when leased or financed through Acura Financial Services (AFS).

VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY:

•	Vehicle must be new and not previously reported sold.
•	Precision Crafted Courtesy Vehicles (PCCV) & Precision Crafted Shuttle Vehicles (PCSV) are NOT eligible.
•	Fleet sales are NOT eligible.
•	Sales to Dealer owned entities are NOT eligible.
•	Delivery must be out of dealer stock by program's end date.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY:

•	Client must meet all requirements and provide proof of eligibility as outlined below:

AFS Minimum Requirements:

•	Offer must be used with a valid new vehicle retail finance, Acura Luxury Lease™ or Acura Leadership Purchase Plan® through Acura Financial Services (AFS).
•	Offer is not valid if the client does not meet AFS credit criteria.
•	Client must lease or finance with AFS for a minimum of 24 months or more of regularly scheduled payments.
•	Must be disclosed as capitalized cost reduction or down payment assistance on the contract.
•	Eligible client must be listed on the AFS contract as the primary buyer.
Client Eligibility:

•	Client has graduated within the past two years or will graduate within the next six months with a doctorate’s, master’s, bachelor’s or associate’s degree from a U.S.-accredited college or registered nursing school.

Client Proof of Eligibility Requirement:
•	Must provide a copy of a diploma or college transcripts as proof of graduation eligibility and all other documents as required by AFS.

INCENTIVE OFFER:
•	Offer is for one Military Appreciation Offer per eligible new vehicle.
•	Vehicle sale must meet all of the requirements under the “Vehicle Eligibility” section.

•	U.S. Military Veterans who are within 2 years of separation from active service and their spouses.
o	Veteran: A service member who was discharged or released from service under conditions other than dishonorable.
•	U.S. Military Retirees (Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard or Active Reserve) and their spouses.
 
o	Military Retiree: Service members who remained on Active-Duty or served in the Reserves / Guard for 20 years or more or retired medically.
•	Gold Star family members.

Active-Duty U.S. Military or Ready Reserve Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:
•	Must provide one of the following: A copy of a Military Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) or a Defense Finance and Accounting (DFAS) Confirmation Form or Current Orders that shows Activation dates (for Activated National Guard or Reserve members).

U.S. Military Veteran Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:

•	Veteran clients must be within 2 years of separation.

•	Must provide one of the following: A copy of a DFAS Retiree Account Statement (RAS) Confirmation Form or a Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active-Duty).


U.S. Military Retiree Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:

•	Must provide one of the following: A copy of a DFAS Retiree Account Statement (RAS) Confirmation Form or a Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active-Duty) or a Retiree Verification of Pay Letter or a Letter from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) showing service- connected evaluation indicating disability.

U.S. Military Spouse Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:

•	Spouse of Active-Duty U.S. Military or Ready Reserve:

o	Must provide proof of relationship by presenting an ID and a copy of their spouse’s LES or DFAS Confirmation Form or their Current Orders that shows Activation dates (for Activated National Guard or Reserve members).

•	Spouse of U.S. Military Veteran:
o	Veteran/Spouse must be within 2 years of separation.
o	Must provide proof of relationship by presenting an ID and a copy of their spouse’s DFAS RAS Confirmation Form or a Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active-Duty).

•	Spouse of U.S. Military Retiree:

o	Must provide proof of relationship by presenting an ID and a copy of their spouse’s DFAS RAS Confirmation Form or a Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active-Duty) or their Retiree Verification of Pay Letter or a Letter from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) showing service-connected evaluation indicating disability.




Gold Star Family Member Client Proof of Eligibility Requirements:
•	Gold Star family members are immediate relatives (widow, parents, next of kin) of members of the U.S. Armed Forces who have been killed in combat or in support of certain military activities.
o	"Parents” include mother, father, stepmother, stepfather, mother through adoption, father through adoption, and foster parents.
o	"Next of Kin" only includes children, brothers, sisters, half-brothers, and half-sisters; and the term "children" includes stepchildren and children through adoption.

•	Gold Star family members must provide one of the following:
 
o	Copy of the Report of Casualty (DD Form 1300)
o	Copy of the application for the Gold Star lapel button (DD Form 3)
