Toyota Financial Services (TFS), in partnership with Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), is pleased 
to announce the 2025 Q3 Toyota Lease Loyalty Program!

Program overview:
Program overview:
•Program dates August 5, 2025 through September 2, 2025
•Lease maturities from 7/1/2025 through 1/5/2026 (eligible maturities are listed below)
•Certificates will be issued with a unique offer ID/certificate number LOY-Q325-xxxxxx
•Mail offer distributed on 7/1/2025, e-mail communication distributed on 7/1/2025
•List of eligible customers with a unique offer ID/certificate number will be loaded in Signal.
•Rebate offer is transferable within the same household. Limit one (1) certificate per transaction.
•Please note that the offer(s) available is what is in market at the time of sale and for vehicles delivered out of dealer ground stock inventory. Toyota does not guarantee past or future incentives.

As long as the customer has a valid 2025 Q3 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate or e-mail version of 
the certificate the offer must be honored. The customer is assigned a unique customer offer 
ID/certificate number and is eligible as long as it has not been redeemed or expired.
Please review the attached program guidelines for complete details. Should you have any additional 
questions concerning customer eligibility or contract questions, please contact your ASM at your 
designated TFS Experience Center (EC).


Effective Date
Effective August 5, 2025 through September 2, 2025. Lease/Retail agreements must be dated no later 
than September 2, 2025 and must be processed by TFS by October 2, 2025.

Maturity Range
Eligible targeted lease maturities (see below) with an original or revised contract
maturity date between July 1, 2025 and January 5, 2026 will receive a Q3 2025 Toyota Lease Loyalty 
certificate (with a unique customer offer ID/certificate number) via direct mail or email 
(depending on customer privacy selection).

Eligible maturities: Camry (G/HV), Corolla (G/HB/HV), Rav4 (G/HV excluding Prime), Highlander 
(G/HV), Tacoma, C-HR, Avalon (G/HV), Venza maturities


Customer Eligibility
1. Qualifying lessees will receive a unique Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate offer
(lessees that filed bankruptcy over the course of their existing lease are
excluded from this program). Lessee remains obligated to pay all remaining
monthly payments and any outstanding fees and charges according to the
terms and conditions of their current TFS contract.
2. To redeem the offer, customers must:
A. Obtain credit approval to lease or finance a NEW Toyota vehicle from dealer
ground stock inventory and TFS during the program period.
B. Customer(s) from the original lease agreement must complete one of the
following:
a. Submit their unique Q3 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate to the
dealership, or
b. Provide the unique offer ID/certificate number to the dealership, or
c. Have the dealership confirm their eligibility & print the certificate
from Signal, CSC or designated TFS Experience Center (EC)
C. Sign and complete the iPlus Incentive Acknowledgment Form
D. At least one customer* from the original lease agreement OR customer*
from the same household must enter into a lease or retail agreement for a
new Toyota vehicle assigned to TFS.
*New customer must reside at the same address as that of the primary buyer
from the original lease agreement.
*If Co-borrower resides at a different address from that of the primary buyer
on the original lease agreement, they will not qualify for a Loyalty certificate
on their own.
3. Customers may:
A. Return their current, open maturing lease vehicle within 30 days of their
maturity date (Customer’s account must be paid in full to take advantage of
the rebate offer).
B. Keep their maturing lease until their scheduled lease maturity date (No
stipulation on customer buying out their existing lease).

?  Note: Customer is not required to turn-in their lease vehicle to take advantage of the rebate

Eligible Dealers
All participating Toyota dealers serviced by a TFS Experience Center (EC) (SET
dealers are excluded).

Eligible Vehicles
Qualifying customers can finance or lease any new, unused and unlicensed** Toyota
model (including demonstrators with 20,000 miles or less) that is from dealer
ground stock inventory at the time of purchase or lease, which must be during the
program period.
**New and unlicensed, non-J carried in dealership ground stock inventory that are
sold and reported (RDR’d) to the ultimate consumer during the program period and
registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.

Dealer Participation
Dealer participation eligibility is driven by program rate type (standard or subvened
and retail or lease). Please refer to the applicable rate letter for full participation
eligibility details.
Compatibility
The Toyota Lease Loyalty Rebate is redeemable on either Standard or Special
(subvened) TFS Lease or Retail contracts and is stackable with other TMNA incentive
offers except for the 2025 Q1 Toyota Lease Loyalty Program and/or VSPP offers.

Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

Ally is pleased to announce a Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program for dealers submitting Lease to Retail contracts to Ally.
When an Ally SmartLease customer exercises their option to purchase their vehicle and finances it through Ally the dealer will receive a cash bonus!

Eligible Dealers: All Automotive Dealers in All States

Eligible Transactions
- Used Standard Rate Retail Transactions
- Lease to Retail transactions Only
- The Lessee must purchase the vehicle they originally leased

Payment Details
- Ally will provide a cash bonus Lease to Retail payment when a lessee/co-lessee exercises their purchasing option and finances through Ally
- The payment is applicable to the dealers' state in which the transaction is completed
- The payment will be paid via the monthly Statement of Dealer Transactions (SDT)
- The payment is payable in addition to Minimum Participation and standard rate-based Dealer Finance Income and is not subject to chargebacks

Dealers must select 'Lease to Retail' in RouteOne and Dealertrack when submitting the Lease to Retail application to Ally.

Important Notes:
- This program is compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market
- Documentary, administrative and unofficial fees are prohibited any time an Ally lessee exercises the purchase option
- Dealer finance income may not exceed applicable Ally limits or amounts limited by state law



Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

PROGRAM GUIDELINES:
• Toyota dealership associates and eligible family members are qualified to have the Dealership Associate Purchase Program Bonus Cash applied to the purchase or lease of an Eligible MY2024/MY2025 vehicle. • Lexus dealership Associates are not eligible for this program.
• Eligible Vehicles: All new, non-fleet eligible vehicles purchased or leased out to dealer ground stock.
• Sales Type-Retail/Lease Individual Only. Type Sales Code 02 is ineligible.
• Eligible family members include: self, spouse, or child.
• Eligible family members must live in the same household and use the same home address as the dealership associate as shown in Staff Master and all required docs.
• Limit three purchases/leases per eligible dealership Associate per household.
• Associate SPIN number must reside in Staff Master of the purchasing dealership.
• Address in Staff Master must mirror the address on the RDR and vehicle registration and other required documentation.

DEALER REQUIREMENTS
• The Customer, dealership General Manager and eligible Associate must complete and sign the Dealership Associate Purchase Program Certificate.
• Email the following documentation to the address below:
o First page of this signed and completed Dealership Associate Purchase Program Certificate
o Copy of the sales contract or buyers order provided to the customer which clearly shows the Associate Purchase Program Bonus Cash being applied to the deal
o Proof of the vehicle registration
o Screen print of Staff Master showing household address and active employment for 6 months. (Please see attached example of screen print from Dealer Daily)
• All documents must be received within 30 days of the purchase/lease
• Documentation received after 30 days will not be accepted
• All deals are subject to Region audit

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• The Dealership Associate Purchase Program Certificate must be signed by the customer, dealership General Manager and the eligible Associate when being applied to a sale of the eligible vehicle.
• This offer may be combined with all current Regional incentives on the eligible vehicles (Type Sales Code 01 only), Military/ College Graduate Programs.
• Type Sales Code 02 is ineligible.
• The dealer must use the value of the Dealership Associate Purchase Program Bonus Cash to reduce the amount financed, cap cost or final sales price for the customer.
• This reduction must appear as a separate line item on the contract or Buyers Order provided to the customer.
• The Dealership Associate Purchase Program Bonus Cash amount must be applied as a non-cash credit to the sales price or amount being financed – No payments may be made directly to customers.
• Must be on a TFS Contract

INELIGIBLE SALES
• All category “J” car and truck sales.
• All TMS Special Purchase Program (Type Sales Code 02) car and truck sales.
• Vehicles reported sold during the program period and subsequently rolled back.
• Vehicles sold in violation of Toyota’s export policy.
• Vehicles traded from one dealership to another are ineligible for the trading (sending) dealership.
• All vehicles sold to conversion companies.
• Vehicles sold to a broker, used-vehicle dealer, or any other reseller that are not delivered to the ultimate consumers during the program period.
• Vehicles that are not officially registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.
• Vehicles utilizing dealer or other similar plates which preclude the need to register the individual vehicle with the appropriate state motor vehicle department
• Vehicles placed in dealer demo service.
• Vehicles purchased through authorized Toyota auctions.
• For Sales/Travel contests, sales of more than 20 vehicles of the same series/model to any one account in the same program month
