"2025 ADX Conquest Offer" provides dealerships with $1,000 on 2025 ADX vehicles when select current competitive vehicle owners purchase or lease a new and not previously reported sold 2025 ADX vehicle.


Conquest Eligibility: Current owners of any 2015 or newer Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Ford, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Kia, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen, or Volvo vehicle.

•	Eligible vehicle must be sold, delivered, and reported during the program period.
•	Dealer must claim VIN in the Acura Performance Center (www.AcuraPerformanceCenter.com) during the claiming period.
•	EXCEPTIONS for late claims will NOT be considered


CLIENT ELIGIBILITY:

•	Client must provide one of the following as their Proof of Ownership of eligible vehicle:
o	Current vehicle registration
o	Current vehicle proof of valid auto insurance
o	Current vehicle billing statement (AFS clients only)
o	Current vehicle payoff quote (AFS clients only)
•	Client is not required to trade-in their current vehicle.
•	Members of the same household are eligible – the Proof of Ownership document must show the same current address which matches the contract.

IF LEASING OR FINANCING WITH AFS:

•	Offer is not valid if the client does not meet AFS credit criteria.
•	Client must lease or finance with AFS for a minimum of 24 months or more of regularly scheduled payments.
•	Must be disclosed as capitalized cost reduction or down payment assistance on the contract.


CLAIMING REIMBURSEMENT:

For non-AFS clients (new vehicles):

•	Dealer Reimbursement Process:
o	Vehicle must be sold, delivered, and reported during the program period.
o	Dealer must claim VIN in the Acura Performance Center (www.AcuraPerformanceCenter.com) during the claiming period.
•	Dealer retains a copy of the Claim Confirmation and one of the Proof of Ownership documents for use in future audits as needed.
o	Acceptable Proof of Ownership documents include:
?	Current vehicle registration
?	Current vehicle proof of valid auto insurance
•	Only one award may be redeemed per VIN. Multiple conquest vehicle ownerships do not allow for more than one award per qualified vehicle.
For AFS clients (new vehicles):

•	Dealer Reimbursement Process:

U.S. Military Veteran Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:

•	Veteran clients must be within 2 years of separation.

•	Must provide one of the following: A copy of a DFAS Retiree Account Statement (RAS) Confirmation Form or a Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active-Duty).


U.S. Military Retiree Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:

•	Must provide one of the following: A copy of a DFAS Retiree Account Statement (RAS) Confirmation Form or a Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active-Duty) or a Retiree Verification of Pay Letter or a Letter from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) showing service- connected evaluation indicating disability.

U.S. Military Spouse Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:

•	Spouse of Active-Duty U.S. Military or Ready Reserve:

o	Must provide proof of relationship by presenting an ID and a copy of their spouse’s LES or DFAS Confirmation Form or their Current Orders that shows Activation dates (for Activated National Guard or Reserve members).

Gold Star Family Member Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:

o	"Next of Kin" only includes children, brothers, sisters, half-brothers, and half-sisters; and the term "children" includes stepchildren and children through adoption.
