Ally is pleased to announce a capitalized cost reduction allowance (CCRA) on select new electric vehicles.
Ally will offer a CCRA on qualifying SmartLease ® or ComTRAC ® transactions for Kia Dealers.

Ally Standard or Incentivized SmartLease® Agreements or ComTRAC® Lease Agreements on Eligible Vehicles dated during the Program Period

SmartLease®
- Prime and Non-Prime

ComTRAC®
- S – C Tier
- 12 – 60 Month Terms
- Monthly Payment Lease
- Contract Residual must be at least 20%
- Ally SmartLease CCRA must be disclosed on the Ally SmartLease Agreement in the same manner as OEM CCRA


- CCRA must be used entirely to reduce the capitalized cost of the lease and cannot be used for other upfront amounts due
- Ally CCRA must be disclosed properly on the SmartLease Agreement
- SmartLease CCRA must be disclosed on line 6b, “Rebates and Noncash Credits” and as part of the capitalized cost reduction disclosed on Lines 5a and Line 7b
- ComTRAC CCRA must be disclosed on the Cap Cost Reduction line and in the Initial Amounts Due section of the Schedule 1

Compatibility:
- Compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market (i.e., other CCRA promotions, Dealer Bonus Cash, etc.)
- Compatible with Reduced Admin Fee Promotions
- Compatible with Ally Dealer Rewards (Volume Targets & Reward)

Funding:
When dealer submits the draft, the draft amount should not include the amount of the CCRA. The dealer will
receive the CCRA amount automatically through SmartCash as a “Misc. To Dealer” item after the contract is
booked; when dealer does not submit a draft, dealer will receive the CCRA amount with the proceeds when the
contract is booked.

Important Notes:
- When using NetQuote to estimate payments, manually enter the qualifying Ally promotional CCRA amount(s) in the “ Other Reductions ” field (if
- Standard DFI parameters apply
- A completed Contract Rate Verification form must be submitted with each contract package

Military Specialty Incentive Program

Payment Qualification:
All new, eligible MY24/MY25 vehicles, excluding MY24 K5 and Sorento HEV/PHEV, sold with a sale
type of RSALE, KAPR, KLSE, KNA, CSALE, or KFA.

• Ineligible vehicles include any vehicle not indicated as eligible or any other vehicle in which curtailment
has been paid.
• Ineligible sale types include LSALE, INSUR, DBFLT, TDRIV, DBNLA, BRKR, AGED, CCP, ALTCP,
FLEXM and FLEXZ.


Claim documentation submitted after the respective date will be subject to rejection and will be
assessed an Administrative Fee. A Payment Exception will be required for the VIN in question to be
eligible for Incentive Payment after rejection has occurred. The Payment Exception is subject to
certification.

Note: The dates indicated above are the date documentation is required to be submitted by the
dealership via the automated system. In the event that these dates conflict with any other Kia
America, Inc. system, the dates provided in this Incentive Bulletin will govern.

Military Program
• To be eligible for this program, Customers must be members in Active Duty, honorably discharged
from, retired from, or on disability with the United States Armed Forces (including Reservists).
Additionally, the spouse of those individuals is also eligible for this program. The eligible customer
must be able to provide one of the following: a current Earnings Statement, a copy of honorable
discharge papers or certificate, a bank statement indicating a pension or disability earnings from the
United States Armed Forces or an official document indicating future pension eligibility. This includes
those that have "national" status from another country and are serving in the United States military.

KUS will be adding VINs to this program during the program period. Dealers will be eligible for a reload of additional vehicles based primarily on the number of eligible VINs they have retailed and reported.
Lease Bonus Cash
•This Lease Bonus Cash incentive is eligible on select VINs and can only be used in conjunction with a subvented Lease program through Kia Finance. (See the Retail Bonus Cash bulletin for alternative offer.)
•Eligible vehicles can be reported with KLSE sale type.
•RSALE, CSALE, KAPR, KNA, KFA, CCP, DBFLT, AGED, FLEXZ, FLEXM and SVC, as well as any other sale types, are not eligible for this incentive.
•The dealership is responsible for indicating the applicable Select VIN* Sticker Sales Event Lease Bonus Cash Incentive on the Retail Incentive Claim Form in addition to listing the incentive on the Bill of Sale, Buyers Order or Finance/Lease agreement with all other eligible customer incentives.
•The vehicle must be sold and reported during the program period.

•FLEXZ , FLEXM and SVC, or any other sale types not indicated above, are not eligible for this incentive.
•The dealership is responsible for indicating the applicable Select VIN* Sticker Sales Event Retail Bonus Cash Incentive on the Retail Incentive Claim Form in addition to listing the incentive on the Bill of Sale, Buyers Order or Finance/Lease agreement with all other eligible customer incentives.
