BMW Financial Services in conjunction with BMW of North America is reintroducing an enhanced 
Domestic Military Program for vehicles financed with BMW Financial Services via FS Regional Rate 
Contracts. 

•  Dealers will have a choice to utilize the available sales support rate offers plus a 
Domestic Military incentive or the Regional Rate with enhanced Domestic Military incentives (varies 
by model).
o Domestic Military customers get the option of a potentially lower rate plus a Domestic 
Military incentive or a higher non-subvened regional rate with an enhanced Domestic Military 
incentive (varies by model).
•  Please note that the FS SSP Loan rate incentive is non-stackable with the regional rate

DOMESTIC MILITARY RETAIL PROCESS - PROGRAM TYPE J

•  New vehicles with less than 300 miles qualify for the Domestic Military Program. Ensure the 
retail is entered as a Retail Type 1 - Personal and Program Type J - Domestic Military.
•  Z-Demonstrators with less than 300 miles are updated utilizing Program Type J - Domestic 
Military.


•   For first consumer sale of previously reported vehicles (6-Service Loaner, E-Service Mobile, or 
F-Shuttle) with less than 15,000 miles or 9-BMWNA Company Vehicle with less than 5,000 miles, 
ensure the vehicle is enrolled in POIS and retail is entered as Used, Retail Type 1 / Program Type 
J (Domestic Military).
•  Vehicles that have accumulated more than 15,000 miles do not qualify.
•  Unique Customer ID (not member ID) and Offer Code located on the certificate or webpage print 
out provided by the member or eligible participant must be entered for the Domestic Military retail 
type to process.

•  Vehicle must be RDR'd using the correct Retail Type and Program Type (Program Type J under

o Select Type J from the Program Type drop down list in the RDR Screen
o Enter valid Customer ID and Offer Code. Ensure the customer's name on the RDR is an exact match 
to the name the customer used for verification. A mismatch will cause the retail to fail.
o Program incentives processed via the incentive system 21 days after retail process date.

PAYMENT PROCESS FOR FS LOAN (SSP) & FS REGIONAL RATE CONTRACT
•  Vehicle must be RDR'd using the correct Retail & Program Type (Program Type J under Retail Type

Please reference bulletin# V-2-012-4-SS-11 announcing a reimbursement for qualifying customers who 
require adaptive equipment to their vehicle. Refer to this bulletin if a customer requires 
modifications to their vehicle and refer any additional questions regarding this program to 
Customer Relations.
SALE OF VEHICLES WITH OPEN SAFETY CAMPAIGNS (STOP SALE VEHICLES)
Please be reminded that it is a violation of federal law (The Safety Act) for you to sell, lease or 
deliver any new motor vehicle covered by an open Safety Campaign until the recall repair has been 
performed. This means that centers may not legally deliver new motor vehicles to consumers until 
they are fixed. No vehicle should be reported as sold ("RDR") until the recall repair is completed. 
This policy will apply to ALL retail types including, but not limited to, Demonstrators, Loaners, 
Center Employee and DRIVE Program, and BMW NA Company Vehicles. If a vehicle is RDR'd before the 
recall repair is completed, that vehicle will be ineligible for applicable brand related bonus and 
incentive monies, and a chargeback of applicable CPO certification fee will apply. You cannot 
report a vehicle as sold into the manufacturer's retail reporting system, expecting to complete the 
recall remedy at some future date. Please note that substantial civil penalties apply to violations

Ineligible Vehicles:

To Receive Payment:
– The College Graduate Lease/Loan Incentive form on the following page must be included in the Funding package to receive payment. Failure to submit proper documentation will result in non-payment.
– The $1,000 Lease/Loan Incentive must be properly disclosed on the Lease, Pre-Pay Lease, OwnersChoice, Select or Retail Contract. Failure to properly disclose will result in non-payment of Lease/Loan Incentive.
– Self-Serve Funding is available for these contracts.
– The Lease/Loan Credit Payment will be made by BMW Financial Services at the time of contract approval once the disclosures have been verified. During the specified program period, Audi of America will pay a customer credit toward the purchase, finance, or lease of an
eligible vehicle, as outlined below.

Claim Submission Process
Dealer must submit a completed and signed digital Customer Consent Claim Form at the time of sale*, along with all required documentation via the
Audi Incentives Claims Portal on iAudi under “Vehicle Sales & CPO” > “Audi Incentive Claims Portal.”
Required Documentation:
? New vehicle sales agreement (Lease Contract or Buyer’s Order) with National Customer Credit disclosed and customer signature.
? Digital Customer Consent Claim Form. (*Digital Customer Consent Claim Form must be created and signed by the customer at the time of sale,
ensuring acknowledgement of receipt of the incentive offer. This incentive offer will expire at the end of the program period and the Digital
Customer Consent Claim Form cannot be created after the incentive offer expiration).

Other Rules
Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported.
Vehicles must be sold and reported during the same monthly sales period.
Any unit found to be “unwound” or “reinstated” during or after the program period could result in a chargeback of one or
more units previously paid under the program.
Audi has the right to amend or cancel this program at any time for any reason.
The dealer review period for this program is open for sixty (60) days following the close of the end of the sales period.
Accordingly, all payment discrepancies must be reported to Audi by the dealer review period end date with no exceptions.

National Customer Credit

AoA/VWGoA Employee/Contract Employee Purchase Program

*CLAIM SUBMISSION REQUIRED*

This program is designed to provide an incentive for employees and contract employees of AoA or VWGoA who finance or lease a new Audi vehicle
through Audi Financial Services (AFS). Participating dealers agree to sell eligible vehicles at MSRP less 12% plus any current and eligible retail
incentives. Dealers will receive a reimbursement of 6% of MSRP.

Claim Submission
Dealer must submit a completed and signed AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Form (specific to the individual) AND AFS CEPP Claim Form (available in
[Appendix]), along with all required documentation via the Audi Financial Services Funding Package.
Required Documentation: Vehicle invoice; AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Form (specific to the individual); AFS CEPP Claim Form.
Certificates for both contract and direct employees are available on the Corporate Sales Website (http://www.corporatesalessite.com/audi/) or on
VINNIE. Direct employees will need to enter their eight (8) digit employee number to access their form. Contract employees will need to obtain an
approval signature from authorized AoA/VWGoA personnel. Additional customer eligibility is subject to AFS approval.
Please see the sample copies of the AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Forms for additional details (available in the [Appendix]).
Funding packages must be received by the 15th of the month.

Program Rules
Participation Eligibility 
Subject to credit approval. All applicants must qualify under AFS standard credit underwriting criteria.
Eligible customers are current and active direct or contract employees of AoA or VWGoA.
The customer must present the participating Dealer a valid AoA/VWGoA Employee or Contract Employee Purchase Program
Certificate (samples available in [Appendix]).
Eligible individuals may purchase up to two (2) Audi vehicles per year through this program.
Dealer participation in this program is voluntary.

Other Rules No Rent Charge Factor or rate participation allowed. No flats will be paid.
Please remind customers that they must make at least 11 invoiced payments before paying their account off.
Vehicles must be leased or financed through AFS, with the employee or contract employee as the primary owner/lessee, and the AFS
account must remain open for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
Only vehicles that are currently in a dealer’s pipeline (Status 10-50) can be applied to this program. Factory orders will NOT be
accepted.
Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported. Vehicle must be sold and reported during the same monthly sales period as a retail
Kind of Sale (KOS) 0 to qualify.
Vehicles reported in the Dealership’s name or address are NOT eligible for payment under this program.
Vehicles sold through this program DO COUNT AND PAY in Margin Bonus.
Dealer reimbursement: 6% of MSRP paid by AFS after contract has funded.
AoA and AFS reserve the right to audit and chargeback the incentive if abuse of the program is discovered through early payoffs
within twelve (12) months of the contract date.
Dealers will not be charged back on total loss vehicles paid off within twelve (12) months of funding date.
All deals are subject to verification and validation through the reporting system.
Audi has the right to amend or cancel this program at any time for any reason.
The dealer review period for this program is open for sixty (60) days following the close of the end of the sales period. Accordingly,

AoA/VWGoA Employee/Contract Employee Purchase Program

Affiliated Dealer Group Employees

*AFS CONTRACT VALIDATION & CLAIM SUBMISSON REQUIRED*
 
This applies to all employees who work in a dealer group that contains
an Audi franchise. These employees do not work directly in an Audi
dealer and do not have an active profile in the Audi Learning
Management System.

The scope of this incentive applies to ONLY the affiliated Employee.
Affiliated Dealer employee must be the Primary lessee/buyer on the
contract
All parties on the contract must have the same address to qualify for the incentive.
Parents (including in-laws), and siblings (including in-laws) are not eligible for this incentive and cannot appear on the contract.
Subject to credit approval. All applicants must qualify under AFS standard credit underwriting criteria.
Employee must be in the CRC and must provide proof of employment, their Audi dealer code, 3-digit sales code, and LMS ID on the claim form
to be eligible for the above mentioned discount and additional bonus.
Major League Soccer (MLS) partners will receive the same benefit as Audi Dealership Employees and will follow the same rules as these sales.
MLS-affiliated personnel must provide proof of affiliation such as a pay stub, business card, or other official documentation. This program is
only MLS players and employees of an MLS organization.

Program Restrictions
 No Rent Charge Factor or rate participation allowed. No flats will be paid.
Negative equity and/or any upfront charges cannot be included in Capitalized Cost reduction amount. The selling price as noted on the claim
form must match the contract, i.e. must be equal to or less than the claim form.
Employees are eligible to purchase or lease up to three (3) vehicles per year through this program, and purchases must be financed or leased
through Audi Financial Services.
Please remind customers (in this case, dealership personnel) that they must make at least 11 invoiced payments before paying their account
off.
Audi of America, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to audit and charge back the dealership’s reimbursement incentive if abuse of the
program is found in any way, including through early payoffs prior to 11 invoiced payments being made. In the event of a chargeback, AFS
will administer the chargeback of the dealership’s reimbursement, on behalf of Audi of America, through a debit to the dealer’s reserve
statement.

Other Rules 
Dealers will not be charged back on total loss vehicles paid off within twelve (12) months of funding date.
Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported. Factory orders are NOT accepted.
Vehicles must be sold and reported to an individual. Sales made under a business name are not eligible and will not be reimbursed.
Sales under this program count but DO NOT pay in Margin Bonus.
Dealer will be reimbursed 4% below discount (i.e. 10% reimbursement for a 14% discount) once the deal has funded. Sales only qualify for
ONE category and are not combinable.
All deals are subject to verification and validation through the reporting system.
The dealer review period for this program is open for sixty (60) days following the close of the end of the sales period. Accordingly, all payment
discrepancies must be reported to Audi by the dealer review period end date with no exceptions.

This program is for the following individuals who lease a new Audi through AFS.
Dealers must include respective marketing code during contract validation process.

Participation Eligibility

 *Audi Dealership Employees*  
This applies to all employees who work in an Audi dealership and
have an active profile in the Learning Management System

The scope of this incentive applies to ONLY the Employee,
Employee’s Spouse, or Employee’s Children

Dealer employee must appear as either the Primary or colessee/
buyer on the contract.
All parties on the contract must have the same address to qualify for the incentive.
Parents (including in-laws), and siblings (including in-laws) are not eligible for this incentive and cannot appear on the contract.

Subject to credit approval. All applicants must qualify under AFS standard credit underwriting criteria.
Employee must be in the CRC and must provide proof of employment, their Audi dealer code, 3-digit sales code, and LMS ID on the claim form
to be eligible for the above mentioned discount and additional bonus.
Major League Soccer (MLS) partners will receive the same benefit as Audi Dealership Employees and will follow the same rules as these sales.
MLS-affiliated personnel must provide proof of affiliation such as a pay stub, business card, or other official documentation. This program is
only MLS players and employees of an MLS organization.

Program Restrictions 
No Rent Charge Factor or rate participation allowed. No flats will be paid.
Negative equity and/or any upfront charges cannot be included in Capitalized Cost reduction amount. The selling price as noted on the claim
form must match the contract, i.e. must be equal to or less than the claim form.
Employees are eligible to purchase or lease up to three (3) vehicles per year through this program, and purchases must be financed or leased
through Audi Financial Services.
Please remind customers (in this case, dealership personnel) that they must make at least 11 invoiced payments before paying their account
off.
Audi of America, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to audit and charge back the dealership’s reimbursement incentive if abuse of the
program is found in any way, including through early payoffs prior to 11 invoiced payments being made. In the event of a chargeback, AFS
will administer the chargeback of the dealership’s reimbursement, on behalf of Audi of America, through a debit to the dealer’s reserve
statement.

Other Rules 
Dealers will not be charged back on total loss vehicles paid off within twelve (12) months of funding date.
Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported. Factory orders are NOT accepted.
Vehicles must be sold and reported to an individual. Sales made under a business name are not eligible and will not be reimbursed.
Sales under this program count but DO NOT pay in Margin Bonus.
Dealer will be reimbursed 4% below discount (i.e. 10% reimbursement for a 14% discount) once the deal has funded. Sales only qualify for
ONE category and are not combinable.
All deals are subject to verification and validation through the reporting system.
The dealer review period for this program is open for sixty (60) days following the close of the end of the sales period. Accordingly, all payment
discrepancies must be reported to Audi by the dealer review period end date with no exceptions.

Claim Submission Process
Dealer must submit a completed and signed Sales Agreement* at the time of sale, along with all required documentation via the Audi Incentives Claims Portal on
iAudi under “Vehicle Sales Resources” > “Audi Incentive Claims Portal.”

› MLS/NWSL- affiliated personnel must provide proof of affiliation such as paystub, business card, or other official documentation.
› This incentive applies to ONLY the MLS/NWSL-affiliated personnel, personnel’s spouse, or personnel’s children. Parents/siblings
(including in-laws) are NOT eligible for this incentive and cannot appear on the contract.
› The MLS/NWSL-affiliated personnel must be on the contract as a purchaser or lessee. Others may also be on the contract. There is
no requirement on the order in which co-signers are listed. All parties on the contract must have the same address to qualify.

Requirements
› Dealer must disclose the discounted agreed upon value of the vehicle on the contract as equal to or less than the reflected selling
price in the Audi Incentives Claims Portal.
Program
Restrictions

Customer Eligibility
- Definition of current or former BMW owner/lessees:
  - Current BMW owner: Customer with a BMW Car/SAV currently in their possession, regardless of financing source (proof of ownership required such as vehicle registration, auto insurance card, vehicle title or DCS Vehicle Inquiry).
  - Former BMW owner: Customer who sold their BMW Car/SAV within the last 12 months, regardless of financing source (proof of ownership required such as vehicle registration, auto insurance card, vehicle title or DCS Vehicle History).
  - Current BMW Financial Services owner/lessee: Customer leasing or financing a BMW Car/SAV through BMW Financial Services (provide BMW FS account number or VIN).
  - Former BMW Financial Services owner/lessee: Customer who leased or financed a BMW Car/SAV through BMW Financial Services and their contract expired within the last 12 months (provide BMW FS account number or VIN).
  - Customers do not have to trade in their BMW Car/SAV vehicle to qualify.
  - BMW Motorcycle, MINI and Rolls-Royce customers do not qualify.
  - BMW Loyalty Lease/APR Credit is extended to individuals residing in the same household as the qualifying customer. Proof of residency must be provided in order to receive the household loyalty. BMW Loyalty Lease/APR credit is non-transferable to other family members or friends outside the household.
  - Proof of residency is defined as (but not limited to): a current Utility Bill or Bank Statement.
  - Customers whose original vehicle is in a company name and now want to place their new vehicle in their personal name (or vice-versa) are eligible for the BMW Loyalty Lease/APR Credit. You may be required to provide documents establishing the association between the company and the person.
  - To view your BMW Financial Services current customer portfolio, please log into InfoBahn > Account Management > Manage Portfolio Accounts > Entire Portfolio and filter accordingly.

Customer Credit Lock Program

During the specified program period, Audi of America allows a ‘lock’ for Customer Credit incentive amount offered at the intended time of purchase toward the purchase of
an eligible vehicle, as outlined below. The Customer Credit Lock Program is only available if the Customer Credit offered during the previous program period/intended time of
purchase was better than the month in which the vehicle is delivered. This lock will be available for the duration of the model year.
Please see Appendix [F] – Customer Credit Lock Program for all associated monthly Customer Credit Lock amounts.

Claim Submission Process
Dealer must submit a completed and signed digital Customer Consent Claim Form at the time of sale*, along with all required documentation via the Audi Incentives Claims
Portal on iAudi under “Vehicle Sales & CPO” > “Audi Incentive Claims Portal.”
Required Documentation:
? OMD printout of SOLD Order with customer name and SOLD order sale type (customer name reported at the time of the vehicle being marked SOLD MUST be the
same as the customer who purchases the vehicle).
? New vehicle sales agreement (Lease Contract or Buyer’s Order) with Customer Credit Lock Program disclosed and customer signature.
? Digital Customer Consent Claim Form. (*Digital Customer Consent Claim Form must be created and signed by the customer at the time of sale, ensuring
acknowledgement of receipt of the incentive offer. This incentive offer will expire at the end of the program period and the Digital Customer Consent Claim Form
cannot be created after the incentive offer expiration).

Program Rules
Participation Eligibility 
› This incentive is valid to whom the car was ordered for, and members of the same household.
› Customer intent to purchase the vehicle beginning 3/4/2025. Vehicle must be marked SOLD on or before 3/31/2025.
› This incentive lock is exclusive to Customer Credit only and will not affect incentive amounts for any additional programs.
› Applies only to stated Model Year; lock will not apply to future Model Year vehicles unless specified.
› Order For Customer Name and buyer name must match or be in the same household.
