Ally Capitalized Cost Reduction Allowance (CCRA)

Ally is pleased to announce a capitalized cost reduction allowance (CCRA) on select new electric vehicles. Ally will offer a CCRA on qualifying SmartLease or ComTRAC transactions for all FCA Dealers.

SmartLease CCRA must be disclosed on line 6b, "Rebates and Noncash Credits" and as part of the capitalized cost reduction disclosed on Lines 5a and Line 7b

Chrysler Capital Tax Credit

The federal tax credit is claimed by the lender. Dealers can pass along this credit to the consumer in the form of a cap cost reduction on a Chrysler Capital lease.

»This incentive is based on the federal EV tax credit received by Chrysler Capital and is subject to change without notice.
» Eligible vehicle lease approvals will include a stip to submit a lease worksheet with the applicable Noncash Credit
» Noncash Credit will vary by vehicle trim and is subject to change; dealer is responsible for confirming eligibility based on contract date
» A correct lease worksheet MUST be provided with the funding packet; deals without the lease worksheet will not be funded
» The applicable tax credit amount (example: $7,250) MUST be listed as a Noncash Credit and be included in the Total Cap Cost Reduction in the Capitalized Cost Data section of the worksheet

» Qualifying customers who lease an eligible PHEV vehicle through Chrysler Capital will receive a capitalized cost reduction. Chrysler Capital will reimburse the dealer the applicable tax credit amount based on the qualifying vehicle and contract structure in a separate transaction once the contract is funded. » The full Tax Credit amount must be applied as a cap cost reduction and properly disclosed on the contract and lease worksheet. A correct lease worksheet MUST be provided with the funding packet. Deals without the lease worksheet will not be funded

» Stellantis Financial Services will reimburse the dealer the tax credit amount with the proceeds at time of contract funding.

This program offers eligible FCA DrivePlus Mastercard and/or Jeep® Rewards Mastercard (effective April 1, 2023) members a $1,000 cash allowance certificate to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) or lease (Type Sale L or E) of an eligible vehicle.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Eligible customers will be contacted via the US Postal system or electronically. Only one certificate will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. Certificate end dates will vary. The customer may redeem this $1,000 certificate at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram or FIAT Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection.
Only one certificate can be applied to the retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle and only one coupon/allowance per person.
Only one certificate per account and per customer can be earned during a reward year.
Lost certificates will be honored.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:

The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant / business or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The certificate is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address and/or immediate family relationships required.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order / purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. Eligible customers must be in possession of a valid First Responders Validation ID that was generated from the 'Get Authorization Number' link which is located on each of the Brands First Responder website.
Customers must verify their First Responder eligibility by providing the following information:
First Responder Type, Organization, Full Legal First and Last Name, Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year) and email address.
If eligible, an instant validation with a First Responders Validation ID will be provided. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership.

Surviving spouses of eligible First Responders who died in the line of duty should generate a First Responders Validation ID by entering the following information on behalf of their deceased spouse:
First Responder Type, Organization, Full Legal First and Last Name and Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year). The email address of the surviving spouse should be entered to receive validation. Additional supporting documentation such as a copy of the death certificate and a letter from department human resources verifying the loss of life while on the job as either a Police Officer, Fireman or EMT may be required.
If eligible, an instant validation with a First Responders Validation ID will be provided. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership.

The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The retail purchaser’s order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicle’s purchase price, or in the case of a lease customer, as reducing the total lease obligation (12-month minimum lease term).
When the qualifying documentation presented bears a former or changed name, the customer must substantiate the former/changed name with a copy of legal documentation, (i.e., marriage certificate, divorce decree, court order). PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers a $500 cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1/B) or lease (Type Sale L/E) of an eligible vehicle. Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged).
Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans or veterans rated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as Individually Unemployable are eligible.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CONSUMER ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged). Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans are eligible.
Eligible branches of the military are: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps.

Effective May 19, 2022 a new Military Validation process is in effect.
Eligible customers must be in possession of a valid ‘Military Authorization Number’ that was generated either from the 'Get Military Authorization Number' or ‘Get Disabled Military Authorization’ link which is located on each of the Brand’s websites on the Military Bonus Cash page.
Customers must verify their military eligibility by providing the following information:

The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The retail purchaser’s order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicle’s purchase price, or in the case of a lease customer, as reducing the total lease obligation (12-month minimum lease term).
When the qualifying documentation presented bears a former or changed name, the customer must substantiate the former/changed name with a copy of legal documentation, (i.e., marriage certificate, divorce decree, court order). The dealer must retain copy of the name change documentation to verify customer eligibility.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
Dealers must validate a customer’s Military Authorization Number through Incentive Configurator on DealerCONNECT.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order/purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.

- January 2024, the Clean Vehicle Tax Credit under section 30D of the Inflation Reduction Act will allow qualified retail customers purchasing an eligible new electric vehicle to transfer the full value of their eligible tax credit to a Car Dealer reducing the purchase price of the new qualified clean vehicle at time of sale.

-For a qualified retail customer to transfer their credit at time of sale on an eligible Stellantis clean vehicle, the dealer must be registered with the IRS Energy Credits Online portal and must provide a copy of the time of sale report to buyers.

**The IRS has shared information that the online portal for registered dealers to manage the transfer of 30D eligible tax credits will not be fully functional on January 1, 2024. Complete site functionality is expected to be intact within the first week of January. Therefore, sales may continue for customers who will apply for the credit on their own behalf, while sales utilizing the credit transfer cannot be conducted until full site functionality is available.**

This program offers eligible consumers a $1,000 cash allowance coupon to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) or lease (Type Sale L or E) of an eligible vehicle.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Eligible customers will be contacted via the US Postal system or electronically. Only one coupon will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this coupon at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, FIAT or Alfa Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection.
Only one coupon can be applied to the retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle and only one coupon/allowance per person.
Lost coupons will be honored.
