PLEASE NOTE:
- All claims for CPO vehicles will be paid automatically on Sundry (on a one-month lag) based on proper validation of PIN on A-Plan website and RDR in the Used Car App. Pins that are not validated will not receive payment.
- When completing an A-Plan/Affinity sale with Retired Service Loaners/Courtesy Vehicles and Retailer Demonstrators, please ensure the PIN # and type of sale are correct in the Used Car App/Vista so you can claim for the incentive. This is not paid automatically via Sundry.
- When submitting a claim in CVM, ALL required supporting documents must be uploaded for the associated PIN type to prevent a chargeback (PIN & Pricing Worksheet, and, if applicable, Buyers Order, proof of address, marriage certificate).

Key Points to Volvo Affinity Offers: Eligibility
- Additional purchase eligibility is extended to the eligible individual’s spouse and/or members of their immediate household. The buyer/lessee and the Volvo PIN Participant’s legal home address must match the sales or lease contract. Co-buyers or co-lessees are permitted.
PIN & Pricing Agreements
- Will be generated after completing the Volvo PIN validation process.
- Both the Customer and a Retailer representative are required to sign the agreement.
- PIN and Pricing Agreements must be filled out completely and signed.
