Lease transactions cannot be financed through Chrysler Capital or Stellantis Financial Services.

This program is NOT compatible with Ally subvented lease rate programs. IDL Lease Bonus Cash IS compatible with any other Ally standard lease rate transactions.

BC IDL Bonus Cash

Program Description This program offers eligible consumers a Cash Allowance applied toward the retail purchase Type Sale 1 or B of

National Retail Consumer Cash


PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers eligible FCA DrivePlus Mastercard and/or Jeep® Rewards Mastercard (effective April 1, 2023) members a $1,000 cash allowance certificate to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) or lease (Type Sale L or E) of an eligible vehicle.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Eligible customers will be contacted via the US Postal system or electronically. Only one certificate will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. Certificate end dates will vary. The customer may redeem this $1,000 certificate at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram or FIAT Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection.
Only one certificate can be applied to the retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle and only one coupon/allowance per person.
Only one certificate per account and per customer can be earned during a reward year.
Lost certificates will be honored.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
Customers who are in possession of the original $1,000 FCA DrivePlus Mastercard & Jeep Rewards Mastercard Certificate Offer are automatically qualified to receive benefit under this program.
The certificate must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle.
The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant / business or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The certificate is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address and/or immediate family relationships required.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order / purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease, and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.
In the case of a lease, the minimum term must be no less than 12 months.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:

In the event of a missing certificate, a copy of the TDM inquiry must be retained in the deal jacket. Certificate eligibility dates will vary. Eligible customers must be in possession of a valid First Responders Validation ID that was generated from the 'Get Authorization Number' link which is located on each of the Brands First Responder website.
Customers must verify their First Responder eligibility by providing the following information:
First Responder Type, Organization, Full Legal First and Last Name, Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year) and email address.
If eligible, an instant validation with a First Responders Validation ID will be provided. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership.

Surviving spouses of eligible First Responders who died in the line of duty should generate a First Responders Validation ID by entering the following information on behalf of their deceased spouse:
First Responder Type, Organization, Full Legal First and Last Name and Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year). The email address of the surviving spouse should be entered to receive validation. Additional supporting documentation such as a copy of the death certificate and a letter from department human resources verifying the loss of life while on the job as either a Police Officer, Fireman or EMT may be required.
If eligible, an instant validation with a First Responders Validation ID will be provided. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership.

2025 MY FIRST RESPONDER BONUS CONSUMER CASH


PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers a $500 cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1/B) or lease (Type Sale L/E) of an eligible vehicle. Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged).
Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans or veterans rated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as Individually Unemployable are eligible.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CONSUMER ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged). Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans are eligible.
Eligible branches of the military are: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps.

Effective May 19, 2022 a new Military Validation process is in effect.
Eligible customers must be in possession of a valid ‘Military Authorization Number’ that was generated either from the 'Get Military Authorization Number' or ‘Get Disabled Military Authorization’ link which is located on each of the Brand’s websites on the Military Bonus Cash page.

The vehicle must have the sales code 41P to be eligible for the program.

National Overaged Select Inventory Bonus Cash

Program Description This program offers bonus consumer cash to current customers of the qualifying Stellantis vehicles below to be
applied toward the Type Sale 1 or B or E or L of eligible vehicles to residents of the states and counties listed in
the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section.
Customer must finance through Stellantis Financial Services and dealers must keep proof of financing in the deal
jacket.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer cash
incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as
Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Stellantis will verify with Stellantis Financial Services that vehicles are financed and edit payments if sale is not
financed through Stellantis Financial Services.
Dealers must verify customer eligibility in accordance with the program criteria outlined in the Qualifying Program
Criteria section listed below and retain verification in the deal jacket.
Consumer Eligibility Customers who currently have a qualifying Stellantis vehicle listed below, or who have had a contract expire within
the last 365 calendar days of the program start date (if applicable per the Qualifying Program Criteria below); and
enter into a new purchase or lease of an eligible model are eligible to participate.
Customer must finance or lease through Stellantis Financial Services.
The customer must meet all eligibility requirements and must be the primary user on the loyalty contract (listed
either as first or second) and named on the Title and/or Owner’s Registration (if applicable). The primary user must

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers eligible consumers a $1,000 cash allowance coupon to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) or lease (Type Sale L or E) of an eligible vehicle.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Eligible customers will be contacted via the US Postal system or electronically. Only one coupon will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this coupon at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, FIAT or Alfa Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection.
Only one coupon can be applied to the retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle and only one coupon/allowance per person.
Lost coupons will be honored.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
Customers who are in possession of the original 2025 TCP Third Party Conquest Program Offer Coupon are automatically qualified to receive benefit under this program.
The coupon must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle.
The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant / business or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The coupon is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address and/or immediate family relationships required.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line-item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order / purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.
In the case of a lease, the minimum term must be no less than 12 months.
The cash allowance must not be combined with customer down payment or other dealer provided discounts.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
Third Party Conquest Program Coupon must be retained by the selling dealer in the deal jacket for verification of this program. In the event of a missing certificate, a copy of the TDM inquiry must be retained in the deal jacket.
Dealers should verify a customer’s TDM eligibility and certificate number by using the Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry Application on DealerCONNECT under the sales tab. Proof of validation must be retained in the deal jacket.
The FCA Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) is also available to confirm the customer’s name appears on the galley list and is eligible. Only a customer whose name appears on the list is eligible to participate.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
• All consumers [non-FCA employees/retirees] residing in the U.S. may purchase an eligible FCA US LLC vehicle at the Employee Price from a participating dealership under this program.
• FCA employees/retirees and their eligible family members are required to use the Employee Advantage program ID: 38HR (24MY) and 38HS (25MY). See official Employee Advantage program rules.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

ELIGIBLE SALE TYPES
Retail purchase (Type 1/B)
Retail Lease (Type L/E)

Ineligible Vehicles: The following vehicles are ineligible for purchase under this Program:
•Used vehicles, demonstrator vehicles (exceeding 7,500 miles or not meeting the requirements specified below), Special Bid, DRAC and any vehicles sold to daily rental or fleet customers; vehicles sold for export from the United States.
•Any vehicle purchased for resale (see Gold Book for details).
•Replacement vehicle as a result of an arbitration award, settlement agreement, judgment, or voluntary agreement for a vehicle reacquired by FCA US.
•A vehicle originally invoiced to non-domestic dealers; and
•Vehicles purchased or “dealer-traded” from non-franchised dealers, except new vehicles acquired from qualified conversion companies.
•Any vehicle not specifically listed as an Eligible Model above.

Eligible Demonstrator Vehicles
Demonstrator vehicles of the eligible vehicles listed above are eligible for purchase under this Program if the following requirements are met:
•Dealer reports the vehicle as a Type D and keeps it in that status until a minimum of 2,000 miles shows on the odometer.
•Dealer reports the final NVDR transaction as type: 1, L, B or E.
•The mileage of the vehicle does not exceed 7,500 miles at the time of sale under this Program.

PRICE
The price for the retail purchase e of any vehicle under this Program is at the Employee Price, identified as “EP” on the vehicle’s factory invoice (or such lower price as may be agreed between Dealer and purchaser). The Eligible Participant has the right to see the factory invoice and verify the “EP” price. The Employee Price does not include, and the Eligible Participant is responsible for, all applicable state and local taxes, license and title fees, insurance, or financing.

There is an administrative fee of $200 included in the Employee Price.
•Dealer may assess a documentary (or similar) fees on the delivery of each vehicle sold under this Program, provided that such fee is customarily charged equally to all customers by the Dealer and is permitted under state or local law.
•Dealer may not charge any preparation fees (Road Ready), delivery or handling charges, overhead fees or any fees not customarily charged equally to all customers in connection with the sale of any vehicle under this Program.
•Dealer may collect from the Eligible Participant a state’s Retailer’s Occupation Tax as part of the Retail Installment Contract sales tax on Dealer Reimbursements (defined below) or any other payments made by FCA US to the Dealer under this Program. Dealer may not over-collect any tax that the Dealer must remit to the state.

Dealer Reimbursement: For each eligible vehicle purchased by an eligible participant under this Program, Dealer will be reimbursed an amount equal to 5.5% of the Employee Price minus $125.
Payment of the Dealer Reimbursement will be made as part of the weekly DealerCONNECT incentive claim processing system. Such payment will be processed and made to Dealer by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or as a debit or credit against Dealer’s monthly parts account.
Pricing & Acknowledgment Form:
Prior to completing a sale transaction under this Program, Dealer must complete and have the Eligible Participant sign the Pricing & Acknowledgment Form attached and provide a copy of the completed and signed Form to the Eligible Participant. Dealer must also retain a copy of this Form in the deal jacket for audit purposes.

DEALER INFORMATION
No control number is needed for this program.
Dealer is solely responsible for the complete and accurate reporting of eligible vehicle sales and Dealer Reimbursement claims under this Program.
