Audi of America (AoA) is pleased to announced Season of Audi Customer Credit. During the specified program period,
AoA will pay a customer credit toward the purchase, finance, or lease of an eligible vehicle, as outlined below.

Claim Submission Process
Dealer must submit a completed and signed digital Customer Consent Claim Form at the time of sale*, along with all
required documentation via the Audi Incentives Claims Portal on iAudi under “Vehicle Sales & CPO” > “Audi Incentive
Claims Portal.”
Required Documentation:
? New vehicle sales agreement (Lease Contract or Buyer’s Order) with Season of Audi Customer Credit disclosed and
customer signature.
? Digital Customer Consent Claim Form. (*Digital Customer Consent Claim Form must be created and signed by the
customer at the time of sale, ensuring acknowledgement of receipt of the incentive offer. This incentive offer will
expire at the end of the program period and the Digital Customer Consent Claim Form cannot be created after the
incentive offer expiration).

Other Rules 
Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported.
Vehicles must be sold and reported during the same monthly sales period.
Any unit found to be “unwound” or “reinstated” during or after the program period could result in a
chargeback of one or more units previously paid under the program.
Audi has the right to amend or cancel this program at any time for any reason.
The dealer review period for this program is open for sixty (60) days following the close of the end of
the sales period. Accordingly, all payment discrepancies must be reported to Audi by the dealer review
period end date with no exceptions.

Season of Audi Customer Credit

AoA/VWGoA Employee/Contract Employee Purchase Program

*CLAIM SUBMISSION REQUIRED*

This program is designed to provide an incentive for employees and contract employees of AoA or VWGoA who finance or lease a new Audi vehicle
through Audi Financial Services (AFS). Participating dealers agree to sell eligible vehicles at MSRP less 12% plus any current and eligible retail
incentives. Dealers will receive a reimbursement of 6% of MSRP.

Claim Submission
Dealer must submit a completed and signed AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Form (specific to the individual) AND AFS CEPP Claim Form (available in
[Appendix]), along with all required documentation via the Audi Financial Services Funding Package.
Required Documentation: Vehicle invoice; AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Form (specific to the individual); AFS CEPP Claim Form.
Certificates for both contract and direct employees are available on the Corporate Sales Website (http://www.corporatesalessite.com/audi/) or on
VINNIE. Direct employees will need to enter their eight (8) digit employee number to access their form. Contract employees will need to obtain an
approval signature from authorized AoA/VWGoA personnel. Additional customer eligibility is subject to AFS approval.
Please see the sample copies of the AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Forms for additional details (available in the [Appendix]).
Funding packages must be received by the 15th of the month.

Program Rules
Participation Eligibility 
Subject to credit approval. All applicants must qualify under AFS standard credit underwriting criteria.
Eligible customers are current and active direct or contract employees of AoA or VWGoA.
The customer must present the participating Dealer a valid AoA/VWGoA Employee or Contract Employee Purchase Program
Certificate (samples available in [Appendix]).
Eligible individuals may purchase up to two (2) Audi vehicles per year through this program.
Dealer participation in this program is voluntary.

Other Rules No Rent Charge Factor or rate participation allowed. No flats will be paid.
Please remind customers that they must make at least 11 invoiced payments before paying their account off.
Vehicles must be leased or financed through AFS, with the employee or contract employee as the primary owner/lessee, and the AFS
account must remain open for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
Only vehicles that are currently in a dealer’s pipeline (Status 10-50) can be applied to this program. Factory orders will NOT be
accepted.
Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported. Vehicle must be sold and reported during the same monthly sales period as a retail
Kind of Sale (KOS) 0 to qualify.
Vehicles reported in the Dealership’s name or address are NOT eligible for payment under this program.
Vehicles sold through this program DO COUNT AND PAY in Margin Bonus.
Dealer reimbursement: 6% of MSRP paid by AFS after contract has funded.
AoA and AFS reserve the right to audit and chargeback the incentive if abuse of the program is discovered through early payoffs
within twelve (12) months of the contract date.
Dealers will not be charged back on total loss vehicles paid off within twelve (12) months of funding date.
All deals are subject to verification and validation through the reporting system.
Audi has the right to amend or cancel this program at any time for any reason.
The dealer review period for this program is open for sixty (60) days following the close of the end of the sales period. Accordingly,
all payment discrepancies must be reported to Audi by the dealer review period end date with no exceptions.

AoA/VWGoA Employee/Contract Employee Purchase Program


The Audi of America Association Benefit program is designed to support dealer retail sales to members of
select occupational associations within the United States!

-Customer must present a valid ABP Certificate, proof of identification (government issued), and 
  proof of membership with eligible association to be eligible to receive the ABP discount.

-Only one offer per VIN will be accepted and the combination of multiple ABP offers is prohibited.

-Association Benefit program incentives are reimbursed by Audi of America upon submission and 
  validation of the A20UABP1 Claim form, proof of membership with eligible association, and vehicle 
  sales agreement.

-Dealer must submit all required documentation via the Audi Incentives Claims Portal found on iAudi 
  under “Vehicle Sales & CPO” -> “Audi Incentive Claims

-Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported and must be sold and reported as retail KOS 0 or 2.

-Dealer will be reimbursed ABP amount provided customer discount meets program rules and customer

Customer Appreciation Certificate Program

During the outlined program period below, Dealers will earn one (1) New Vehicle closing 
certificate per (1) reported CPO sale in prior sales month period. Certificate acts as a customer 
credit incentive. ‘Customer Appreciation Certificates’ can be used toward the purchase, finance, 
or lease of an eligible vehicle. All certificates expire at the end of the Sales Month the certificate was issued.

Claim Submission
Dealer must submit a completed and signed digital Customer Consent Claim Form at the time of sale*, along with 
all required documentation via the Audi Incentives Claims Portal on iAudi under “Vehicle Sales & CPO” > 
“Audi Incentive Claims Portal.”

 Required Documentation: 

? Marketing material (print or email) containing customer’s name and unique offer code.
? New vehicle sales agreement (Lease Contract or Buyer’s Order) with Custom Offer Reactivation Bonus disclosed and customer signature.

an Audi franchise. These employees do not work directly in an Audi
dealer and do not have an active profile in the Audi Learning
Management System.

The scope of this incentive applies to ONLY the affiliated Employee.
Affiliated Dealer employee must be the Primary lessee/buyer on the
contract
All parties on the contract must have the same address to qualify for the incentive.
Parents (including in-laws), and siblings (including in-laws) are not eligible for this incentive and cannot appear on the contract.
Subject to credit approval. All applicants must qualify under AFS standard credit underwriting criteria.
Employee must be in the CRC and must provide proof of employment, their Audi dealer code, 3-digit sales code, and LMS ID on the claim form
to be eligible for the above mentioned discount and additional bonus.
Major League Soccer (MLS) partners will receive the same benefit as Audi Dealership Employees and will follow the same rules as these sales.
MLS-affiliated personnel must provide proof of affiliation such as a pay stub, business card, or other official documentation. This program is
only MLS players and employees of an MLS organization.

Program Restrictions
 No Rent Charge Factor or rate participation allowed. No flats will be paid.
Negative equity and/or any upfront charges cannot be included in Capitalized Cost reduction amount. The selling price as noted on the claim
form must match the contract, i.e. must be equal to or less than the claim form.
Employees are eligible to purchase or lease up to three (3) vehicles per year through this program, and purchases must be financed or leased
through Audi Financial Services.
Please remind customers (in this case, dealership personnel) that they must make at least 11 invoiced payments before paying their account

Audi of America, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to audit and charge back the dealership’s reimbursement incentive if abuse of the
program is found in any way, including through early payoffs prior to 11 invoiced payments being made. In the event of a chargeback, AFS
will administer the chargeback of the dealership’s reimbursement, on behalf of Audi of America, through a debit to the dealer’s reserve
statement.

IDL Bonus Cash

PROGRAM TYPE:
Refer to Incentive Program Rules Manual (previously referred to as the Gold Book) and Incentive Summary Communications.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers a $500 cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1/B) or lease (Type Sale L/E) of an eligible vehicle. Eligible consumers include members of an eligible First Responder Association including: Police, Fire Department and EMT.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CONSUMER ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible consumers include: Police Officer, Sheriff/Sheriff’s Deputy, Correctional officer, State Trooper, Federal Law Enforcement Officer, 911 Operators and Dispatchers, Career Firefighter, Volunteer Firefighter, EMT and Paramedic.
Eligible customers must be in possession of a valid First Responders Validation ID that was generated from the 'Get Authorization Number' link which is located on each of the Brands First Responder website.
Customers must verify their First Responder eligibility by providing the following information:
First Responder Type, Organization, Full Legal First and Last Name, Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year) and email address.
If eligible, an instant validation with a First Responders Validation ID will be provided. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership.
Surviving spouses of eligible First Responders who died in the line of duty should generate a First Responders Validation ID by entering the following information on behalf of their deceased spouse:
First Responder Type, Organization, Full Legal First and Last Name and Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year). The email address of the surviving spouse should be entered to receive validation. Additional supporting documentation such as a copy of the death certificate and a letter from department human resources verifying the loss of life while on the job as either a Police Officer, Fireman or EMT may be required.
If eligible, an instant validation with a First Responders Validation ID will be provided. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership.

The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The retail purchaser’s order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicle’s purchase price, or in the case of a lease customer, as reducing the total lease obligation (12-month minimum lease term).
When the qualifying documentation presented bears a former or changed name, the customer must substantiate the former/changed name with a copy of legal documentation, (i.e., marriage certificate, divorce decree, court order). The dealer must retain copy of the name change documentation to verify customer eligibility.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
Dealers must validate a customer’s First Responders Validation ID through Incentive Configurator on DealerCONNECT.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order/purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.

FIRST RESPONDER BONUS CONSUMER CASH

Program Description This program offers eligible consumers a Cash Allowance applied toward the Type Sale 1 or B of eligible vehicles
to residents of the states and counties listed in the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section.
Dealers must verify customer eligibility in accordance with the program criteria outlined in the Qualifying Program
Criteria section listed below and retain verification in the deal jacket.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer cash
incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as
Type of Sale B and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Consumer Eligibility The conquest vehicle must be on the eligible list below and must have been titled for a minimum of thirty (30) days
to qualify for this program.
If the vehicle has already been turned in or was declared a total loss by an insurance agency, it must have been
within the last thirty (30) calendar days in order to be eligible.
The customer must meet all eligibility requirements and must be the primary user on the contract and named on
the Title and/or Owner’s Registration. The primary user of the vehicle must be the insurer of the vehicle.
The Stellantis brand vehicle must be registered and insured in the name of the eligible purchaser consistent with
the primary user name on the conquest vehicle or their immediate family member living in the same household.
A conquest VIN may be used on a maximum of five (5) new vehicle purchases/leases for the lifetime of the
conquest VIN. Up to five (5) vehicles using the same conquest VIN must be purchased or leased on the same day
from the same dealership location.

South BC Holiday LD Conquest Retail Bonus Cash

PROGRAM TYPE:

This program offers a $500 cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1/B) or lease (Type Sale L/E) of an eligible vehicle. Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged).
Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans or veterans rated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as Individually Unemployable are eligible.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CONSUMER ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged). Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans are eligible.
Eligible branches of the military are: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps.
Effective May 19, 2022 a new Military Validation process is in effect.

Eligible customers must be in possession of a valid ‘Military Authorization Number’ that was generated either from the 'Get Military Authorization Number' or ‘Get Disabled Military Authorization’ link which is located on each of the Brand’s websites on the Military Bonus Cash page.
Customers must verify their military eligibility by providing the following information:
Active and retired military personnel: Status, Branch of Service, Full Legal First and Last Name, Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year) and email address.
Disabled military personnel: Branch of Service, Full Legal First and Last Name, Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year), Discharge date and email address.
Eligible active and retired military personnel will receive an instant validation and a ‘Military Authorization Number’ will be provided. Eligible disabled military personnel will receive a ‘Military Authorization Number’ following a document validation. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership. This code will be valid for sixty (60) days.

MILITARY BONUS CONSUMER CASH


PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers eligible consumers a cash allowance coupon to be applied toward the retail purchase or lease (Type Sale 1,B,L,E) of an eligible vehicle.
Eligible customers will be contacted through US postal system or electronically. Only one coupon will be allowed per eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this coupon at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, FIAT or Alfa Dealership.
Eligible customers are required to trade-in the VIN indicated on the coupon and finance through Stellantis Financial Services. Proof of trade-in will be required.
Customers are required to provide the coupon and/or email that contains their certificate information to the dealer at the time of purchase.
Only one coupon can be applied to the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle and only one coupon/allowance per person.
Lost coupons will be honored. Please call the incentives hotline to verify customer eligibility.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
Customers who are in possession of the original coupon are automatically qualified to receive benefit under
this program.
The coupon must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
The coupon is not transferable to anyone or any vehicle outside the recipient and vehicle indicated on the original coupon. Proof of address and ownership of vehicle is required.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order / purchase contract. This computation must be done at the time of sale and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.
Customer must trade in the VIN listed on the certificate and sign the Pricing and Acknowledgement form that clearly shows the trade-in VIN.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
Dealer will not be reimbursed for coupon value until Pricing and Acknowledgement has been submitted and verified with proof of title change for the vehicle indicated in the coupon and government issued ID of vehicle owner.
Required documentation must be emailed to paperwork@stellantis.com for review.
The coupon must be retained by the selling dealer in the deal jacket for verification of this program. In the event of a missing certificate, a copy of the TDM inquiry must be retained in the deal jacket.
Dealer must complete the Pricing and Acknowledgement form and obtain the customer signature. This form will be provided to SFS before completion of new vehicle financing.
Dealers should verify a customer’s TDM eligibility and certificate number by using the Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry Application on DealerCONNECT under the sales tab. Proof of validation must be retained in the deal jacket.
The FCA US Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) is also available to confirm the customer name appears on the galley list and is eligible. Only a customer whose name appears on the list is eligible to participate.
Any claim reported through DealerCONNECT without required proof of eligibility could result in a dealer chargeback, or non-payment of a dealer claim. Dealers must submit paperwork within 90 days of vehicle sale in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
