Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

Ally is pleased to announce a Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program for dealers submitting Lease to Retail contracts to Ally.
When an Ally SmartLease customer exercises their option to purchase their vehicle and finances it through Ally the dealer will receive a cash bonus!

Eligible Dealers: All Automotive Dealers in All States

Eligible Transactions
- Used Standard Rate Retail Transactions
- Lease to Retail transactions Only
- The Lessee must purchase the vehicle they originally leased

Payment Details
- Ally will provide a cash bonus Lease to Retail payment when a lessee/co-lessee exercises their purchasing option and finances through Ally
- The payment is applicable to the dealers' state in which the transaction is completed
- The payment will be paid via the monthly Statement of Dealer Transactions (SDT)
- The payment is payable in addition to Minimum Participation and standard rate-based Dealer Finance Income and is not subject to chargebacks

Dealers must select 'Lease to Retail' in RouteOne and Dealertrack when submitting the Lease to Retail application to Ally.

Important Notes:
- This program is compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market
- Documentary, administrative and unofficial fees are prohibited any time an Ally lessee exercises the purchase option
- Dealer finance income may not exceed applicable Ally limits or amounts limited by state law

•  Z-Demonstrators with less than 300 miles are updated utilizing Program Type J - Domestic 
Military.


•   For first consumer sale of previously reported vehicles (6-Service Loaner, E-Service Mobile, or 
F-Shuttle) with less than 15,000 miles or 9-BMWNA Company Vehicle with less than 5,000 miles, 
ensure the vehicle is enrolled in POIS and retail is entered as Used, Retail Type 1 / Program Type 
J (Domestic Military).
•  Vehicles that have accumulated more than 15,000 miles do not qualify.
•  Unique Customer ID (not member ID) and Offer Code located on the certificate or webpage print 
out provided by the member or eligible participant must be entered for the Domestic Military retail 
type to process.

to the name the customer used for verification. A mismatch will cause the retail to fail.
o Program incentives processed via the incentive system 21 days after retail process date.

BMW OF NORTH AMERICA MOBILITY PROGRAM
Please reference bulletin# V-2-012-4-SS-11 announcing a reimbursement for qualifying customers who 
require adaptive equipment to their vehicle. Refer to this bulletin if a customer requires 
modifications to their vehicle and refer any additional questions regarding this program to 
Customer Relations.
SALE OF VEHICLES WITH OPEN SAFETY CAMPAIGNS (STOP SALE VEHICLES)
Please be reminded that it is a violation of federal law (The Safety Act) for you to sell, lease or 
deliver any new motor vehicle covered by an open Safety Campaign until the recall repair has been 
performed. This means that centers may not legally deliver new motor vehicles to consumers until 
they are fixed. No vehicle should be reported as sold ("RDR") until the recall repair is completed. 
This policy will apply to ALL retail types including, but not limited to, Demonstrators, Loaners, 
Center Employee and DRIVE Program, and BMW NA Company Vehicles. If a vehicle is RDR'd before the 
recall repair is completed, that vehicle will be ineligible for applicable brand related bonus and 
incentive monies, and a chargeback of applicable CPO certification fee will apply. You cannot 
report a vehicle as sold into the manufacturer's retail reporting system, expecting to complete the 
recall remedy at some future date. Please note that substantial civil penalties apply to violations 
of the Safety Act.

Customer Eligibility
- Definition of current or former BMW owner/lessees:
  - Current BMW owner: Customer with a BMW Car/SAV currently in their possession, regardless of financing source (proof of ownership required such as vehicle registration, auto insurance card, vehicle title or DCS Vehicle Inquiry).
  - Former BMW owner: Customer who sold their BMW Car/SAV within the last 12 months, regardless of financing source (proof of ownership required such as vehicle registration, auto insurance card, vehicle title or DCS Vehicle History).
  - Current BMW Financial Services owner/lessee: Customer leasing or financing a BMW Car/SAV through BMW Financial Services (provide BMW FS account number or VIN).
  - Former BMW Financial Services owner/lessee: Customer who leased or financed a BMW Car/SAV through BMW Financial Services and their contract expired within the last 12 months (provide BMW FS account number or VIN).
  - Customers do not have to trade in their BMW Car/SAV vehicle to qualify.
  - BMW Motorcycle, MINI and Rolls-Royce customers do not qualify.
  - BMW Loyalty Lease/APR Credit is extended to individuals residing in the same household as the qualifying customer. Proof of residency must be provided in order to receive the household loyalty. BMW Loyalty Lease/APR credit is non-transferable to other family members or friends outside the household.
  - Proof of residency is defined as (but not limited to): a current Utility Bill or Bank Statement.
  - Customers whose original vehicle is in a company name and now want to place their new vehicle in their personal name (or vice-versa) are eligible for the BMW Loyalty Lease/APR Credit. You may be required to provide documents establishing the association between the company and the person.

BMW Financial Services and BMW of North America are pleased to announce the renewal of the successful $1,000 Lease/Loan Incentive for the College Graduate Program! When college is over, we are making it even easier to get into a new BMW. Recent college graduates are now eligible for Lease/Loan Incentive of $1,000 towards the lease or finance of any new BMW Model 2024 or newer. This $1,000 Incentive can be used in conjunction with the current month’s available Lease/OC/Select/Retail Sales Support or Regional programs. It is our hope that this program will build engagement and long-term business opportunities with a new generation of BMW Enthusiasts!
Program Details:
– $1,000 Lease/Loan Cash good towards the lease or finance of any new BMW Model Year 2024 and newer through BMW Financial Services.
– Super Elite rate available for eligible graduates who qualify for Standard Plus credit tier or better.
– Advance will be based on customer’s FICO score and income.
– Security Deposit Waiver, unless stipulated by credit.
– Lease/Loan cash available for new vehicle contracts only.
Program Criteria:
– Graduation from an accredited college or university, within the United States, with an Undergraduate, Graduate or Associate’s degree earned within previous 24 months OR eligible for graduation within next 6 months with a verifiable offer of employment.
– A copy of the graduate’s diploma, official transcript, or a letter from the registrar’s office on university letterhead.
– POI or employer letter with the Human Resources representative’s contact information, stating position/title, and income.
– At least 6 months of credit file – no previous derogatory credit on any trades.
– Gross debt to income ratio of less than 45%.
– Gross automotive payment to income ratio of less than 20%.
– Security Deposit waived unless stipulated by credit.
Program Eligibility:
– Customers need to meet the requirements set by BMW Financial Services for program criteria.
– Customers must purchase or lease a qualifying new BMW Model Year 2024 or newer from an authorized BMW dealer.
– If a co-signer is included on the credit application, the graduate still must meet all the program criteria in order to qualify for this incentive.

Program Guidelines:
– Customers must contract through BMW Financial Services using a Lease, Prepay Lease, OwnersChoice, Select or Retail Finance contract. $1,000 College Graduate Incentive can be used with either Sales Support or Regional Rates.
– College Graduate Incentive is available for all new BMW Model Year 2024 or newer, purchases made between 1/3/2025 to 1/4/2026 and RDR’d through DCSNet by 1/4/2026.

Ineligible Vehicles:
– Any vehicles older than Model Year 2024 are not eligible.
– Diplomats are not eligible.
– BMW College Graduate Incentive cannot be used in conjunction with BMW Group Associate, Family Program, and VIP Purchase Program.
– BMW College Graduate Incentive is not combinable with Center Employee Program.
– BMW Group Corporate Fleet Program vehicles do not qualify for the $1,000 College Graduate Incentive.
To Receive Payment:
– The College Graduate Lease/Loan Incentive form on the following page must be included in the Funding package to receive payment. Failure to submit proper documentation will result in non-payment.
– The $1,000 Lease/Loan Incentive must be properly disclosed on the Lease, Pre-Pay Lease, OwnersChoice, Select or Retail Contract. Failure to properly disclose will result in non-payment of Lease/Loan Incentive.
– Self-Serve Funding is available for these contracts.
– The Lease/Loan Credit Payment will be made by BMW Financial Services at the time of contract approval once the disclosures have been verified. The Lease/Loan Incentive will be added to your dealer advance at the time of funding. Please contact BMW FS immediately if the Lease/Loan Incentive is not included on your dealer advance.
– Please refer to FS Bulletin 25-N-01 for funding and contract disclosure guidelines.
– Failure to properly disclose will result in non-payment of the credit.
o If the required documentation was provided and the properly disclosed rebate was not included on your dealer advance, please contact BMW Financial Services immediately. Any requests more than 120 days after the contract is funded will not be reimbursed.

BMW College Graduate New Vehicle Lease Incentive

BMW Financial Services and BMW of North America are pleased to announce the renewal of the successful $1,000 Lease/Loan Incentive for the College Graduate Program! When college is over, we are making it even easier to get into a new BMW. Recent college graduates are now eligible for Lease/Loan Incentive of $1,000 towards the lease or finance of any new BMW Model 2024 or newer. This $1,000 Incentive can be used in conjunction with the current month’s available Lease/OC/Select/Retail Sales Support or Regional programs. It is our hope that this program will build engagement and long-term business opportunities with a new generation of BMW Enthusiasts!

Program Details:
– $1,000 Lease/Loan Cash good towards the lease or finance of any new BMW Model Year 2024 and newer through BMW Financial Services.
– Super Elite rate available for eligible graduates who qualify for Standard Plus credit tier or better.
– Advance will be based on customer’s FICO score and income.
– Security Deposit Waiver, unless stipulated by credit.
– Lease/Loan cash available for new vehicle contracts only.

Program Criteria:
– Graduation from an accredited college or university, within the United States, with an Undergraduate, Graduate or Associate’s degree earned within previous 24 months OR eligible for graduation within next 6 months with a verifiable offer of employment.
– A copy of the graduate’s diploma, official transcript, or a letter from the registrar’s office on university letterhead.
– POI or employer letter with the Human Resources representative’s contact information, stating position/title, and income.
– At least 6 months of credit file – no previous derogatory credit on any trades.
– Gross debt to income ratio of less than 45%.
– Gross automotive payment to income ratio of less than 20%.
– Security Deposit waived unless stipulated by credit.

Program Eligibility:

– Customers must purchase or lease a qualifying new BMW Model Year 2024 or newer from an authorized BMW dealer.
