Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

Ally is pleased to announce a Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program for dealers submitting Lease to Retail contracts to Ally.
When an Ally SmartLease customer exercises their option to purchase their vehicle and finances it through Ally the dealer will receive a cash bonus!

Eligible Dealers: All Automotive Dealers in All States

Eligible Transactions
- Used Standard Rate Retail Transactions
- Lease to Retail transactions Only
- The Lessee must purchase the vehicle they originally leased

Payment Details
- Ally will provide a cash bonus Lease to Retail payment when a lessee/co-lessee exercises their purchasing option and finances through Ally
- The payment is applicable to the dealers' state in which the transaction is completed
- The payment will be paid via the monthly Statement of Dealer Transactions (SDT)
- The payment is payable in addition to Minimum Participation and standard rate-based Dealer Finance Income and is not subject to chargebacks

Dealers must select 'Lease to Retail' in RouteOne and Dealertrack when submitting the Lease to Retail application to Ally.

Important Notes:
- This program is compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market
- Documentary, administrative and unofficial fees are prohibited any time an Ally lessee exercises the purchase option
- Dealer finance income may not exceed applicable Ally limits or amounts limited by state law

INCENTIVE OFFER:
• Offer is for one $500 Honda College Graduate Bonus per new eligible vehicle purchase.
• Offer must be used with a valid new vehicle HFS retail finance, Honda Leadership Lease® or Leadership Purchase Plan® program through HFS.
• One Pay Leases are eligible.
• Zero Due at Signing Lease programs are NOT eligible.
• Must be disclosed as Down Payment or Cap Cost Reduction Assistance through HFS.
• Offer is not valid if customer does not meet HFS credit criteria.
• If financing, customer must finance through HFS for a minimum of 24 months of regularly scheduled payments.
• To avoid funding delays, Dealership must:

CLIENT ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS:

NOTE: Eligible customers must be listed on the HFS contract as the primary buyer.

• Have graduated within the past two years or will graduate within the next six months with a doctorate, master’s, bachelor’s, or associate degree from a U.S. accredited college or from a registered nursing school.
• Must meet HFS credit criteria and sign an HFS retail finance, Honda Leadership Leasing® or Honda Leadership Purchase Plan® (“balloon”) contract.
• Provide a copy of a diploma or college transcripts as proof of graduation eligibility and all other documents required by HFS.


CLAIMING REIMBURSEMENT:

Dealer Reimbursement Process:

• Vehicle must be sold, delivered, and reported using new vehicle HFS retail finance, Honda Leadership Lease® or Honda Leadership Purchase Plan program through HFS (Zero Due at Signing Lease program NOT eligible)
• Dealer must claim VIN on Honda Performance Center www.myhondaperformancecenter.com. Claims may be submitted beginning April 4, 2025.
• Prior to submitting funding packet to HFS, Dealer must:
o Submit the Honda College Graduate Bonus claim through HPC, after RDR.
o Print 2 copies of claim confirmation; attaching one to the HFS contract and insert the second copy in the deal jacket
o Provide copy of:
? Diploma or college transcripts with proof of graduation eligibility.
? All other standard documents required by HFS.
• Must disclose the $500 Honda College Graduate Bonus Offer as customer Down Payment or Cap Cost Reduction Assistance on the contract (See HFS "At-A-Glance" Contracting Instructions below)
• Maximum of $500 Down Payment / Cap Cost Reduction Assistance may be redeemed per VIN
• Disclosure and diploma/transcripts will be validated prior to contract processing and payment release.
• The dealer will be reimbursed up to 45 days after the HFS contract and all required documentation is received and approved by HFS.
• The dealer will be reimbursed via Balance Forward statement, up to 45 days after the HFS contract with attached documentation is received and approved by HFS.
• College Graduate Bonus for CR-V e:FCEV are not claimed through the Honda Performance Center. Please contact your AHM District Sales Manager (DSM) or HFS District Relations Manager

U.S. Military Veteran Requirements:

• Veteran customers must be within 2 years of separation
• Must provide one of the following: a copy of DFAS RAS confirmation form, Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty).
• Must meet HFS credit criteria and sign an HFS retail finance, Honda Leadership Leasing® or Honda Leadership Purchase Plan® (“balloon”) contract

U.S. Military Retiree Requirements:

• Retiree customers must provide one of the following: a copy of DFAS Retiree Account Statement (RAS), Retiree Verification of Pay Letter, Report of Separation (DD Form 214, or Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty), Letter from VA showing service-connected evaluation indicating disability.

U.S. Military Spouse Requirements:

o Must provide proof of relationship by presenting ID, and a copy of spouse’s LES or DFAS confirmation form. Only a copy of spouse’s LES or DFAS confirmation form will be retained by the dealership for verification.

• Spouse of U.S. Military Veteran:
o Veteran/Spouse must be within 2 years of separation
o Must provide proof of relationship by presenting ID and a copy of spouse’s DFAS RAS confirmation form, Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty).

• Spouse of U.S. Military Retiree:
o Must provide proof of relationship by presenting ID and a copy of spouse’s DFAS Retiree Account Statement (RAS), Retiree Verification of Pay Letter, Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
Gold Star Family Requirements:

• American Gold Star families are immediate relatives (Widow, Parents, Next of Kin) of members of the U.S. Armed Forces who have been killed in combat or in support of certain military activities.
o "Parents” includes mother, father, stepmother, stepfather, mother through adoption, father through adoption, and foster parents
o "Next of Kin" only includes children, brothers, sisters, half-brothers, and half-sisters; and the term "children" includes stepchildren and children through adoption
• Gold Star Family members must provide one of the following:
o Copy of the Report of Casualty (DD Form 1300)
o Copy of the application for Gold Star Lapel Button (DD Form 3)
o Other official military service documentation supporting Gold Star status
• Must meet HFS credit criteria and sign an HFS retail finance, Honda Leadership Leasing® or Honda Leadership Purchase Plan® (“balloon”) contract
