Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

Ally is pleased to announce a Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program for dealers submitting Lease to Retail contracts to Ally.
When an Ally SmartLease customer exercises their option to purchase their vehicle and finances it through Ally the dealer will receive a cash bonus!

Eligible Dealers: All Automotive Dealers in All States

Eligible Transactions
- Used Standard Rate Retail Transactions
- Lease to Retail transactions Only
- The Lessee must purchase the vehicle they originally leased

Payment Details
- Ally will provide a cash bonus Lease to Retail payment when a lessee/co-lessee exercises their purchasing option and finances through Ally
- The payment is applicable to the dealers' state in which the transaction is completed
- The payment will be paid via the monthly Statement of Dealer Transactions (SDT)
- The payment is payable in addition to Minimum Participation and standard rate-based Dealer Finance Income and is not subject to chargebacks

Dealers must select 'Lease to Retail' in RouteOne and Dealertrack when submitting the Lease to Retail application to Ally.

Important Notes:
- This program is compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market
- Documentary, administrative and unofficial fees are prohibited any time an Ally lessee exercises the purchase option
- Dealer finance income may not exceed applicable Ally limits or amounts limited by state law



Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program


Charge Up New Jersey

The Charge Up New Jersey standard incentive is now $1,500*
Eligible transactions executed prior to July 1, 2025 can still receive a $2,000 incentive, if submitted within 14 days.

How to Qualify:
1. Be a resident of the State of New Jersey at the time of vehicle order, purchase or lease, which will be verified by the dealership or showroom via a current New Jersey driver’s license. Only a New Jersey driver’s license is eligible for residency verification. Utility bills, tax documentation, and other items with the applicant’s address will not be accepted.
    - Active-duty military members stationed in New Jersey, with permanent residency in another state, will qualify as satisfying the New Jersey residency requirement. Current military orders will be accepted as proof of residency documentation.
    - The FY25 program is limited to individuals only. Businesses and other commercial entities, governments, and public entities are not eligible for this incentive.

2. Remain a resident of the State of New Jersey for at least two (2) years after the Vehicle Transaction Date for the eligible EV that receives an incentive under the FY25 program. This requirement does not apply to customers with permanent residency in another state who qualified for the incentive because they were active-duty military members stationed in New Jersey at the time they ordered, purchased, or leased their vehicle.

3. Agree that the entirety of the vehicle transaction, including any placing of an order, for an eligible vehicle must occur on or after the official launch of the FY25 program, and in the State of New Jersey at a participating dealership or showroom.
   - Vehicles ordered in advance of , the FY25 program launch, are not eligible for a FY25 program incentive..
    - A vehicle ordered, purchased, or leased, and/or delivered out-of-state, is not eligible for the incentive. This includes vehicles ordered online and delivered outside of the State; any vehicle ordered online must be delivered in New Jersey to qualify for the incentive.
    - New Jersey residents, or active-duty military members stationed in New Jersey, who place an order with a participating New Jersey dealership or showroom to deliver a vehicle in New Jersey will be deemed to have placed that order in New Jersey regardless of whether they were physically in the state at the time.

4.Agree that the Program Administrator will deem a purchase or lease completed when the purchaser or lessee of the vehicle has executed and signed a purchase contract, lease, or security agreement.

5. Commit to not modifying the vehicle’s emissions control systems, hardware, software calibrations, or hybrid system.

6. Retain ownership, or an active lease agreement, and registration of the vehicle with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission for a minimum of 36 consecutive months immediately after the vehicle purchase or lease date. Customers who lease their vehicle must ensure that their original lease agreement explicitly lists a term of 36 months or longer.

7. Acknowledge that they may receive only up to three (3) electric vehicle incentives from the Program throughout the 10-year period that the Program is active. By signing the agreement below, the applicant certifies they are eligible for this incentive and have not previously received more than two (2) during the program period.

Customers do not need to submit an application to receive the Charge Up incentive. Simply visit a participating dealership and the incentive will be applied at the point-of-sale.

Current Registered Owners of one of the MY 2014 – 2026 competitive models listed below, may be 
eligible for a Competitive Bonus Specialty Incentive when purchasing a new, eligible
MY26 EV9 reported with a sale type of RSALE, KAPR, KLSE, KNA, CSALE, or KFA. All other sale types 
are not eligible. The Qualifying Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) should be input in the 
Specialty Incentives section of the KDealer+ reporting system under CBP.
Competitive Bonus (CBP) Specialty Incentive Program documentation is not required to be submitted 
through the automated system, unless there is communication in KIAS indicating that documentation 
is needed. The states of New York and Pennsylvania are still required to submit documentation for 
these programs. For all states, documentation for these programs must continue to be held by the 
dealer in the sales jacket.
If a CBP claim has a Dealer Action Required message, it will be necessary to upload the required 
documentation in KIAS2 as Single File Upload as Batch. If further documentation is required, a 
notification through the Alerts Menu in KIAS2 will advise on how to resolve.
When OLP and CBP are both offered on the same model, one or the other can be utilized for a sale, 
but not both. Also, the Qualifying VIN for CBP cannot be utilized more than once in a 365 day 
period. Please note that it is the dealership’s responsibility to verify the eligibility of a VIN 
for a specialty incentive prior to finalizing the sale. Incentive monies will not be paid on any 
VIN considered to be ineligible. Sales reported as RSALE, CSALE, KAPR, KLSE, KNA, or KFA, may be 
eligible for CBP incentives, if qualified.

The following is clarification for questions regarding eligibility and documentation for the Owner Loyalty Specialty Incentive program.
The name of the Buyer/Co-buyer on the sale documentation should match the Registration, Kdealer+ reporting information, and all other documentation.
The Specialty Incentive Claim Form must be completed in full and signed by the customer(s), as well as an authorized Dealership Representative.
The date on the Specialty Incentive Claim Form must be consistent with all sales documentation and reporting information.
A copy of the fully executed Finance Contract or Buyer’s Order for the new vehicle purchase must be included in the sale jacket.
The registration must be in the Buyer and/or Co-Buyer’s name and be current

Any vehicle sales over a total of four (4) require utilization of a separate incentive program (DBFLT).
If a customer purchases more than one new, eligible vehicle, a receipt for the payment of registration on both vehicles will be required. (NOTE: Application for Registration will not be accepted).
If the qualifying vehicle is a Kia purchased from the dealer’s used vehicle inventory, a receipt for the payment of the vehicle’s registration is required.
Claims that do not include the required receipt of the payment of registration in the sale jacket will be rejected and the dealer will be charged back for the specialty incentive paid, as well as assessed an administrative fee.
Proof of payment of registration must be either a cancelled check from the dealership with the VIN summary, the printout from the electronic submission to the state, the printout from the state site indicating the VIN and registration dates, or a copy of the actual registration.
Kia America, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke any incentive, bonus, contest, or other special program at any time.
All programs referenced in this Incentive Bulletin are governed by the Kia America Sales Policy, dated November 2, 2021.

KMA Owner Loyalty


Qualification:
All new, eligible MY25/MY26 vehicles, excluding MY25 EV9.
Incentive Amount:                                         $500
Payment Qualification:
All new, eligible MY25/MY26 vehicles excluding MY25 EV9 sold with a sale type of RSALE, KAPR, KLSE, 
KNA, CSALE, or KFA.
•  Ineligible vehicles include any vehicle not indicated as eligible or any other vehicle in which 
curtailment has been paid.
•  Ineligible sale types include LSALE, INSUR, DBFLT, TDRIV, DBNLA, BRKR, AGED, CCP, ALTCP, FLEXM 
and FLEXZ.
Claim documentation submitted after the respective date will be subject to rejection and will be 
assessed an Administrative Fee. A Payment Exception will be required for the VIN in question to be 
eligible for Incentive Payment after rejection has occurred. The Payment Exception is subject to 
certification.
Note: The dates indicated above are the date documentation is required to be submitted by the 
dealership via the automated system. In the event that these dates conflict with any other Kia 
America, Inc. system, the dates provided in this Incentive Bulletin will govern.
Military Program
•  To be eligible for this program, Customers must be members in Active Duty, honorably discharged 
from, retired from, or on disability with the United States Armed Forces (including Reservists). 
Additionally, the spouse of those individuals is also eligible for this program. The eligible 
customer must be able to provide one of the following: a current Earnings Statement, a copy of 
honorable discharge papers or certificate, a bank statement indicating a pension or disability 
earnings from the United States Armed Forces or an official document indicating future pension 
eligibility. This includes those that have “national” status from another country and are serving 
in the United States military.
