Ahead.

For current VCFS lease end customers who also own one of the competitor brands, the
conquest allowance is only applicable with a Lease Payoff. A Lease Pull Ahead does not qualify
for the conquest bonus.

The Conquest bonus is a Customer Allowance and must be disclosed to the customer as a
rebate.

Customer eligibility:
Individuals who currently own/lease any of the makes listed above. Members of the same
household are also eligible to provide proof of ownership on behalf of the purchaser. Proof
of same household residence must be provided prior to finalizing sales deal. A copy of this
proof must be retained with the sales deal and readily available should an audit by VCUSA
request such proof.
