Program overview:

As long as the customer has a valid 2024 Q4 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate or e-mail version of the certificate the offer must be honored. The customer is assigned a unique customer offer ID/certificate number and is eligible as long as it has not been redeemed or expired.

Effective Date
Effective November 5, 2024 through December 2, 2024. Lease/Retail agreements must be dated no later than December 2, 2024 and must be processed by TFS by January 1, 2025.

Maturity Range
Eligible targeted lease maturities (see below) with an original or revised contract maturity date between October 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025 will receive a Q4 2024 Toyota Lease Loyalty certificate (with a unique customer offer ID/certificate number) via direct mail or email (depending on customer privacy selection). Eligible maturities: Camry (G/HV), Corolla (G/HB/HV), Rav4 (G/HV excluding Prime), Highlander (G/HV), Tacoma, C-HR, Avalon (G/HV), Venza maturities

Customer Eligibility
Qualifying lessees will receive a unique Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate offer (lessees that filed bankruptcy over the course of their existing lease are excluded from this program). Lessee remains obligated to pay all remaining monthly payments and any outstanding fees and charges according to the terms and conditions of their current TFS contract.
2.To redeem the offer, customers must:
    A.Obtain credit approval to lease or finance a NEW Toyota vehicle from dealer ground stock inventory and TFS during the program period.
    B.Customer(s) from the original lease agreement must complete one of the following:
        a.Submit their unique Q4 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate to the dealership, or
        b.Provide the unique offer ID/certificate number to the dealership, or
        c.Have the dealership confirm their eligibility & print the certificate from Signal, CSC or designated TFS Experience Center (EC)
    C.Sign and complete the iPlus Incentive Acknowledgment Form
    D.At least one customer* from the original lease agreement OR customer* from the same household must enter into a lease or retail agreement for a new Toyota vehicle assigned to TFS. *New customer must reside at the same address as that of the primary buyer from the original lease agreement. *If Co-borrower resides at a different address from that of the primary buyer on the original lease agreement, they will not qualify for a Loyalty certificate on their own.
3.Customers may:
    A.Return their current, open maturing lease vehicle within 30 days of their maturity date (Customer’s account must be paid in full to take advantage of the rebate offer).
    B.Keep their maturing lease until their scheduled lease maturity date (No stipulation on customer buying out their existing lease).
        ?Note: Customer is not required to turn-in their lease vehicle to take advantage of the rebate offer. However, customer must satisfy existing lease agreement obligations.
    C.Transfer rebate within the same household*. Limit one (1) certificate per lease or finance transaction.

Eligible Dealers
All participating Toyota dealers serviced by a TFS Experience Center (EC) (GST and SET dealers are excluded).

Eligible Vehicles
Qualifying customers can finance or lease any new, unused and unlicensed** Toyota model (including demonstrators with 20,000 miles or less) that is from dealer ground stock inventory at the time of purchase or lease, which must be during the program period.
**New and unlicensed, non-J carried in dealership ground stock inventory that are sold and reported (RDR’d) to the ultimate consumer during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.

Compatibility

To obtain the College Rebate benefits the customer must be (1) currently enrolled in an eligible degree program or be a graduate from an eligible school within the current Incentive period or within the two years prior* to the incentive period start date (2) provide proof of eligible degree status (3) provide proof of graduation all as defined below:
•Eligible School/Degree Programs: An “eligible school” is an accredited school in the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. An “eligible degree” is defined as one of the following from/with an eligible school:
oA four year undergraduate degree from a college, university or a registered nursing program; or
oA two year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or technical college or university; or
oA graduate degree or current enrollment in a graduate school degree program.
*Two Year example: Current Incentive period start date is July 2, 2024; customer must be enrolled or graduated within the PRIOR two years: July 2, 2022–July 1, 2024. Customer may also be enrolled or graduate within the CURRENT incentive period (July 2, 2024–July 31, 2024).
•Eligible Degree Status:
oCurrent enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate school degree program from an eligible school; or
oHave already obtained an eligible degree from an eligible school within two years (as defined above).

• If the customer fails verification, creating another account WILL NOT solve the issue and will only further complicate the process. The car buyer should contact ID.me Member Support for assistance.

1. At contract signing, furnish verifiable proof of present employment or proof of future employment, which will begin within 120 days of credit approval, with a salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and vehicle payments; and
2. Be approved for credit, and finance “the Vehicle” through a participating Dealer and Toyota Financial Services (TFS). During the last 24 months, all obligations on your credit report must have been paid within 60 days of the due date, and your credit report must not show more than $1,000 in total charge-offs.
3. To receive the College Rebate benefits, the signer or co-signer must meet all the College Rebate qualifications.

New: Rebate Reimbursement
Rebate reimbursement for the College Rebate offer will be processed by TMNA (HQ):
1.College Graduate Rebate MUST be selected in RouteOne (see RouteOne/eContracting Instructions below)
2.Properly disclose the rebate on the Lease/Retail Agreement. The Rebate must be applied towards either Amount Due at Lease Signing or Capitalized Cost Reduction on a TFS lease agreement, or towards the down-payment on a TFS retail contract.
3.Dealer submits the Incentive Application (IA) and RDR via Dealer Daily.
4.An eligible contract is booked by TFS.
5.The retail date on the RDR and Contract date must be within the incentive period.
•Reimbursements will be done through the iPlus system – via ACH or check (depending on what the dealer is signed up for).
•Payments will be processed weekly and available to reconcile via Incentive Status Portal on Dealer Daily.
Note: Not selecting College Grad in RouteOne will result in non-payment.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers a $500 cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1/B) or lease (Type Sale L/E) of an eligible vehicle. Eligible consumers include members of an eligible First Responder Association including: Police, Fire Department and EMT.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CONSUMER ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible consumers include: Police Officer, Sheriff/Sheriff’s Deputy, Correctional officer, State Trooper, Federal Law Enforcement Officer, Career Firefighter, Volunteer Firefighter, EMT and Paramedic.
Eligible customers must be in possession of a valid First Responders Validation ID that was generated from the 'Get Authorization Number' link which is located on each of the Brands First Responder website.
Customers must verify their First Responder eligibility by providing the following information:
First Responder Type, Organization, Full Legal First and Last Name, Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year) and email address.
If eligible, an instant validation with a First Responders Validation ID will be provided. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership.

Surviving spouses of eligible First Responders who died in the line of duty should generate a First Responders Validation ID by entering the following information on behalf of their deceased spouse:
First Responder Type, Organization, Full Legal First and Last Name and Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year). The email address of the surviving spouse should be entered to receive validation. Additional supporting documentation such as a copy of the death certificate and a letter from department human resources verifying the loss of life while on the job as either a Police Officer, Fireman or EMT may be required.
If eligible, an instant validation with a First Responders Validation ID will be provided. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership.

The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The retail purchaser’s order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicle’s purchase price, or in the case of a lease customer, as reducing the total lease obligation (12-month minimum lease term).
When the qualifying documentation presented bears a former or changed name, the customer must substantiate the former/changed name with a copy of legal documentation, (i.e., marriage certificate, divorce decree, court order). The dealer must retain copy of the name change documentation to verify customer eligibility.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
Dealers must validate a customer’s First Responders Validation ID through Incentive Configurator on DealerCONNECT.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order/purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers eligible consumers a $500 or $1,000 cash allowance coupon to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) or lease (Type Sale L or E) of an eligible vehicle.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Eligible customers will be contacted via the US Postal system or electronically. Only one coupon will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this coupon at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, FIAT or Alfa Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection.
Only one coupon can be applied to the retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle and only one coupon/allowance per person.
Lost coupons will be honored.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
Customers who are in possession of the original 2024 Jeep Brand Site Private Offer Coupon are automatically qualified to receive benefit under this program.
The coupon must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle.
The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant / business or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The coupon is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address and/or immediate family relationships required.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order / purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease, and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.
In the case of a lease, the minimum term must be no less than 12 months.
The cash allowance must not be combined with customer down payment or other dealer provided discounts.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
The 2024 Jeep Brand Site Private Offer Coupon must be retained by the selling dealer in the deal jacket for verification of this program. In the event of a missing certificate, a copy of the TDM inquiry must be retained in the deal jacket.
Dealers should verify a customer’s TDM eligibility and certificate number by using the Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry Application on DealerCONNECT under the sales tab. Proof of validation must be retained in the deal jacket.
The FCA Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) is also available to confirm the customer name appears on the galley list and is eligible. Only a customer whose name appears on the list is eligible to participate.
Any claim reported through DealerCONNECT without required proof of eligibility could result in a dealer chargeback, or non-payment of a dealer claim.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers a $500 cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1/B) or lease (Type Sale L/E) of an eligible vehicle. Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged).
Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans or veterans rated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as Individually Unemployable are eligible.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CONSUMER ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged). Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans are eligible.
Eligible branches of the military are: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps.

Effective May 19, 2022 a new Military Validation process is in effect.
Eligible customers must be in possession of a valid ‘Military Authorization Number’ that was generated either from the 'Get Military Authorization Number' or ‘Get Disabled Military Authorization’ link which is located on each of the Brand’s websites on the Military Bonus Cash page.
Customers must verify their military eligibility by providing the following information:
Active and retired military personnel: Status, Branch of Service, Full Legal First and Last Name, Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year) and email address.
Disabled military personnel: Branch of Service, Full Legal First and Last Name, Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year), Discharge date and email address.
Eligible active and retired military personnel will receive an instant validation and a ‘Military Authorization Number’ will be provided. Eligible disabled military personnel will receive a ‘Military Authorization Number’ following a document validation. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership. This code will be valid for sixty (60) days.

Surviving spouses of eligible military personnel who died in the line of duty should generate a ‘Military Authorization Number’ by clicking on ‘Get Military Authorization Number’ and entering the following information on behalf of their deceased spouse:

The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The retail purchaser’s order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicle’s purchase price, or in the case of a lease customer, as reducing the total lease obligation (12-month minimum lease term).
When the qualifying documentation presented bears a former or changed name, the customer must substantiate the former/changed name with a copy of legal documentation, (i.e., marriage certificate, divorce decree, court order). The dealer must retain copy of the name change documentation to verify customer eligibility.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
Dealers must validate a customer’s Military Authorization Number through Incentive Configurator on DealerCONNECT.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order/purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.

2023 MILITARY BONUS CONSUMER CASH

Program Description This program offers eligible consumers a Cash Allowance applied toward the Type Sale 1 or B or E or L of eligible
vehicles to residents of the states and counties listed in the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section.
Dealers must verify customer eligibility in accordance with the program criteria outlined in the Qualifying Program
Criteria section listed below and retain verification in the deal jacket.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer cash
incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as
Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Consumer Eligibility The conquest vehicle must be on the eligible list below and must have been titled for a minimum of thirty (30) days
to qualify for this program.
If the vehicle has already been turned in or was declared a total loss by an insurance agency, it must have been
within the last thirty (30) calendar days in order to be eligible.
The customer must meet all eligibility requirements and must be the primary user on the contract and named on
the Title and/or Owner’s Registration. The primary user of the vehicle must be the insurer of the vehicle.
The Stellantis brand vehicle must be registered and insured in the name of the eligible purchaser consistent with
the primary user name on the conquest vehicle or their immediate family member living in the same household.
A conquest VIN may be used on a maximum of five (5) new vehicle purchases/leases for the lifetime of the
conquest VIN. Up to five (5) vehicles using the same conquest VIN must be purchased or leased on the same day
from the same dealership location.

National Ford Conquest Bonus Cash

This program offers bonus consumer cash to current customers of the qualifying Stellantis vehicles 
below to be applied toward the Type Sale 1 or B or E or L of eligible vehicles to residents of the

Customers will receive a Ford Retail Order Bonus Cash Certificate for vehicles ordered under the following order types: 1, 3, A, X, Z.
- Dealers must register the customer/retail order on Customer Order Verification Program (COVP) website at cni.dealerconnection.com

Ford Division is announcing GM/Jeep Conquest Cash, effective October 1, 2024.


Effective October 1, 2019, a new enhancement has been added to the Smart VINCENT Integrated Sales Process allowing dealers to enroll directly from Smart VINCENT. When the prior VIN is matched to the new vehicle sale customer name and/or address, the claim is approved automatically. If during the lock or verification process you receive error code “prior vehicle ownership proof is required for validation,” dealership must submit documentation to Program Headquarters.
 Customers that currently own or lease a 1995 or newer Jeep or GM vehicle will receive Conquest Cash towards the purchase or lease of an eligible new vehicle.
- Dealer must enter the full vin of the customer's competitive VIN along with the Make (i.e.Chevrolet) and Model (i.e.Impala) in Smart VINCENT claiming system or the claim will be reversed.
- A competitive vehicle may be applied to one and only one new vehicle lease/purchase, even if two individuals are named on the title.

Ford Division is announcing RCL Renewal, RCL Renewal Secondary Verification, effective October 1, 2024.


Customers who come out of any eligible Ford RCL contract and purchase or lease a new eligible Ford vehicle are eligible for the below incentives. Incentive amounts vary depending on sales type. Please see the Terms and Conditions section below for complete details.
NOTE:
Customers who have previously terminated their lease up to 90 days prior to the sale date of the new vehicle are eligible. Customers must terminate their existing lease within 180 days after the sale date of the new vehicle to be eligible for this incentive.
This new service will provide faster response on Renewal Program enrollment requests.
