Program Description This program offers bonus consumer cash to current customers of the qualifying Stellantis vehicles below to be
applied toward the Type Sale 1 or B or E or L of eligible vehicles to residents of the states and counties listed in
the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section.
Customer must finance through Chrysler Capital and dealers must keep proof of financing in the deal jacket.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer cash
incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as
Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Stellantis will verify with Chrysler Capital that vehicles are financed and edit payments if sale is not financed
through Chrysler Capital.
Dealers must verify customer eligibility in accordance with the program criteria outlined in the Qualifying Program
Criteria section listed below and retain verification in the deal jacket.
Consumer Eligibility Customers who currently have a qualifying Stellantis vehicle listed below, or who have had a contract expire within
the last 365 calendar days of the program start date (if applicable per the Qualifying Program Criteria below); and
enter into a new purchase or lease of an eligible model are eligible to participate.
Customer must finance or lease through Chrysler Capital.
The customer must meet all eligibility requirements and must be the primary user on the loyalty contract (listed
either as first or second) and named on the Title and/or Owner’s Registration (if applicable). The primary user must
be the insurer of the vehicle.
The loyalty vehicle must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an
immediate family member living in the same household. Vehicles registered in the name of Stellantis are also
eligible for individuals within the custodial household.
The vehicle being used to qualify for this program must have been registered in the name of the qualifying
customer for a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the new lease or purchase.
A loyalty VIN may be used on a maximum of two (2) new vehicle purchases/leases for the lifetime of the loyalty
VIN. Both vehicles using the same loyalty VIN must be purchased on the same day from the same dealership
location.

Mid-Atlantic CCAP Lease Loyalty Bonus Cash MACR1A

PROGRAM PERIOD:
January 03, 2024 through January 02, 2025

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers eligible consumers a cash allowance certificate to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) of an eligible FCA US vehicle.
The certificate will be delivered electronically to eligible members of the Employee Benefits Network – a network which provides benefits to employees of participating corporations in the US. Only one certificate will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this certificate at any authorized FCA US Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered during the program period.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer cash incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
The certificate must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
Only one certificate can be applied to the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle. Eligible households are only allowed up to two certificates per calendar year towards the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
Lost certificates will be honored.
The vehicle sale must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The eligible retail purchase must assign the cash allowance to the selling dealer. The retail purchaser’s order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicle’s purchase price as a separate line item

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
The Employee Benefits Network TDM must be retained by the selling dealer in the deal jacket for verification of this program.
The Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry application on DealerCONNECT will be available for certificate verification.
If the certificate has been lost or destroyed, the dealer should verify customer eligibility on TDM Inquiry on DealerCONNECT. If necessary, the dealer may call the Chrysler Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) to confirm the certificate number is eligible. The dealer may also contact the TrueCar Call Center at 1-888-878-3227 for a replacement certificate/offer code.
The certificate is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address is required.
Any claim reported through DealerCONNECT without required proof of eligibility could result in a dealer chargeback, or non-payment of a dealer claim.

This program offers a $500 cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1/B) or lease (Type Sale L/E) of an eligible vehicle. Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged).
Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans or veterans rated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as Individually Unemployable are eligible.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CONSUMER ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged). Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans are eligible.

Consumer Eligibility Customers who currently have a qualifying Stellantis vehicle listed below, or who have had a contract expire within
the last 365 calendar days of the program start date (if applicable per the Qualifying Program Criteria below); and
enter into a new purchase of an eligible model are eligible to participate.
The customer must meet all eligibility requirements and must be the primary user on the loyalty contract (listed
either as first or second) and named on the title and/or owner’s registration (if applicable). The primary user must
be the insurer of the vehicle.
The loyalty vehicle must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an
immediate family member living in the same household. Vehicles registered in the name of Stellantis are also
eligible for individuals within the custodial household.
The vehicle being used to qualify for this program must have been registered in the name of the qualifying

A loyalty VIN may be used on a maximum of two (2) new vehicle purchases/leases for the lifetime of the loyalty
VIN. Both vehicles using the same loyalty VIN must be purchased on the same day from the same dealership

-For a qualified retail customer to transfer their credit at time of sale on an eligible Stellantis clean vehicle, the dealer must be registered with the IRS Energy Credits Online portal and must provide a copy of the time of sale report to buyers.

the states and counties listed in the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section.
This program must be claimed in DealerCONNECT
Participating Dealers All franchised Stellantis dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

National Dealer Cash

Program Description This program offers eligible consumers a Cash Allowance applied toward the Type Sale 1 or B or E or L of eligible
vehicles to residents of the states and counties listed in the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section.
Dealers must verify customer eligibility in accordance with the program criteria outlined in the Qualifying Program
Criteria section listed below and retain verification in the deal jacket.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer cash
incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as
Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Consumer Eligibility The conquest vehicle must be on the eligible list below and must have been titled for a minimum of thirty (30) days
to qualify for this program.
If the vehicle has already been turned in or was declared a total loss by an insurance agency, it must have been
within the last thirty (30) calendar days in order to be eligible.
The customer must meet all eligibility requirements and must be the primary user on the contract and named on
the Title and/or Owner’s Registration. The primary user of the vehicle must be the insurer of the vehicle.
The Stellantis brand vehicle must be registered and insured in the name of the eligible purchaser consistent with
the primary user name on the conquest vehicle or their immediate family member living in the same household.
A conquest VIN may be used on a maximum of five (5) new vehicle purchases/leases for the lifetime of the
conquest VIN. Up to five (5) vehicles using the same conquest VIN must be purchased or leased on the same day
from the same dealership location.

Conquest Bonus Cash

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers eligible consumers a $1,500 cash allowance coupon to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) or lease (Type Sale L or E) of an eligible vehicle.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Eligible customers will be contacted via the US Postal system or electronically. Only one coupon will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this coupon at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, FIAT or Alfa Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection.
Only one coupon can be applied to the retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle and only one coupon/allowance per person.
Lost coupons will be honored.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
Customers who are in possession of the original 2024 Wagoneer Brand Site Private Offer Coupon are automatically qualified to receive benefit under this program.
The coupon must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle.
The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant / business or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The coupon is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address and/or immediate family relationships required.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order / purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease, and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.
In the case of a lease, the minimum term must be no less than 12 months.
The cash allowance must not be combined with customer down payment or other dealer provided discounts.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
The 2024 Wagoneer Brand Site Private Offer Coupon must be retained by the selling dealer in the deal jacket for verification of this program. In the event of a missing certificate, a copy of the TDM inquiry must be retained in the deal jacket.
Dealers should verify a customer’s TDM eligibility and certificate number by using the Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry Application on DealerCONNECT under the sales tab. Proof of validation must be retained in the deal jacket.
The FCA Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) is also available to confirm the customer name appears on the galley list and is eligible. Only a customer whose name appears on the list is eligible to participate.
Any claim reported through DealerCONNECT without required proof of eligibility could result in a dealer chargeback, or non-payment of a dealer claim.

This program is NOT compatible with the following programs:
