Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

Ally is pleased to announce a Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program for dealers submitting Lease to Retail contracts to Ally.
When an Ally SmartLease customer exercises their option to purchase their vehicle and finances it through Ally the dealer will receive a cash bonus!

Eligible Dealers: All Automotive Dealers in All States

Eligible Transactions
- Used Standard Rate Retail Transactions
- Lease to Retail transactions Only
- The Lessee must purchase the vehicle they originally leased

Payment Details
- Ally will provide a cash bonus Lease to Retail payment when a lessee/co-lessee exercises their purchasing option and finances through Ally
- The payment is applicable to the dealers' state in which the transaction is completed
- The payment will be paid via the monthly Statement of Dealer Transactions (SDT)
- The payment is payable in addition to Minimum Participation and standard rate-based Dealer Finance Income and is not subject to chargebacks

Dealers must select 'Lease to Retail' in RouteOne and Dealertrack when submitting the Lease to Retail application to Ally.

Important Notes:
- This program is compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market
- Documentary, administrative and unofficial fees are prohibited any time an Ally lessee exercises the purchase option
- Dealer finance income may not exceed applicable Ally limits or amounts limited by state law

Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., and its respective parent companies, divisions, affiliations, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees are not eligible to redeem this certificate.

Dealer Instructions: 
Apply this certificate toward the down payment or capitalized cost reduction. THE CERTIFICATE AMOUNT MUST BE CLEARLY STATED IN THE “REBATES AND NONCASH CREDITS” OR SIMILAR DESIGNATION ON THE CONTRACT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT. For lease and finance contracts, dealer must send the original qualified Lexus certificate AND a copy of the contract with the certificate amount STATED ON the line identified for “Rebates and Noncash Credits” or a similar designation. All certificates must contain the new model and VIN number and must be signed and dated by the customer to be valid. The customer must take retail delivery on or before the expiration date for the certificate to be valid. Retain a copy of the certificate for your files.

Customer Instructions: Offer valid for the person named above who purchases or leases an eligible new Lexus at a participating Lexus dealer. Offer void where prohibited. Negotiate your best deal first, and then give the certificate to your dealer who will apply the discount toward the purchase price, toward the down payment on a finance contract, or toward the amount due at lease signing with any remainder toward the capitalized cost reduction on a lease. On approved credit. Not all applicants will qualify. Customer must take retail delivery on or before the expiration date for the certificate to be valid. If your vehicle is purchased for cash or financed through a lender other than the dealer, the certificate will be applied to the cash sales price. Eligible Vehicles

*New and unlicensed non-J carried in dealership ground stock inventory that are sold and reported (RDR'd)
to the ultimate consumer during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle
department.

Eligible Dealers
All participating Lexus Dealers serviced by an LFS Experience Center (EC); excludes Way360 dealers.

To obtain the College Reward benefits the customer must be (1) currently enrolled in an eligible degree program or
be a graduate from an eligible school within the current Incentive period or within the two years prior* to the
incentive period start date (2) provide proof of eligible degree status (3) provide proof of graduation all as defined
below.
Eligible School / Degree Programs: An “eligible school” is an accredited school in the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin
Islands or Puerto Rico. An “eligible degree” is defined as one of the following from an eligible school:
• A four-year undergraduate degree from a college/university or a registered nursing program; OR
• A two-year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or technical
college or university; OR
• A graduate degree or current enrollment in a graduate school degree program.

Eligible Degree Status:
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate school degree program from an Eligible School; OR
• Have already obtained an Eligible Degree from an Eligible School within two years (as defined above).
Updated Process: Eligibility verification requirements:
• The customer MUST create an ID.me account and complete the verification process themselves.
• DO NOT use the dealer/dealer associate email address to “help” the customer create the account. ID.me
will detect these accounts and they will be suspended and flagged as “potentially fraudulent”. This may also
cause the customer to not be able to verify their identity through ID.me.
• If the customer fails verification, creating another account WILL NOT solve the issue and will only further
complicate the process. The car buyer should contact ID.me Member Support by emailing Help@id.me
or via chat at https://help.id.me/hc/en-us/requests/new for assistance.
To qualify for financing the customer must also:
• At contract signing, furnish verifiable proof of present employment or proof of future employment, which
will begin within 120 days of credit approval, with salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and
vehicle payments; AND
• Be approved for credit by, and finance or lease “the Vehicle” through a participating Dealer and LFS.
During the last 24 months, all obligations on your credit report must have been paid within 60 days of the
due date and your credit report must not show more than $1,000 in total charge-offs.
• To receive the College Reward benefits, the signer or co-signer must meet all the College Reward
qualifications.

2. Must be in current active-duty status in the U.S. Military (Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines, National Guard,
Coast Guard and active Reserve) OR a U.S. Military inactive reserve (I.e., Ready Reserve) that are part of the
Individual Read Reserve, Selected Reserve and Inactive National Guard; OR
3. An honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Military within two calendar years of their discharged date; OR
4. A retired U.S. Military veteran, regardless of the date of separation from active service; OR
5. A spouse/surviving spouse and dependents of an eligible U.S. Military personnel (including Gold Star Family
Members):
• Goldstar family members are family members of a fallen hero(s) and are also considered as household
and/or family member are eligible for this program.

Lexus Financial Services (LFS), in partnership with the Lexus Division, are pleased to announce the Lexus TX 350 Loyalty Offer.

Program overview:
• List of eligible customers with a unique offer ID/certificate number will be loaded in Signal.
• Certificates will be issued with a unique offer ID/certificate number LOY-L91025-xxxxxx
• Rebate offer is transferable within the same household. Certificate is a one-time use offer per transaction/contract leased with LFS.
• Please note that the offer(s) available is what is in market at the time of sale and for vehicles delivered out of dealer ground stock inventory.
Lexus does not guarantee past or future incentives.
To qualify for the program the customer must:
• Finance or lease a New MY25 TX 350 model through a participating Lexus dealership and LFS.
• Have a lease or retail contract with LFS that expires between 9/3/2025 - 3/ 3/2026 on one of the following vehicles: MY18 – MY23 GS
(G/H), GX, LX and RX (G/H).

As long as the customer has a valid Lexus TX 350 Loyalty Certificate the offer must be honored. The customer is assigned a unique customer offer
ID/certificate number and is eligible as long as it has not been redeemed or expired.

questions, please contact your ASM at your designated LFS Experience Center (EC).

Eligible Dealers
All participating Lexus Area dealers serviced by a LFS Experience Center (EC).

Customer Eligibility
1. Qualifying lessees will receive a unique Lexus TX 350 Loyalty Certificate offer (lessees that filed bankruptcy over
the course of their existing lease are excluded from this program). Lessee remains obligated to pay all remaining
monthly payments and any outstanding fees and charges according to the terms and conditions of their current
LFS contract.
2. To redeem the offer, customers must:
A. Obtain credit approval to lease or finance a NEW MY25 Lexus TX 350 vehicle from dealer ground stock
inventory and LFS during the program period.
B. Customer(s) from the original lease agreement must complete one of the following:
a. Submit their unique Lexus TX 350 Loyalty Certificate to the dealership, or
b. Provide the unique offer ID/certificate number to the dealership, or
c. Have the dealership confirm their eligibility & print the certificate from Signal, CSC or designated
LFS Experience Center (EC)
C. Sign and complete the iPlus Incentive Acknowledgment Form
D. At least one customer* from the original lease agreement OR customer* from the same household must
enter into a lease or retail agreement for a new MY25 Lexus TX 350 vehicle assigned to LFS.
*New customer must reside at the same address as that of the primary buyer from the original lease
agreement.
*If Co-borrower resides at a different address from that of the primary buyer on the original lease
agreement, they will not qualify for a Loyalty certificate on their own.
3. Customers may:
A. Transfer rebate within the same household*. Limit one (1) certificate per lease or finance transaction.

Eligible Vehicles
Qualifying customers can finance or lease any new, unused and unlicensed** MY25 Lexus TX 350 model (including
demonstrators with 20,000 miles or less) that is from dealer ground stock inventory at the time of purchase or lease,
which must be during the program period.
**New and unlicensed, non-J carried in dealership ground stock inventory that are sold and reported (RDR’d) to the
ultimate consumer during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.

Maximum Terms
Retail contracts: up to 84 Months. Tiers 1+ through Tier 7*
Lease contracts: up to 60 Months. Tiers 1+ through Tier 7*
*Except where subvened offers are available, eligible tiers and terms apply

Dealer Participation
Dealer participation eligibility is driven by program rate type (standard or subvened and retail or lease). Please refer to
the applicable rate letter for full participation eligibility details.

NEW AND IMPORTANT RouteOne Instructions:
1. Select LFS Subjective Program (if applicable).
2. In the “LFS Pre-Approval Certificate Number” field, input the customer’s complete unique offer ID/certificate
number (format “LOY-L91025-XXXXXX”).
Note: failing to input customer’s complete unique offer ID/certificate number will result in non-payment.

New: Rebate Reimbursement
• Lexus Division will reimburse the dealer for the Lexus TX 350 Loyalty Offer once the following is completed.
1. Customer’s complete unique offer ID/certificate number is input into RouteOne/eContracting.
2. Properly disclose the rebate on the Lease/Retail Agreement. The Lexus TX 350 Loyalty Offer
Rebate must be applied towards either Amount Due at Lease Signing or Capitalized Cost Reduction
on a LFS lease agreement, or towards the down-payment on a LFS retail contract.
3. Dealer submits the Incentive Application (IA) and RDR via Dealer Daily; Driver 1 information on the
RDR must match the information for Driver that is eligible for the Loyalty offer.
4. An eligible contract is booked by LFS
5. The retail date on the RDR and Contract date must be within the incentive period
• Reimbursements will be done through the iPlus system – via ACH or check (depending on what the dealer
is signed up for).
• Payments will be processed weekly and available to reconcile via Incentive Status Portal (ISP) on Dealer
Daily.
Note: Not entering the customer unique certificate number in “LFS Pre-Approval Certificate Number” field will
result in non-payment.
