• This incentive is offered to support eligible conquest clients.
• Cannot be combined with loyalty incentive.
• Eligible Conquest MY’s are MY18-MY26.

• NEW RDRs in BBSS only are eligible.
• Vehicles cannot be sold over MSRP. No MSRP mark-up permitted.
o If JLR Accessories are added to a vehicle prior to sale, retailer must submit itemized documentation (receipts) of each accessory. The total amount of the accessories should equal the difference between MSRP and the contract's selling price
• Full incentive must be itemized as a rebate on the contract.
• Client do not need to dispose of the Conquest vehicle currently leased or owned in order to be eligible for incentive.
• Conquest vehicle must have been owned by client for a minimum of 30 days to be eligible for incentive.
• Client must lease or finance the new vehicle with Chase for a minimum of 90 days in order for the retailer to retain conquest incentive.
• Same household (address) clients are allowed.

• Incentives claims must be submitted no later than 60 days after RDR.

JLR Conquest Program

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
We are pleased to announce the JLR Financial Group (JLRFG) Loyalty Client Cash
Program on select JLR models.
PROGRAM SPECIFIC NOTES
• NEW RDRs in BBSS only are eligible.
• Vehicles cannot be sold over MSRP. No MSRP mark-up permitted.
o If JLR Accessories are added to a vehicle prior to sale, retailer must submit

contract's selling price

RECORDS RETENTION
As proof of authentication, for each VIN reported sold under this program, the Retailer
must retain the following documentation for no less than two years:
1. Copy of the sales contract.
2. Proof of Identification (driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance card).
3. Client Cash Receipt Acknowledgment Form
4. Proof of Ownership (registration or insurance card)
STANDARD PROGRAM NOTES
• Any Incentives and/or Business Builder paid will be charged back if the
requirements in the JLR "Contests and Incentives Standard Eligibility Rules for
Retail Programs" are not followed.
• JLR reserves the right to change or suspend this program at any time.
