Electric Vehicle Tax Credit Benefit Available for Your Customers
Effective Immediately

We’re pleased to announce that customers who lease new qualifying Electric Vehicles (PHEV) through 
Land Rover Financial Group (LRFG) are eligible for a federal electric vehicle tax credit benefit. 
The benefit is now available for the 2025 Range Rover and Range Rover Sport.

As owner of the leased vehicle, LRFG is passing a federal tax credit benefit to your customer. 
Please see below for the specific amount your customer will receive. The exact tax credit benefit 
amount is shown below:
•  2025 Range Rover is $7,500
•  2025 Range Rover Sport is $7,500

What you need to know:
•  Reprogramming will be required. Please contact your Dealer Management System provider promptly. 
We must return for re-contracting any lease agreements that do not properly disclose the EV tax 
credit benefit.
•  Please disclose the electric vehicle tax credit benefit on one of the blank lines in Section 
10(c) of the lease agreement, using the preferred label of EV tax credit benefit, as shown below. 
Please see your current Lease Agreement – Section 10 Amount Due bulletin for more details.
•  Please include the full tax credit amount as Capitalized Cost Reduction in Section 9(a) of the 
lease agreement. This line can also include other capitalized cost reduction amounts if applicable 
but must include the full tax credit benefit amount.
•  Please enter the tax credit benefit amount in the Rebate field on DealerTrack®1 or RouteOne®2 
when submitting the application.
•  The EV tax credit benefit is for the federal tax credit; please contact your state taxation 
office to determine what state level benefits, if any, are available to your customer. If 
applicable, the retailer is responsible for passing on state-level benefits to customers.
•  Please note that upfront validation is currently not available. You are responsible for ensuring 
the accuracy of EV tax credit requirements on eContracts.
•  If the EV tax credit rebate is not disclosed properly, we will require a recontract. We are 
unable to make any exceptions.


EV TAX CREDIT BENEFIT


Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

Ally is pleased to announce a Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program for dealers submitting Lease to Retail contracts to Ally.
When an Ally SmartLease customer exercises their option to purchase their vehicle and finances it through Ally the dealer will receive a cash bonus!

Eligible Dealers: All Automotive Dealers in All States

Eligible Transactions
- Used Standard Rate Retail Transactions
- Lease to Retail transactions Only
- The Lessee must purchase the vehicle they originally leased

Payment Details
- Ally will provide a cash bonus Lease to Retail payment when a lessee/co-lessee exercises their purchasing option and finances through Ally
- The payment is applicable to the dealers' state in which the transaction is completed
- The payment will be paid via the monthly Statement of Dealer Transactions (SDT)
- The payment is payable in addition to Minimum Participation and standard rate-based Dealer Finance Income and is not subject to chargebacks

Dealers must select 'Lease to Retail' in RouteOne and Dealertrack when submitting the Lease to Retail application to Ally.

Important Notes:
- This program is compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market
- Documentary, administrative and unofficial fees are prohibited any time an Ally lessee exercises the purchase option
- Dealer finance income may not exceed applicable Ally limits or amounts limited by state law



Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program


PROGRAM SPECIFIC NOTES
• This incentive is offered to support eligible conquest clients.
• Vehicles must be RDR’d by September 2nd, 2025.
• Cannot be combined with loyalty incentive.
• Eligible Conquest MY’s are MY18-MY26.
o Complete list of eligible conquest competitors listed under the “CONQUEST COMPETITOR MODEL ELIGIBILITY” section of bulletin.
• NEW RDRs in BBSS only are eligible.
• Vehicles cannot be sold over MSRP. No MSRP mark-up permitted.
o If JLR Accessories are added to a vehicle prior to sale, retailer must submit itemized documentation (receipts) of each accessory. The total amount of the accessories should equal the difference between MSRP and the contract's selling price
• Full incentive must be itemized as a rebate on the contract.
• Client do not need to dispose of the Conquest vehicle currently leased or owned in order to be eligible for incentive.
• Conquest vehicle must have been owned by client for a minimum of 30 days to be eligible for incentive.
• Client must lease or finance the new vehicle with Chase for a minimum of 90 days in order for the retailer to retain conquest incentive.
• Same household (address) clients are allowed.
EV
• Incentive is ONLY compatible with:
o JLRFG Unsubvened/Subvened Leases and APR
• Incentives claims must be submitted no later than 60 days after RDR.

JLR Conquest Program

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
We are pleased to announce the JLR Financial Group (JLRFG) Loyalty Client Cash
Program on select JLR models.
PROGRAM SPECIFIC NOTES
• NEW RDRs in BBSS only are eligible.
• Vehicles cannot be sold over MSRP. No MSRP mark-up permitted.
o If JLR Accessories are added to a vehicle prior to sale, retailer must submit
itemized documentation (receipts) of each accessory. The total amount of
the accessories should equal the difference between MSRP and the
contract's selling price
• Full incentive must be itemized as a rebate on the contract.
• Client does not need to dispose of currently leased or owned model in order to
be eligible for incentive.
• Owner Loyalty vehicle must have been owned by client for a minimum of 30
days to be eligible for incentive.
• Client must lease or finance the new vehicle with Chase for a minimum of 90
days in order for the retailer to retain loyalty incentive.
• Clients are eligible if they owned/leased any MY17-MY25 JLR model, within the
last 12 months.
• The owner loyalty incentive is not limited only to the clients located in the GRP
2.0 list.
• Same household clients are allowed.

(instructions on how to access this form can be found on the following bulletin
titled, “Owner Loyalty New Request Form Manual”.)

As proof of authentication, for each VIN reported sold under this program, the Retailer
must retain the following documentation for no less than two years:
1. Copy of the sales contract.
2. Proof of Identification (driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance card).
3. Client Cash Receipt Acknowledgment Form
4. Proof of Ownership (registration or insurance card)
STANDARD PROGRAM NOTES
• Any Incentives and/or Business Builder paid will be charged back if the
requirements in the JLR "Contests and Incentives Standard Eligibility Rules for
Retail Programs" are not followed.
• JLR reserves the right to change or suspend this program at any time.
