•All eligible, new MY25 Carnival and Carnival HEV sold with a sale type of RSALE and reported during the program period.
Payment Qualification:
•All eligible, new MY25 Carnival and Carnival HEV sold with a sale type of RSALE during the program period are eligible for Dealer Cash payment.
•Sales utilizing a Kia Finance subvented APR or Lease are not eligible.
•Ineligible sale types include KAPR, KLSE, CSALE, KCSP, RCSP, INSUR, DBFLT, TDRIV, DBNLA, KFA, KNA, BRKR, CCP, FLEXM, FLEXZ, TDLUX, and SVC.

Additional Information:
•Be sure to properly RDR your vehicles with all applicable incentives to avoid accounting issues and additional charges.
•Kia America, Inc. reserves the right to audit all Dealer records supporting any vehicle delivery and to disqualify participants in the event of any irregularity. Sufficient dealership records must be kept to evidence the sale or lease of all vehicle deliveries claimed under the program. Kia America, Inc. also reserves the right to charge back to Dealers any rewards improperly paid.
•In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any rules of this program the decision of Kia America, Inc. shall be final.

KMA Supplemental Dealer Cash

Qualification:
All new, eligible MY26 EV9, Carnival (incl. HEV), K5, Seltos, Sportage (incl. HEV/PHEV), Sorento (incl. HEV/PHEV), and MY25 vehicles, excluding MY25 EV9

Overview:
Dealer participation in the Program is entirely voluntary. If a customer requests the terms 
available under the Program, it is the dealer's option whether to agree to the sale on those terms.

NOTE: It is required that the You Pay the Same Program Claim Form be completed by a dealership 
representative and the Customer. It is then to be kept in the sales jacket with all other Customer 
information/forms.

Here's how the Program works:
•  This program is for Dealership employees, their families and friends.
•  The Customer chooses a new, eligible vehicle listed above from the dealer's stock and asks to 
purchase the car under the "You Pay the Same" program.
•  If a dealer wishes to make the sale under the Program terms and conditions, the dealership sets 
the price of the vehicle based on dealer invoice and then reduces that price by (i) current 
Customer Cash and Specialty Incentives (if applicable), and (ii) applicable Supplemental of $500 
for all new, eligible vehicles listed above available only in connection with the Program.
•  Sales reported for the "You Pay the Same" program must be reported with the KNA sale type. All 
other sale types are ineligible.
•  Both the Customer Cash and Specialty Incentives (if applicable) must be identified separately on 
the retail incentive form, as well as on the Buyer's Order.
•  Dealer is responsible for indicating application of the applicable Customer Cash on the Retail 
Incentive Claim Form and on the Bill of Sale, Buyers Order or Finance/Lease agreement. Customer may 
request to receive this incentive rebate in a check directly from the dealer as stated in Sales 
Policy dated November 2, 2021 and this election must be indicated on the Retail Incentive Claim 
Form.
•  Dealer is responsible for indicating application of this Specialty Incentive on the Specialty 
Incentive Claim Form and on the Bill of Sale, Buyers Order or Finance/Lease agreement. Customer may 
request to receive this incentive rebate in a check directly from the dealer as stated in Sales 
Policy dated November 2, 2021 and this election must be indicated on the Specialty Incentive Claim 
Form.

NOTE: If a customer requests a purchase under the Program and your dealership agrees to make the 
sale on the Program terms, the customer is not eligible for a Kia America, Inc. Low APR/Lease 
program for the sale.
The following terms and conditions govern each dealership's participation in the "You Pay the Same 
for Your New Kia as a Kia America, Inc. Team Member'' Program (the "Program").

Dealer participation in the Program is voluntary. If a customer requests the terms available under 
the Program, it is the dealer's option whether to agree to the sale on those terms.


KMA You Pay the Same


Qualification:
All new, eligible MY25/MY26 vehicles, excluding MY25 EV9.
Incentive Amount:                                         $500
Payment Qualification:
All new, eligible MY25/MY26 vehicles excluding MY25 EV9 sold with a sale type of RSALE, KAPR, KLSE, 
KNA, CSALE, or KFA.
•  Ineligible vehicles include any vehicle not indicated as eligible or any other vehicle in which 
curtailment has been paid.
•  Ineligible sale types include LSALE, INSUR, DBFLT, TDRIV, DBNLA, BRKR, AGED, CCP, ALTCP, FLEXM 
and FLEXZ.
Claim documentation submitted after the respective date will be subject to rejection and will be 
assessed an Administrative Fee. A Payment Exception will be required for the VIN in question to be 
eligible for Incentive Payment after rejection has occurred. The Payment Exception is subject to 
certification.
Note: The dates indicated above are the date documentation is required to be submitted by the 
dealership via the automated system. In the event that these dates conflict with any other Kia 
America, Inc. system, the dates provided in this Incentive Bulletin will govern.
Military Program
•  To be eligible for this program, Customers must be members in Active Duty, honorably discharged 
from, retired from, or on disability with the United States Armed Forces (including Reservists). 
Additionally, the spouse of those individuals is also eligible for this program. The eligible 
customer must be able to provide one of the following: a current Earnings Statement, a copy of 
honorable discharge papers or certificate, a bank statement indicating a pension or disability 
earnings from the United States Armed Forces or an official document indicating future pension 
eligibility. This includes those that have “national” status from another country and are serving 
in the United States military.


Military Program

Retail Bonus Cash
•This Retail Bonus Cash incentive is eligible on select VINs and can be used with all retail programs available during the program period including Customer Cash.
•Eligible vehicles can be reported with RSALE, CSALE, KNA, KFA, DBFLT, AGED or CCP sale type.
•MY25 Carnival and Carnival HEV sales that are eligible for the Sticker Retail Bonus Cash Incentive remain eligible for the Supplemental Dealer Cash Incentive.
•KAPR, KLSE and SVC, or any other sale types not indicated above, are not eligible for this incentive.
•The dealership is responsible for indicating the applicable Sticker Sales Event Retail Bonus Cash Incentive on the all-inclusive Incentive Claim Form in addition to listing the incentive on the Bill of Sale, Buyers Order or Finance/Lease agreement with all other eligible customer incentives.
•The vehicle must be sold and reported during the program period.
