participating Lexus Dealers lease through LFS are eligible for the Lexus Western Area Standard Lease Cash Program.
