New York Region 2025 Q4 Toyota Lease Loyalty Program


- List of eligible customers with a unique offer ID/certificate number will be loaded in Signal.

Customer Eligibility
1. Qualifying lessees will receive a unique Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate offer
(lessees that filed bankruptcy over the course of their existing lease are
excluded from this program). Lessee remains obligated to pay all remaining
monthly payments and any outstanding fees and charges according to the
terms and conditions of their current TFS contract.
2. To redeem the offer, customers must:
A. Obtain credit approval to lease or finance a NEW Toyota vehicle from dealer
ground stock inventory and TFS during the program period.
B. Customer(s) from the original lease agreement must complete one of the
following:
a. Submit their unique Q4 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate to the
dealership, or
b. Provide the unique offer ID/certificate number to the dealership, or
c. Have the dealership confirm their eligibility & print the certificate
from Signal, CSC or designated TFS Experience Center (EC)
C. Sign and complete the iPlus Incentive Acknowledgment Form
D. At least one customer* from the original lease agreement OR customer*
from the same household must enter into a lease or retail agreement for a
new Toyota vehicle assigned to TFS.
*New customer must reside at the same address as that of the primary buyer
from the original lease agreement.
*If Co-borrower resides at a different address from that of the primary buyer
on the original lease agreement, they will not qualify for a Loyalty certificate
on their own.
3. Customers may:
A. Return their current, open maturing lease vehicle within 30 days of their
maturity date (Customer’s account must be paid in full to take advantage of
the rebate offer).
B. Keep their maturing lease until their scheduled lease maturity date (No
stipulation on customer buying out their existing lease).

  Note: Customer is not required to turn-in their lease vehicle to take advantage of the rebate 
offer. However, customer must satisfy existing lease agreement obligations.

Eligible Dealers
All participating Toyota dealers serviced by a TFS Experience Center (EC) (SET
dealers are excluded).

Eligible Vehicles
Qualifying customers can finance or lease any new, unused and unlicensed** Toyota
model (including demonstrators with 20,000 miles or less) that is from dealer
ground stock inventory at the time of purchase or lease, which must be during the
program period.
**New and unlicensed, non-J carried in dealership ground stock inventory that are
sold and reported (RDR’d) to the ultimate consumer during the program period and
registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.

Dealer Participation
Dealer participation eligibility is driven by program rate type (standard or subvened
and retail or lease). Please refer to the applicable rate letter for full participation
eligibility details.
Compatibility
The Toyota Lease Loyalty Rebate is redeemable on either Standard or Special
(subvened) TFS Lease or Retail contracts and is stackable with other TMNA incentive
offers except for the 2025 Q3 Toyota Lease Loyalty Program and/or VSPP offers.

Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

Ally is pleased to announce a Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program for dealers submitting Lease to Retail contracts to Ally.
When an Ally SmartLease customer exercises their option to purchase their vehicle and finances it through Ally the dealer will receive a cash bonus!

Eligible Dealers: All Automotive Dealers in All States

Eligible Transactions
- Used Standard Rate Retail Transactions
- Lease to Retail transactions Only
- The Lessee must purchase the vehicle they originally leased

Payment Details
- Ally will provide a cash bonus Lease to Retail payment when a lessee/co-lessee exercises their purchasing option and finances through Ally
- The payment is applicable to the dealers' state in which the transaction is completed
- The payment will be paid via the monthly Statement of Dealer Transactions (SDT)
- The payment is payable in addition to Minimum Participation and standard rate-based Dealer Finance Income and is not subject to chargebacks

Dealers must select 'Lease to Retail' in RouteOne and Dealertrack when submitting the Lease to Retail application to Ally.

Important Notes:
- This program is compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market
- Documentary, administrative and unofficial fees are prohibited any time an Ally lessee exercises the purchase option
- Dealer finance income may not exceed applicable Ally limits or amounts limited by state law

1.  Eligible School/Degree Programs: An “Eligible School” is an accredited school in the 50 United 
States, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. An “Eligible Degree” is defined as one of the following 
from/with an Eligible School:
A. A four-year undergraduate degree from a college, university, or a registered nursing program; OR
B. A two-year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or 
technical college or university; OR
C. Current enrollment in a graduate school degree program
2. Eligible Degree Status:
A. You are currently enrolled in an Eligible undergraduate or graduate degree program from an 
Eligible School; OR
B. You have already obtained an Eligible Degree from an Eligible School within two calendar years 
prior to signing your lease or finance contract through your dealer and Toyota Financial Services 
(TFS)

Terms and Conditions
1)  Offer valid on all eligible purchases/leases during eligibility dates specified on this form
2)  Offer valid on any new, unused and unlicensed, as specified on page one, purchased/leased out 
of dealer ground stock during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor

The following sales will be ineligible unless explicitly approved by Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc.
•  Vehicles registered to any Toyota distributor or dealership or to any business corporation in 
which any Toyota distributor or dealership has ownership interest
•  Vehicles sold to a Distributor-owned or Dealer-owned rental company
•  Sales of more than 20 vehicles of the same series/model to any one account in the same program 
month
•  All certificates are subject to audit. Any rollback or invalid certificates will be charged back 
to the selling Dealer.
•  All matters of program eligibility and qualification will be conclusively resolved by Toyota 
Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.

Important Notes:
? Demo/CTP vehicles where the tax credit has already been claimed by the dealer (or its subsidiaries or
any other party) are not eligible for this program. The full amount of the credit is subject to chargeback.
Dealer is responsible for confirming eligibility.

Program overview:

As long as the customer has a valid 2025 Q4 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate or e-mail version of the certificate the offer must be honored. The customer is assigned a unique customer offer ID/certificate number and is eligible as long as it has not been redeemed or expired.

Effective Date
Effective October 1, 2025 through November 3, 2025. Lease/Retail agreements must be dated no later than November 3, 2025 and must be processed by TFS by December 3, 2025.

Maturity Range
Eligible targeted lease maturities (see below) with an original or revised contract maturity date between October 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 will receive a Q4 2025 Toyota Lease Loyalty certificate (with a unique customer offer ID/certificate number) via direct mail or email (depending on customer privacy selection).
