Dealerships must report sales through NetStar DDR by selecting either the sales program “MIB - Non MBFS” or “MIB – MBFS” depending on sale type by the end of the program retail period.

Please review your DDR’s prior to month-end to ensure they are all reported under either “MIB - Non MBFS” or “MIB – MBFS” sales type. You are now able to cancel DDR’s on the retail close. Vehicles retailed under the wrong sales type will not be eligible for other offers.

Any non-compliance with the Rules by the Dealership may result in the recovery by chargeback or otherwise of discounts paid, or incurred as obligation, under the Program, by Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC from the Dealership.

Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

Ally is pleased to announce a Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program for dealers submitting Lease to Retail contracts to Ally.
When an Ally SmartLease customer exercises their option to purchase their vehicle and finances it through Ally the dealer will receive a cash bonus!

Eligible Dealers: All Automotive Dealers in All States

Eligible Transactions
- Used Standard Rate Retail Transactions
- Lease to Retail transactions Only
- The Lessee must purchase the vehicle they originally leased

Payment Details
- Ally will provide a cash bonus Lease to Retail payment when a lessee/co-lessee exercises their purchasing option and finances through Ally
- The payment is applicable to the dealers' state in which the transaction is completed
- The payment will be paid via the monthly Statement of Dealer Transactions (SDT)
- The payment is payable in addition to Minimum Participation and standard rate-based Dealer Finance Income and is not subject to chargebacks

Dealers must select 'Lease to Retail' in RouteOne and Dealertrack when submitting the Lease to Retail application to Ally.

Important Notes:
- This program is compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market
- Documentary, administrative and unofficial fees are prohibited any time an Ally lessee exercises the purchase option
- Dealer finance income may not exceed applicable Ally limits or amounts limited by state law

MBUSA Fleet Incentive Enhancement

Program forms are being updated to reflect this enhancement.
If a customer’s form is not current, the updated incentive may be written in by the selling dealer. 
MSS will reimburse your dealership the enhanced fleet incentive after the fleet DDR is submitted. 
These incentives may not be applied retroactively to cars already DDR’d.

Prior to finalizing the transaction, please verify program compatibility by referencing the monthly Compatibility Matrix, AND check the validity of the Control Number in NetStar using the ‘Control Number Inquiry Screen’.
Fleet Programs are not eligible for use with Brokers. Broker involvement will result in audit failure and chargeback.

Reignite Bonus Program
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Mercedes-Benz USA are pleased to announce a Reignite Bonus. To be eligible for the Reignite Bonus, customers must have had a prior MBFS lease agreement or retail installment sales contract (including retail balloon contracts) on a new vehicle financed by MBFS, and exercised their lease purchase option, purchased their off-lease vehicle from the dealer in an eligible Indirect Customer Purchase (ICP) Program transaction, or paid off their new vehicle retail installment contract on that vehicle, as applicable.
•Eligible customers that enter into a new lease agreement or retail installment sales contract (including retail balloon contracts) through MBFS for a select new 2024/2025 Mercedes-Benz ICE model or EQ model, will receive a Reignite Bonus towards their new lease or new retail purchase, with the Reignite Bonus Amount varying depending on the model vehicle leased or financed, as indicated in the chart below.

Reignite Bonus Program Guidelines:
Prior Lease Purchase Date or Retail Vehicle Payoff Date: January 1, 2021 through, December 31, 2023
New Contract Type: MBFS Lease Agreement or Retail Installment Sales Contract financed by MBFS
Tier: All Credit Tiers, based on Mercedes-Benz Financial Services credit approval

Contract Eligibility:
• To be eligible for the Reignite Bonus, customers must have had a prior MBFS lease or retail installment contract, and exercised their lease purchase option or paid off their retail contract on that vehicle, as applicable, between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2023.
• Business accounts are not eligible for this program.
• New finance/lease documentation must reflect the same customer name and/or address as the old lease agreement. Offer is not transferrable. Contracts written in the dealership name will not be eligible.
• Reignite Bonus must be disclosed on the new contract.
o For new Standard Leases, the Reignite Bonus must be disclosed in section 5b, either in the Rebates and Noncash Credits line or in a blank line as “MB Credits”, and applied as a Capital Cost Reduction and/or against other Amounts Due at Lease Signing or Delivery. Multiple MB bonus programs being applied may be combined on either line, if applicable. For Single Pay Leases, the bonus may be applied to Amounts Due at Lease Signing, but not as a Capitalized Cost Reduction.

Program Eligibility:
•All Credit Tiers, based on MBFS approval.
•Customers are not pre-approved and are subject to MBFS credit approval.
•MBFS lease agreements and MBFS retail installment sales contracts must be dated and credit applications must be submitted.
•This program may be used in conjunction with Mercedes Incentive Bonus (MIB), Loyalty Accelerator Program (LAP), Affinity Program, Preferred Employer Program (PEP), Single Pay Lease, Multiple Security Deposit Program, GAP Certificates, Lease Bonus Cash, Special Lease Rates and Special Retail Rates.
•Ex-CVPs are only eligible for this program if utilizing New Car rate programs. CPO and Pre-Owned rate programs are not compatible with this Reignite Bonus program.
•This program is not combinable with any of the following programs: Star Loyalty Bonus Program for Maturing Active Lease and Lease Extension Accounts, Diplomat, Brass Hat, EDD, Small Fleet Program, Corporate Sales Incentive Program (CSIP), DE1/DE1+, MBDEAL, Employee Purchase, Non-Compliant vehicle sales (NC), Conquest Programs, and any CPO Program.

Reimbursement Process:
• Once an eligible contract is booked by the MBFS Business Center and the vehicle has been DDR’d in Netstar as a New or ex-CVP vehicle, with New vehicle car program, in accordance with the 10 days, a report will be generated prompting the payment of the Reignite Bonus through MSS. Payments will be made twice a month and may be viewed on a VIN level in the Claim History section of MSS. If payment is not received within 60 days of booking, a MSS inquiry will need to be submitted for review. All other MSS policies apply.

Star Loyalty Bonus Program for Select Active MBFS Maturing Lease and Lease Extension Accounts

In an effort to support our loyal MBFS customers, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Mercedes-Benz USA are
pleased to announce a Star Loyalty Bonus program on eligible active maturing lease and lease extension accounts that
enter into a new lease agreement or retail installment sales contract through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services for a
select new 2024/2025 Mercedes-Benz ICE model or EQ mode. The Star
Loyalty Bonus Amount toward their new lease or new retail purchase will vary depending on the model vehicle leased
or financed, as indicated in the chart below.

Loyalty Bonus Program Guidelines:
Maturing Vehicles: Active MBFS Maturing Lease and Lease Extension Accounts
Maturity Date: Between July 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026
New Contract Type: MBFS Lease Agreement or Retail Installment Sales Contract financed by MBFS
Tier: All Credit Tiers, based on Mercedes-Benz Financial Services credit approval

Contract Eligibility:
• To be eligible for the Star Loyalty Bonus Program, customers must have an active qualified MBFS
   Maturing Lease or Lease Extension Account with a maturity date between Between  July 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026
• Business accounts are eligible for this program.
• New finance/lease documentation must reflect the same customer name and/or address as the old lease
   agreement. Offer is not transferrable. Contracts written in the dealership name will not be eligible.
• Star Loyalty Bonus must be disclosed on the new contract.
• For new Standard Leases, the Star Loyalty Bonus must be disclosed in section 5b, either in the
   Reduction and/or against other Amounts Due at Lease Signing or Delivery. Multiple MB bonus
   programs being applied may be combined on either line, if applicable. For Single Pay Leases, the
   bonus may be applied to Amounts Due at Lease Signing, but not as a Capitalized Cost Reduction.

•All Credit Tiers, based on MBFS approval.

•Active maturing lease or lease extension account must have a scheduled maturity date between Between  July 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026
•Balloon accounts are not eligible for this program.
•This program may be used in conjunction with Mercedes Incentive Bonus (MIB), Loyalty Accelerator Program (LAP), Affinity Program, Preferred Employer Program (PEP), Single Pay Lease, GAP Certificates,   Lease Bonus Cash, Ex-consigned Vehicle (Brass Hat), Special Lease Rates and Special Retail Rates.
•Ex-CVPs are only eligible for this program if utilizing New Car rate programs. CPO and Pre-Owned rate programs are not compatible with this Loyalty Bonus Program.
