LEASE CUSTOMER REBATE PROGRAM

PARTICIPANTS:
- All authorized Mitsubishi Motors North America U.S. Dealerships (here after called “Dealer” or “Dealerships”) of record are eligible to participate in the programs.

ELIGIBLE SALES TYPE CODES:
- “04,” “88” Utilizing Special Lease
o Any Sales type codes other than above mentioned are ineligible under this program.

*Lease Customer Rebate, and Dealer Lease Cash programs – May combine with Santander Consumer USA (“Santander”) Special lease program where applicable.

CUSTOMER REBATE, APR CUSTOMER REBATE, & LEASE CUSTOMER REBATE (collectively “Customer Rebate Programs”)
- All Customer Rebate Programs amounts will be paid to the selling Dealership, unless otherwise noted by the customer, on each Eligible Vehicle retailed from unit one during the Program Period as set forth below. Customer rebates will not be paid to the selling Dealership if Customer indicates that he or she is to receive a direct payment for the rebate amount. Any Customer Rebate Program amount must be properly disclosed and shown on the Buyer’s Order and/or Financing Contract. Completed Mitsubishi Motors Customer Rebate, Special APR Rebate or Special Lease Rebate Program forms must be retained in the deal jacket.

The Customer Rebate (CR*) may not be combined with vehicles using Special APR Financing or Special Lease offers. 


Customer Rebate

MITSUBISHI MOTORS NORTH AMERICA, INC.
CONQUEST PROGRAM

PARTICIPANTS:
- All authorized Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) Dealerships (hereafter called “Dealer” or “Dealerships”) of record
are eligible to participate in the program.

ELIGIBLE SALES TYPE CODES:
- “01”, “03”, “04”, “88”, “54”, “55”, “56”, or “57”
o Any Sales type codes other than above mentioned are ineligible under this program

CONQUEST VEHICLE:
Any vehicle brand other than Mitsubishi. Excludes motorcycles, commercial or agricultural vehicles, and vehicles registered outside the U.S.A.

ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS:
Currently registered owners/lessees of any Conquest Vehicle. Eligible Customers also include immediate family members (parent, sibling, spouse, child or domestic partner) living at the same address as the registered owner/lessee of any Conquest Vehicle.
o Customers who experienced a total insurance loss on a currently registered Conquest Vehicle in the last 60 days are also eligible.
o Customers who own a vehicle manufactured by Mitsubishi may be eligible for the MMNA Loyalty Rebate Program, which may not be combined with this program.

CASH REBATE OPTION DETAILS:
Eligible Customers can utilize the applicable Conquest Customer Rebate with the finance source of their choice including
any special APR or lease programs, or pay cash for the Eligible Vehicle, and remain eligible for any applicable MMNA
customer rebate, dealer incentive, or dealer delivery bonus.
? All Customer Rebates will be paid to the selling Dealership, unless otherwise noted by the Buyer, on each Eligible Vehicle
retailed from unit one during the Program Period as set forth below. Customer rebates will not be paid to the selling
Dealership if Customer indicates that he or she is to receive a direct payment for the rebate amount on the Rebate Program
Form.
? Eligible Customers must sign contract and take delivery within the Program Period.
? Dealership is responsible to verify eligibility based upon the Program Specific Forms and Documentation below.
? A Conquest Vehicle may not be used multiple times towards multiple purchases of Eligible Vehicles.

PROGRAM SPECIFIC FORMS AND DOCUMENTATION:
- Private Information such as SSN, driver license number, or birthdate must be redacted from all documents submitted.
? A completed copy of the “Universal Rebate Form” signed by the customer and the Dealer to show the rebate offer was
presented to the customer and how the customer chose to apply the rebate(s).
? A completed copy of the Retail Buyer’s Order and/or Financing Contract of the Eligible Vehicle signed by the customer and
the Dealer disclosing the applicable Conquest Rebate amount as a separate line item and how it was applied to the sale
transaction (if applicable).
? Motor Vehicle registration, title certificate in the name of the Eligible Customer, showing that a Conquest Vehicle is
currently registered to the Eligible Customer.
If the purchaser is not the current registered owner, a photocopy of the driver license of both the purchaser and
registered owner, must be provided to show same residency.
? If the Conquest Vehicle is a total loss vehicle, a copy of the insurance claim showing loss date, Conquest Vehicle VIN, and
owner’s name must be provided.

Note to Processor: Use LOY1 and Coupon ID: CON + LAST 8 VIN to process the claims in the Incentives System.



Conquest Customer Rebate


MITSUBISHI MOTORS NORTH AMERICA, INC.
LOYALTY PROGRAM

PARTICIPANTS:
-   All authorized Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) Dealerships (hereafter called “Dealer” or “Dealerships”) of record are eligible to participate in the program.

ELIGIBLE SALES TYPE CODES:
-   “01,” “03,” “04,” “54,” “55,” “56,” “57,” or “88.”
o  Any Sales type codes other than above mentioned are ineligible under this program.

ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS:
-  Currently registered owners/lessees or an immediate family member (parent, sibling, child, spouse or domestic partner)
living at the same address as the registered owner/lessee of a Mitsubishi vehicle distributed by MMNA (excludes
motorcycles, commercial, agricultural, or vehicle(s) registered outside the USA). Customers who experienced a total
insurance loss on a currently registered Loyalty Vehicle in the last 60 days are also eligible.

LOYALTY VEHICLES:
-  Any Mitsubishi vehicle currently registered in U.S. to the Eligible Customer, excluding all commercial, agricultural, recreational vehicles (RVs), motorcycles or vehicle(s) that currently are or ever were registered outside the USA.
o   The Loyalty Vehicle must be currently registered to the current owner for 90-days; however, when a customer purchases or leases multiple new Eligible Vehicles within a three-month period, the 90-day ownership rule is waived with eligible supporting documents.
-  When a customer purchases or leases multiple new Eligible Vehicles on the same day, the first vehicle may not qualify for Loyalty Rebate unless customer owns a previously purchased or leased Loyalty Vehicle (Refer to examples under Program Specific Forms and Documentation).

CASH REBATE OPTION DETAILS:
     Eligible Customers can utilize the applicable Loyal Customer Rebate with the finance source of their choice including any special APR or lease programs, or pay cash for the Eligible Vehicle, and remain eligible for any applicable MMNA customer rebate, dealer incentive, or dealer delivery bonus.
     Eligible Customers must sign contract and take delivery within the Program Period.
    Dealership is responsible to verify eligibility based upon the Program Specific Forms and Documentation below.
    Loyalty Customer Rebate may be combined with Military Customer Rebate, Ally/Mitsubishi Motors 3 Month Payment Waiver Program, Ally / Mitsubishi Pull Ahead Program, and Ally SmartLease Protect/Select Dealer Flat Program. (If offered.)
     Loyalty Customer Rebates may not be combined with any program specifically excluding the Loyalty Program.
     A Loyalty Vehicle may be used multiple times towards multiple purchases or leases of multiple Eligible Vehicles; however, payment processing will take longer as the claim documents for duplicate Loyal Vehicle must be approved by Mitsubishi Corporate staff after Loyalty Processing Center’s review.
   For Eligible Sales Type Codes WITH AN OPEN MITSUBISHI ACCOUNT SERVICED BY CENTER ONE: The Dealership should process the claim on the Diamond Loyalty Weblet for electronic submission and must retain all forms and documents specified under the Program Specific Forms and Documents. The open account can be used only once to claim loyalty rebate for electronic submission. For claims thereafter, follow the instruction below for “WITHOUT AN OPEN MITSUBISHI ACCOUNT SERVICED BY CENTER ONE.”
    For Eligible Sales Type Codes WITHOUT AN OPEN MITSUBISHI ACCOUNT SERVICED BY CENTER ONE: All forms and documents specified under the Program Specific Forms and Documentation section of this program must be emailed as a PDF to the Loyalty Claim Processing Center MitsubishiRebates@crtdata.com within 10 working days of retail purchase or lease to be eligible for payment.

PROGRAM SPECIFIC FORMS AND DOCUMENTATION:
    Private Information such as SSN, driver license number, or birthdate must be redacted from all documents submitted.
   A completed copy of the “Mitsubishi Motors Loyal Customer Rebate Reimbursement Form” (rev 05/31/22) signed by the customer and the Dealer to show the rebate offer was presented to the customer and how the customer chose to apply the rebate(s).
    A completed copy of the Retail Buyer’s Order and/or Financing Contract of the Eligible Vehicle, signed by the customer and the Dealer disclosing the applicable Loyalty Rebate amount as a separate line item and how it was applied to the sale transaction (if applicable).
     Motor Vehicle registration, title certificate, or the printout of the Weblet screen showing a current and open Mitsubishi account serviced by Center One in the name of the Eligible Customer, showing that a Loyalty Vehicle is currently registered to the Eligible Customer.
o  When a customer purchases or leases multiple brand-new Eligible Vehicles within 30-days and registration copy is not yet available, submit copy of the following documents to show proof of purchase/lease:
      A completed copy of the Retail Buyer’s Order and/or Financing Contract of the Loyalty Vehicle signed by the customer and the Dealer disclosing the applicable Loyalty Rebate amount as a separate line item and how it was applied to the sales transaction (if applicable).
      A completed and signed copy of the Application of Registration or copy of the Manufacturer Statement of Origin (front and back) of the Loyalty Vehicle.
      When multiple Eligible Vehicles are purchased or leased on the same day, the first vehicle may not qualify for loyalty rebate unless customer owns a previously purchased/leased Loyalty Vehicle.
•      Example 1: Customer purchases / leases 2 brand new Eligible Vehicles, VIN1 and VIN2, on the same day. Customer does not currently own any other Loyalty Vehicle. VIN1 may be used as the Loyalty Vehicle to claim loyalty rebate on VIN2. Only one of the VINs may be eligible for loyalty rebate since customer currently does not own a previously purchased / leased Loyalty Vehicle. If the same customer purchases/leases 3 brand new Eligible Vehicles, 2 of the Eligible Vehicles are eligible for the loyalty rebate.
•      Example 2: Customer purchases/leases 2 brand new Eligible Vehicles, VIN1 and VIN2 on the same day. Customer is the current owner of a previously purchased/leased Loyalty Vehicle (VIN3) or resides at the same address as the current owner of VIN3. VIN3 may be used as the Loyalty Vehicle to claim loyalty rebate on VIN1. VIN1 or VIN3 may be used as the Loyalty vehicle to claim loyalty rebate on VIN2. Both VIN1 and VIN2 are eligible for loyalty rebate since the customer currently owns a previously purchased or leased Loyalty Vehicle.
    If the purchaser is not the current registered owner, a photocopy of the driver license of both the purchaser and registered owner, must be provided to show same residency    If the Loyalty Vehicle is a total loss vehicle, a copy of the insurance claim showing loss date, Loyalty Vehicle VIN, and owner’s name must be provided.

Loyalty Customer Rebate

MILITARY PROGRAM

PARTICIPANTS:
?     All authorized Mitsubishi Motors North America Dealerships (hereafter called “Dealer” or “Dealerships”) of record are eligible to participate in the program.

ELIGIBLE SALES TYPE CODES:
?     “01,” “03,” “04,” “88,” “54,” “55,” “56,” or “57.”
o  Any Sales type codes other than above mentioned are ineligible under this program.

ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS:
? Eligible Customers (or spouse / surviving spouse) must be active duty or active reserve personnel, or veterans who served
in the U.S. Military *** and who were discharged or released therefrom under conditions other than dishonorable, at the
commencement of the Program Period. Eligible customers must purchase or lease an Eligible Vehicle from a Dealership.
Proof of U.S. Military status required. Proof of marital status (e.g. marriage certificate) required if only spouse is listed on
the purchase/lease agreement.
*** U.S. Military refers exclusively to United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Marine Corps, National Guard,
Reserve, and Coast Guard.

INELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS:
? Customer who is serving or having served in other branches not defined under “Eligible Customers,” for example, National
Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), ROTC, and U.S. Public Health Services branches are not eligible.
? Except for spouse, family including children of the Eligible Customer are not eligible unless eligible Military personnel is
listed as buyer, co-buyer, or lessee on the financing contract and/or retail buyer’s order.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
? Eligible Customers using the $500 Military Rebate can utilize the finance source of their choice, including any special or
standard Ally Financial APR or Lease Financing, or pay cash for the Eligible Vehicle, and remain eligible for any applicable
MMNA customer rebate, dealer incentive, or dealer delivery bonus.
? Eligible Customers must sign the contract and take delivery within the Program Period.
? Dealership is responsible to verify customer eligibility as outlined.
? All Forms and Documents specified under “Program Specific Forms and Documentation” section of this program must
be emailed as a PDF to MMNA Rebate Processing Center: MitsubishiRebates@crtdata.com within 10 working days of the
new vehicle’s purchase or lease for the customer to be eligible for $500 Military Rebate. All claims must be fully
approved with proper documentation within 90-days of sale date to be eligible for incentives.
? Military Rebate may be combined with Loyalty Rebate (when offered).
? Military Rebate is not transferrable. Eligible Customer must be the buyer or the co-buyer or the lessee on the Retail’s
Buyer’s order and/or Financing Contract and must appear on RDR screen.

PROGRAM SPECIFIC FORMS AND DOCUMENTATION:
? Private Information such as SSN, driver license number, or birthdate must be redacted from all documents submitted.
o Mitsubishi Motors Rebate Reimbursement Form (04/01/22): All fields must be completed. The form must be signed
by the customer and an authorized dealership signatory.
o Signed Retail Buyer’s Order and/or Financing Contract: $500 Military Rebate amount and all other applicable rebate
must be listed as a separate line item.
? The $500 Military Rebate will be paid to the selling Dealership, unless otherwise noted by the Eligible Customer, on each
Eligible Vehicle retailed from unit one during the Program Period. The $500 Military Rebate will not be paid to the selling
Dealership if Eligible Customer indicates that he or she is to receive the rebate on the Rebate Program Form.
o
o Proof of active duty/ reserve/ national guard status, retired, or veteran U.S. Military status:
? Military ID card, or CAC card, are not accepted as a proof of eligibility. Do not include with the claim documents.

? Active duty or active reserve personnel, the purchaser must provide one of the following 3 documents:
o Current (within the last 30 days) Leave and Earnings Statement (LES).
o Letter on Department of Defense letterhead from their Commanding Officer verifying active-duty status.
o Print out from https://scra.dmdc.osd.mil/scra/#/single-record verifying current active-duty status.

? Retired U.S. Military personnel, purchaser must provide one of the following documents:
o Current (within the last 12 month) Retiree Account Statement (RAS).
o Most recent 1099-R or CRSC (Combat Related Special Compensation) or CRDP (Concurrent Retirement Disability Pay).
Statement from Defense Finance and Accounting Service, U.S. Military Retirement Pay.

? Grey-Area Retirees who do not have RAS due to their age:
o Letter on Department of Defense letterhead notifying Eligibility for Retired Pay at Age 60 and current driver’s license.

? Proof of eligibility documents for spouse of eligible U.S. Military personnel when only the spouse is listed on the
purchase/lease agreement:
o Proof of U.S. Military Status of the spouse described above and
o Marriage certificate of the U.S. Military personnel

? Proof of eligibility documents for surviving spouse of eligible U.S. Military personnel:
o Proof of U.S. Military Status of the spouse described above or
o DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty and
o Marriage certificate of the U.S. Military personnel
