Kia Motors America “You Pay the Same for Your New Kia as a KMA Team Member ” Program.

Overview:
Dealer participation in the Program is entirely voluntary. If a customer requests the terms available under the Program, it is the dealer’s option whether to agree to the sale on those terms.

NOTE: It is required that the You Pay the Same Program Claim Form be completed by a dealership representative and the Customer. It is then to be kept in the sales jacket with all other Customer information/forms.

Here’s how the Program works:
• All Customers are eligible for the program, upon request.
• The Customer chooses a new, eligible vehicle listed above from the dealer’s stock and asks to purchase the car under the “You Pay the Same” program.
• If a dealer wishes to make the sale under the Program terms and conditions, the dealership sets the price of the vehicle based on dealer invoice and then reduces that price by (i) current Customer Cash and Specialty Incentives (if applicable), and (ii) applicable Supplemental of $500 for all new, eligible
vehicles listed above available only in connection with the Program.
• Sales reported for the “You Pay the Same” program must be reported with the KNA sale type. All other sale types are ineligible.
• Both the Customer Cash and Specialty Incentives (if applicable) must be identified separately on the retail incentive form, as well as on the Buyer’s Order.
• Dealer is responsible for indicating application of the applicable Customer Cash on the Retail Incentive Claim Form and on the Bill of Sale, Buyers Order or Finance/Lease agreement. Customer may request to receive this incentive rebate in a check directly from the dealer as stated in Sales Policy dated
November 2, 2021 and this election must be indicated on the Retail Incentive Claim Form.
• Dealer is responsible for indicating application of this Specialty Incentive on the Specialty Incentive Claim Form and on the Bill of Sale, Buyers Order or Finance/Lease agreement. Customer may request to receive this incentive rebate in a check directly from the dealer as stated in Sales Policy dated
November 2, 2021 and this election must be indicated on the Specialty Incentive Claim Form. 

NOTE: If a customer requests a purchase under the Program and your dealership agrees to make the sale on the Program terms, the customer is not eligible for a KMA Low APR/Lease program for the sale.

The following terms and conditions govern each dealership’s participation in the “You Pay the Same for Your New Kia as a KMA Team Member” Program (the “Program”).

Dealer participation in the Program is voluntary. If a customer requests the terms available under the Program, it is the dealer’s option whether to agree to the sale on those terms.

All Customers are eligible for this program, provided, however, that a sale made under the Program is not eligible for the KMA Low APR/Lease program.

Program Period/Reporting:
The Program covers qualifying sales that are made and reported between April 1, 2025 and April 30, 2025 (the “Program Period”) with the KNA sale type via KDealer+.

Eligible Vehicles:
All new, eligible vehicles listed above that (a) are sold during the Program Period and designated by Dealer as sold under the Program; and (b) are reported sold during the Program Period using the KNA sale type.

Eligible Participants:
Must be an active Kia dealer of record during the entire Program Period

Ineligible Conditions:
The following are not eligible for the Program:
a) Any vehicles outside of the eligible vehicles listed above.
b) Any sales that do not meet the definition of “Eligible Sale” under the Kia Sales Policy.
c) Any sales reported with a sale type other than KNA.
d) Any vehicles that are part of a Dealer-Based Fleet Program, Service Loaner, or other program not considered to be a “Retail Sale” (RS).
e) Any vehicles that do not otherwise meet the definition of eligible vehicles above or any other terms and conditions herein.

Pricing & Incentive Payment:
In order to qualify for the Program, a sale of an eligible vehicle must be made at dealer invoice price, less (i) current Customer Cash and Specialty Incentives (if applicable), and (ii) applicable Supplemental of $500 for all new, eligible vehicles listed above available only in connection with the Program. Each of these incentive credits must be supported by a corresponding, itemized entry on the sales invoice reflecting that the Customer has been given credit in these amounts in connection with the transaction. These incentives will be credited to the Dealer’s Statement in a one-line entry (by program code), based upon the incentive type, during the standard processing cycle. The Incentive Detail Report will identify all VINs being paid under that program code.

Claiming Incentive Payments:
Incentives will be paid automatically on all vehicles appearing in the Kia Incentive Administration System (KIAS) for the specific incentive program.

Audit:
The submission of complete and accurate customer information is mandatory for participation in the Program. KMA reserves the right to audit all dealership records relating to the Program. Retailers are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all RDR and RO submissions. The submission by a retailer or by a person employed by or affiliated with a retailer, of incorrect, false, or fraudulent activity can result in penalties, chargeback, and disqualification from part or all of the Program or other appropriate action in accordance with the Kia Dealers Sales and Service Agreement.

Additional Conditions and Disclaimers:
a) Vehicles must be sold and reported from Dealer Stock.
b) Vehicles placed in the Program will be eligible for 10/100 warranty from the Valid Sales Date input into the Kia DCS.
c) Vehicles reported for the Program will count towards a dealer’s total monthly retail sales for purposes of determining whether a dealer has met a given sales level for KMA’s objective-based dealer cash program, but in the event that a dealer qualifies for payments under the Kia Target Bonus program by achieving the requisite number of sales, no per-car Kia Target Bonus dealer cash program payments shall be made on the specific sales made pursuant to this Program.
d) Vehicles reported with a KNA sale type will not be eligible for incentive payment under any Supplemental Dealer Cash Program.
e) Vehicles reported for the “You Pay the Same” Program are potentially eligible for Specialty Incentive Programs, but only if such vehicle qualifies under the terms and conditions of such programs.
f) Vehicles reported under the “You Pay the Same” Program are not eligible for any Kia Low APR/Lease Programs or payment under KMA’s Target Bonus dealer cash program.
g) Any Program sales that use a Kia Low APR/Lease program will be charged back the full amount of the eligible Customer Cash and the applicable Supplemental incentive of $500.
h) Vehicles reported will count and pay toward Sales Consultant and/or Sales Manager Programs as applicable.
i) Reported “You Pay the Same……” Program sales that are cancelled because of the sale did not meet the terms and conditions of the Program will be charged back the full amount of the incentives. Upon cancellation, the sale will be treated as a normal retail sale subject to KMA’s standard reporting procedures and shall be eligible for any applicable incentives at the time of sale; subject to the terms and conditions of the Sales Policy (including KMA’s right to disqualify from incentive eligibility any sale that is falsely reported to KMA).
j) KMA is not responsible for information that is be missing and/or submitted incorrectly by dealership personnel.
k) In all matters pertaining to the interpretation and application of any rule or term or condition of this program, the decision of KMA shall be final and non-appealable.
l) In any dispute concerning the eligibility or ineligibility of any vehicle, the records of KMA shall control over any inconsistent records in the dealership’s possession.
m) KMA reserves the right to modify, including the reduction or elimination of payments, amend, cancel or revoke, in whole or in part, the Program at any time and without prior notice.
n) All programs are governed by the Kia Motors America Sales Policy, dated March 3, 2015. Please refer to the policy for any other incentive program rules and regulations.
o) By participating in this Program, each dealership is agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above.

Military Specialty Incentive Program

Payment Qualification:
All new, eligible MY24 Sportage PHEV, Niro, Niro PHEV and Niro EV (excluding all other MY24
vehicles not listed as eligible); all MY25/MY26 vehicles sold with a sale type of RSALE, KAPR,
KLSE, KNA, CSALE, or KFA.

Claim documentation submitted after the respective date will be subject to rejection and will be
assessed an Administrative Fee. A Payment Exception will be required for the VIN in question to be
eligible for Incentive Payment after rejection has occurred. The Payment Exception is subject to
certification.

Note: The dates indicated above are the date documentation is required to be submitted by the
dealership via the automated system. In the event that these dates conflict with any other Kia
America, Inc. system, the dates provided in this Incentive Bulletin will govern.

Military Program
• To be eligible for this program, Customers must be members in Active Duty, honorably discharged
from, retired from, or on disability with the United States Armed Forces (including Reservists).
Additionally, the spouse of those individuals is also eligible for this program. The eligible customer
must be able to provide one of the following: a current Earnings Statement, a copy of honorable
discharge papers or certificate, a bank statement indicating a pension or disability earnings from the
United States Armed Forces or an official document indicating future pension eligibility. This includes
those that have “national” status from another country and are serving in the United States military.
