AFS EV LEASE BONUS - LEASING DISCLOSURE INSTRUCTIONS:

The Tax Credit MUST to be fully disclosed as a Cap Cost Reduction and may not be used in any other items listed in the amount due
at lease signing or delivery.
Tax credits are only available to the party that first titles the car. The tax credit is NOT available to subsequent leases or sales of the
VIN, including Courtesy Vehicles.
The bonus program must be disclosed to the customer on the agreement. Dealer must disclose the appropriate bonus amounts next
to the applicable line items. Dealers submitting agreements without the required disclosure will be required to re-contract the bonus.
AFS bonuses will be paid out at the time of funding. In order to avoid a delay in bonus payment, report the unit sold prior to
forwarding the funding package to the AFS Service Center.
All units must have sales AND contract dates between program eligibility date. Funding packages due by the 15th of the following
month.
Any unit found to be “unwound” or “reinstated” during or after the program period could result in a chargeback of one or more units
previously paid under the program.
The dealer review period for this program is open for sixty (60) days following the close of the end of the sales period. Accordingly, all
payment discrepancies must be reported to Audi by the dealer review period end date with no exceptions.

AFS EV Lease Bonus

National Customer Credit

During the specified program period, Audi of America will pay a customer credit toward the purchase, finance, or lease of an
eligible vehicle, as outlined below.

Claim Submission Process
Dealer must submit a completed and signed digital Customer Consent Claim Form at the time of sale*, along with all required documentation via the
Audi Incentives Claims Portal on iAudi under “Vehicle Sales & CPO” > “Audi Incentive Claims Portal.”
Required Documentation:
? New vehicle sales agreement (Lease Contract or Buyer’s Order) with National Customer Credit disclosed and customer signature.
? Digital Customer Consent Claim Form. (*Digital Customer Consent Claim Form must be created and signed by the customer at the time of sale,
ensuring acknowledgement of receipt of the incentive offer. This incentive offer will expire at the end of the program period and the Digital
Customer Consent Claim Form cannot be created after the incentive offer expiration).

Other Rules
Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported.
Vehicles must be sold and reported during the same monthly sales period.

National Customer Credit

AoA/VWGoA Employee/Contract Employee Purchase Program

*CLAIM SUBMISSION REQUIRED*

This program is designed to provide an incentive for employees and contract employees of AoA or VWGoA who finance or lease a new Audi vehicle
through Audi Financial Services (AFS). Participating dealers agree to sell eligible vehicles at MSRP less 12% plus any current and eligible retail
incentives. Dealers will receive a reimbursement of 6% of MSRP.

Claim Submission
Dealer must submit a completed and signed AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Form (specific to the individual) AND AFS CEPP Claim Form (available in
[Appendix]), along with all required documentation via the Audi Financial Services Funding Package.
Required Documentation: Vehicle invoice; AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Form (specific to the individual); AFS CEPP Claim Form.
Certificates for both contract and direct employees are available on the Corporate Sales Website (http://www.corporatesalessite.com/audi/) or on
VINNIE. Direct employees will need to enter their eight (8) digit employee number to access their form. Contract employees will need to obtain an
approval signature from authorized AoA/VWGoA personnel. Additional customer eligibility is subject to AFS approval.
Please see the sample copies of the AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Forms for additional details (available in the [Appendix]).
Funding packages must be received by the 15th of the month.

Program Rules
Participation Eligibility 
Subject to credit approval. All applicants must qualify under AFS standard credit underwriting criteria.
Eligible customers are current and active direct or contract employees of AoA or VWGoA.
The customer must present the participating Dealer a valid AoA/VWGoA Employee or Contract Employee Purchase Program
Certificate (samples available in [Appendix]).
Eligible individuals may purchase up to two (2) Audi vehicles per year through this program.
Dealer participation in this program is voluntary.

Other Rules No Rent Charge Factor or rate participation allowed. No flats will be paid.
Please remind customers that they must make at least 11 invoiced payments before paying their account off.
Vehicles must be leased or financed through AFS, with the employee or contract employee as the primary owner/lessee, and the AFS
account must remain open for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
Only vehicles that are currently in a dealer’s pipeline (Status 10-50) can be applied to this program. Factory orders will NOT be
accepted.
Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported. Vehicle must be sold and reported during the same monthly sales period as a retail
Kind of Sale (KOS) 0 to qualify.
Vehicles reported in the Dealership’s name or address are NOT eligible for payment under this program.
Vehicles sold through this program DO COUNT AND PAY in Margin Bonus.
Dealer reimbursement: 6% of MSRP paid by AFS after contract has funded.
AoA and AFS reserve the right to audit and chargeback the incentive if abuse of the program is discovered through early payoffs
within twelve (12) months of the contract date.
Dealers will not be charged back on total loss vehicles paid off within twelve (12) months of funding date.
All deals are subject to verification and validation through the reporting system.

AoA/VWGoA Employee/Contract Employee Purchase Program


The Audi of America Association Benefit program is designed to support dealer retail sales to members of
select occupational associations within the United States!

-Customer must present a valid ABP Certificate, proof of identification (government issued), and 
  proof of membership with eligible association to be eligible to receive the ABP discount.

-Only one offer per VIN will be accepted and the combination of multiple ABP offers is prohibited.

-Association Benefit program incentives are reimbursed by Audi of America upon submission and 
  validation of the A20UABP1 Claim form, proof of membership with eligible association, and vehicle 
  sales agreement.

-Dealer must submit all required documentation via the Audi Incentives Claims Portal found on iAudi 
  under “Vehicle Sales & CPO” -> “Audi Incentive Claims

-Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported and must be sold and reported as retail KOS 0 or 2.

-Dealer will be reimbursed ABP amount provided customer discount meets program rules and customer 
  discount includes other stackable incentive programs. Reimbursement will be received by EFT.

-This program IS COMPATIBLE with the following programs: any retail incentive programs (unless 
  otherwise stated)

-This program IS NOT COMPATIBLE with the following programs: any other Corporate Sales program 
  (incl. Audi Affinity, Executive Allowance Program (EAP), and Dealer Small Fleet Incentive (DSFI)).

-A list of eligible Association Benefit Program Partners can be requested from 
  corporatesales@audi.com.

-The dealer review period for this program is open for sixty (60) days following the close of the

Association Benefit Program

Customer Credit Lock Program

During the specified program period, Audi of America allows a ‘lock’ for Customer Credit incentive amount offered at the intended time of purchase toward the purchase of
an eligible vehicle, as outlined below. The Customer Credit Lock Program is only available if the Customer Credit offered during the previous program period/intended time of
purchase was better than the month in which the vehicle is delivered. This lock will be available for the duration of the model year.
Please see Appendix [F] – Customer Credit Lock Program for all associated monthly Customer Credit Lock amounts.

cannot be created after the incentive offer expiration).

Program Rules
Participation Eligibility 
› This incentive is valid to whom the car was ordered for, and members of the same household.
› Customer intent to purchase the vehicle beginning 3/4/2025. Vehicle must be marked SOLD on or before 3/31/2025.
› This incentive lock is exclusive to Customer Credit only and will not affect incentive amounts for any additional programs.
› Applies only to stated Model Year; lock will not apply to future Model Year vehicles unless specified.
› Order For Customer Name and buyer name must match or be in the same household.

at https://hosted-pages.id.me/audi-military. Eligible customers will receive a bonus towards the purchase or lease of a
new Audi vehicle.

an Audi franchise. These employees do not work directly in an Audi
dealer and do not have an active profile in the Audi Learning
Management System.

The scope of this incentive applies to ONLY the affiliated Employee.
Affiliated Dealer employee must be the Primary lessee/buyer on the
contract
All parties on the contract must have the same address to qualify for the incentive.
Parents (including in-laws), and siblings (including in-laws) are not eligible for this incentive and cannot appear on the contract.
Subject to credit approval. All applicants must qualify under AFS standard credit underwriting criteria.
Employee must be in the CRC and must provide proof of employment, their Audi dealer code, 3-digit sales code, and LMS ID on the claim form
to be eligible for the above mentioned discount and additional bonus.
Major League Soccer (MLS) partners will receive the same benefit as Audi Dealership Employees and will follow the same rules as these sales.
MLS-affiliated personnel must provide proof of affiliation such as a pay stub, business card, or other official documentation. This program is
only MLS players and employees of an MLS organization.

Program Restrictions

National Marketing Allowance


Charge Up New Jersey

The Charge Up incentive provides $2,000 to eligible New Jersey residents for the purchase or lease of a new eligible EV (https://chargeup.njcleanenergy.com/eligible-vehicles).

How to Qualify:
1. Be a resident of the State of New Jersey at the time of vehicle order, purchase or lease, which will be verified by the dealership or showroom via a current New Jersey driver’s license. Only a New Jersey driver’s license is eligible for residency verification. Utility bills, tax documentation, and other items with the applicant’s address will not be accepted.
    - Active-duty military members stationed in New Jersey, with permanent residency in another state, will qualify as satisfying the New Jersey residency requirement. Current military orders will be accepted as proof of residency documentation.
    - The FY25 program is limited to individuals only. Businesses and other commercial entities, governments, and public entities are not eligible for this incentive.

2. Remain a resident of the State of New Jersey for at least two (2) years after the Vehicle Transaction Date for the eligible EV that receives an incentive under the FY25 program. This requirement does not apply to customers with permanent residency in another state who qualified for the incentive because they were active-duty military members stationed in New Jersey at the time they ordered, purchased, or leased their vehicle.

3. Agree that the entirety of the vehicle transaction, including any placing of an order, for an eligible vehicle must occur on or after the official launch of the FY25 program on July 10, 2024, and in the State of New Jersey at a participating dealership or showroom.
   - Vehicles ordered in advance of July 10, 2024, the FY25 program launch, are not eligible for a FY25 program incentive..
    - A vehicle ordered, purchased, or leased, and/or delivered out-of-state, is not eligible for the incentive. This includes vehicles ordered online and delivered outside of the State; any vehicle ordered online must be delivered in New Jersey to qualify for the incentive.
    - New Jersey residents, or active-duty military members stationed in New Jersey, who place an order with a participating New Jersey dealership or showroom to deliver a vehicle in New Jersey will be deemed to have placed that order in New Jersey regardless of whether they were physically in the state at the time.

4.Agree that the Program Administrator will deem a purchase or lease completed when the purchaser or lessee of the vehicle has executed and signed a purchase contract, lease, or security agreement.

5. Commit to not modifying the vehicle’s emissions control systems, hardware, software calibrations, or hybrid system.

6. Retain ownership, or an active lease agreement, and registration of the vehicle with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission for a minimum of 36 consecutive months immediately after the vehicle purchase or lease date. Customers who lease their vehicle must ensure that their original lease agreement explicitly lists a term of 36 months or longer.

7. Acknowledge that they may receive only up to three (3) electric vehicle incentives from the Program throughout the 10-year period that the Program is active. By signing the agreement below, the applicant certifies they are eligible for this incentive and have not previously received more than two (2) during the program period.

Customers do not need to submit an application to receive the $2,000 Charge Up incentive. Simply visit a participating dealership and the incentive will be applied at the point-of-sale.

Claim Submission
Dealer must submit a completed and signed digital Customer Consent Claim Form at the time of sale*, along with all required documentation via the Audi
Incentives Claims Portal on iAudi under “Vehicle Sales & CPO” > “Audi Incentive Claims Portal.”
Required Documentation:
? Custom Offer Conquest documentation (provide one of the following):
o Marketing material (print or email) containing unique offer code and Private Incentive details.
o Screenshot from Private Incentive Lookup in automotiveMastermind.com or PrivateIncentiveLookup.com
(available to all Audi dealers). Please see image to right for reference.
? New vehicle sales agreement (Lease Contract or Buyer’s Order) with the Audi Custom Offer Conquest Campaign
disclosed and customer signature.
? Digital Customer Consent Claim Form. (*Digital Customer Consent Claim Form must be created and signed by the
customer at the time of sale, ensuring acknowledgement of receipt of the incentive offer. This incentive offer will
expire at the end of the program period and the Digital Customer Consent Claim Form cannot be created after the
incentive offer expiration).

Program Rules
Participation Eligibility 
Limited to customers residing in CT, NJ, NY, and TX. Customer residency validation will be determined by customer address
provided.
Offer redeemable at any Audi store nationwide.
Only customers named on the Audi Custom Offer Conquest Campaign letter are eligible. This offer is transferable within the
customer’s immediate household. Email/direct mail must be retained by dealer.
Other Rules Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported.
Vehicles must be sold and reported during the same monthly sales period using retail KOS 0 or 2.
Any unit found to be “unwound” or “reinstated” during or after the program period could result in a chargeback of one or more units
previously paid under the program.
Audi has the right to amend or cancel this program at any time for any reason.
The dealer review period for this program is open for sixty (60) days following the close of the end of the sales period. Accordingly,
all payment discrepancies must be reported to Audi by the dealer review period end date with no exceptions.
