HMF Special Lease

Closed end lease to well-qualified lessees. 

Offer valid only when financed through Hyundai Motor Finance. 
Not all lessees will qualify. 
Higher lease rates apply for lessees with lower credit ratings. 

HMF reserves the sole right to: 
(i) cancel, amend, or revoke any program offer in full or in part for any reason at any time without incurring liability; and 
(ii) interpret these program offers. 
HMF shall not be bound by any previous interpretations made by HMF before or during the program.

HMF Special Lease

Eligible Vehicles and Rebate Amount: New and unused Hyundai vehicles listed below. Eligible vehicles must be sold during the Program Period and RDR’d during the RDR Period.
Eligible Customers:
•Customers who lease any eligible new Hyundai vehicle from a participating Hyundai dealership. Refer to “Participating Dealerships” and “Eligible Vehicles/Incentive Amounts” sections.
Note: Rebate amount must be applied towards the lease of the Vehicle as either a price discount or part of a down payment on the contract. Ineligible Customers: Internal Use Only
Official Program Rules
•Customers who lease a vehicle that is not listed under “Eligible Vehicles/Incentive Amounts”.•Customers who lease a vehicle from a non-participating dealership.
Ineligible Vehicles:
•Final Pay vehicles
•Fleet vehicles
•Hyundai Circle vehicle sales (Plan B, E, K, M, O, W, Z-DEPP)
•Vehicles going into SRC and Demos
•Vehicles that are not listed under “Eligible Vehicles”.
•Vehicles RDR’d after the RDR period.
Incentive Payment Process:
•Hyundai Motor America (HMA) will not pay this incentive directly to the customer.
It is the dealership’s responsibility to apply the correct incentive amount from the purchase orlease price of the vehicle.
•It is the dealership’s responsibility to verify the customer’s eligibility for this incentive as well as theincentive amount offered during the time of sale. HMA will not be responsible for any incorrectincentive amount issued by the dealer.
•This incentive will be paid automatically after the eligible vehicle is RDR’d correctly. Completepayment history (per program number) can be found on the Dealer Incentive Statement (DCSreport HMA-0160). The Dealer Incentive Statement is available to dealers via Web DCS followingthe incentive statement run. Please refer to your Incentives calendar for payment schedules.
RDR Cancellations:
RDR cancellations will automatically trigger chargebacks on all incentives earned on the cancelled unit.
IMPORTANT: Incentive amounts are subject to change without notice. HMA reserves the sole right to cancel, amend or revoke any incentive program in full or in part for any reason at any time without incurring liability. HMA reserves the sole right to interpret these rules and shall not be bound by any previous interpretations made by HMA before or during the program.

Proof of eligibility is simple. Just visit your local Hyundai dealer with the following two things: 

*  A copy of your diploma or a letter from the registrar’s office stating that you graduated or will graduate
*  Proof of employment, such as a pay stub, or an offer letter from a prospective employer. Hyundai Motor Finance (HMF) must deem your salary sufficient to cover living expenses and vehicle payments.

You must be a graduate of a four-year university, accredited two-year college, or a nursing school. You must have graduated from a U.S. university within the past two years or be on track to graduate within the next six months. The offer includes graduates and graduate candidates attending accredited masters or doctorate programs.
