Retail Customer Bonus

1. Program Administration: Volkswagen will pay a customer bonus towards the lease or purchase of select new and unused Volkswagens
outlined below.
a. The Bonus may be used in conjunction with VWFS’ Standard Rate, outside financing or cash purchases.
b. The Bonus cannot be used in conjunction with VWFS discounted Modifier, Special APR or Special Lease programs.
c. It is the dealer’s responsibility to ensure the customer receives the benefit of the bonus by disclosing the incentive on the sales
agreement.
d. A customer claim form has been included. It does not need to be submitted for payment and must be kept in the deal jacket in
case an audit occurs.
Note: As VWFS makes special APR rates for Puerto Rico dealers through Popular Auto, Puerto Rico customers may select between
subvented APR rates through Popular Auto or the Retail Customer Bonus.

CreditApplication Process
1. Dealer submits credit application with special handling code “College Grad Program.”
2. Any Red Flag failures must be cleared prior to approval.
3. All original “Tier 2-3” credit tiers will be eligible for auto approval at “Tier 2” rates and advance.
4. All original “Tier 4 and below” credit tiers will qualify for “Tier 4”, but will be reviewed by a Credit Analyst for College Graduate Program qualifications and to ensure no derogatory credit is present.

Other Miscellaneous
• If Volkswagen Credit is not able to validate the supplied documentation within 5 business days, the funding package will be returned to the dealer unfunded.
• Any documents sent to our Credit Department will NOT be transferred or forwarded to our Funding Department.
• There will be no exceptions to the program eligibility.
• Customer is eligible for this program benefits once per degree.
• Qualification under this program is subject to verification prior to approval.
• No credit history required; however, established history must be in good standing with no previous derogatory credit.
• Monthly payment may not exceed 25% of gross monthly income.
• College Grad may be combined with Military/First Responder or DEPP.

Disclosures
• In order to participate in this program, the $500 bonus must be disclosed on the contract as shown below. NOTE: Amounts shown below increase when combined with other VWoA Customer programs.

College Graduate Program

Military, Veterans & First Responders Program

1. Program Administration: The customer must provide proof of eligibility and supporting documents to the dealer at the time of sale
and it is the dealer’s responsibility to ensure the customer receives the benefit. Upon proper reporting and claim submission according
to program rules, the dealer will be paid.
a. The dealer must itemize the bonus separately from all other applicable incentives on the sales agreement.
b. The reported date must be within the same sales month as the delivery date.
c. Only one bonus is applicable per VIN.
d. Customers are eligible to purchase or lease up to two (2) vehicles per year through this program

2. Eligible Vehicles: New, unused Volkswagen models that are eligible.

3. Eligible Sales Type: KOS 0. Vehicles enrolled in the VW Customer Mobility Program and sold as KOS 6 or 9 are eligible.

4. Customer Eligibility: The Military/First Responders, their family household members, and Overseas Military Sales Corporation (OMSC)
a. Military
i. Active Duty U.S. Military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard, and Active Reserve)
ii. U.S. Military Veterans (within 24 months of active duty): Someone who has served in active military and has been discharged
or released under conditions other than dishonorable
iii. U.S. Military Retirees: A former member of the military that has served 20 or more years.
b. Active First Responders: Police Officer, Sheriff/Sheriff’s Deputy, Correctional Officer, State Trooper, Federal Law Enforcement
Officer, Firefighter (career or volunteer), EMT, Paramedics, 911 Dispatcher/Operator
Ineligible Occupations: Retired First Responders, Registered Nurse, Ski Patrol, Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)
members, Volunteers in Police Service (VIPS), Search and Rescue, Emergency Management Volunteers.

5. Proof of Eligibility - Military
a. Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) – Can be photocopied and submitted
b. Form DD-214 Veteran documentation
c. Veterans must provide official documentation that verifies active duty within 24 months. This is commonly verified with LES.

6. Proof of Eligibility – First Responder: Department-issued ID (proving active employment). Certification documents will not be
accepted.

7. Program Compatibility:
a. This bonus amount may be used in conjunction with other VWoA and VWFS Programs (Lease/APR/Dealer Cash).
b. This bonus is compatible with the following programs: Auto Show, College Graduate, Contractor, Partner, Dealer Employee
Purchase Programs and future loyalty/conquest programs.
c. This bonus is not compatible with the following programs: Dealership Sale Program & Fleet

8. Claim Submission Requirements: After reporting the sale, the dealer submits the following documents through the Incentives
Management Console no later than 90 days after the sales month which the vehicle is delivered:
a. Claim Form: Completed with customer signature
b. Proof of Eligibility (as noted above)
c. Proof of Residency (if necessary): If the purchaser is not eligible, the dealer must validate that the purchaser resides in the same
household as the Military/First Responder personnel.
d. IMPORTANT: Please do not submit a US Military ID. We will not accept them as proof of eligibility. In addition, please redact, any
sensitive personally identifiable information before submitting any documents. Sensitive personally identifiable information is
defined by federal and state law, and could include, generally, but is not limited to: social security numbers, passports, drivers’
license numbers, other government identification numbers, credit card or other financial account information controlled under the
Gramm Leach Bliley Act, voter registration information, citizenship or immigration status, dates of birth, medical history or health
information, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, political opinions or religious beliefs, or information about a child under age 13.

6. VWGoA Employee Terms & Conditions:
a. VWGoA employees must accurately state who the certificate is for under the “Requested For” field.
b. VWGoA employees are limited to five (5) certificate print outs per month, totaling sixty (60) per year.
c. VWGoA employees are prohibited from accepting any form of compensation from Volkswagen Dealerships, anyone connected
with the dealership or any Friends & Family participant for sponsoring Friends & Family Purchases. This includes cash payment or
free or heavily discounted services, parts or accessories.
d. VWGoA employees are prohibited from giving a dealer permission to use their employee information for the dealer to sponsor
Friends & Family purchases.
e. The solicitation or acceptance of money, items of value or discounts from the Friends & Family price as defined in this document
from a dealer or anyone connected with or acting on behalf of the dealer in connection with the purchase of the vehicle under this
program is prohibited.
f. Any abuse or violation of this policy, the Friends & Family benefits or falsification of Friends & Family claim may result in
disciplinary action.

1. Program Administration: The customer must present their Partner Program certificate and proof of affiliation with the Partner
company or association to the dealer at the time of sale and it is the dealer’s responsibility to ensure the customer receives the benefit.

a. The dealer has final discretion on whether to sell a vehicle under the program.

1. Program Administration: The customer must present their bonus code email or provide the bonus code to the dealer at the time of
sale and it is the dealer’s responsibility to ensure the customer receives the benefit of the bonus by disclosing the incentive on the
sales agreement. Upon proper reporting and claim submission according to program rules, the dealer will be paid.
a. Only the certificate addressee or family members that reside in the same household as the addressee are eligible.
b. Each Auto Show Bonus Code has a pre-determined expiration date that gives each recipient approximately 90 days to redeem.
c. To support the intent of this customer bonus, each claim will be reviewed against our original email campaign data as well.

VW Contractor Program


VW Dealership Employee Program

1. Program Administration: Volkswagen dealership employees will be eligible to lease or purchase an eligible Volkswagen model at 13% below MSRP, defined as Base MSRP + MSRP of all options + destination charge (see below example.) If the dealership participates, it is the dealer’s responsibility to ensure the employee receives the benefit. Upon proper reporting and claim submission according to program rules, the dealer will be paid.

a. The dealer has final discretion on whether to sell a vehicle under the program.
b. The special program code “EMPLSE” must be assigned to the vehicle as the special program code BEFORE the vehicle is reported. Please contact your Sales Operations Manager or the Incentive Help Desk at (877) 299-0505 to assign this code.
c. The reported date must be within the same sales month.
d. Employees on payroll of Volkswagen dealerships or auto groups holding a Volkswagen franchise are eligible. The employee MUST be on payroll (no exceptions)
e. The employee must be on the contract as a purchaser or lessee. Others may also be on the contract. There is no requirement on the order in which co-signers are listed.
f. Dealership employees are eligible to purchase up to two (2) VW vehicles per year through this program.
g. Employee must retain ownership of the vehicle for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
Note: VWoA and VCI reserve the right to audit and chargeback the incentive if abuse of the program is discovered. Dealers will not be charged back on total loss vehicles paid off within twelve (12) months of funding date.

2. Eligible Vehicles: New, unused Volkswagen models, excludes ID.4 & Golf R.

3. Eligible Sales Type: KOS 0. Vehicles enrolled in the VW Customer Mobility Program and sold as KOS 6 or 9 are not eligible.

4. Program Compatibility:
• This bonus amount may be used in conjunction with other VWoA and VCI Programs (Lease/APR/Dealer Cash) and College Graduate
• This bonus is not compatible with the following programs: Auto Show, Fleet, Contractor, Friends & Family, Partner and the Dealership Sale Programs.

5. Dealer Commitment: The Dealership agrees to contribute 100% of both above and below the line margin and earnings. This will be accomplished in the following manner:
• Dealership contributes 100% of trading margin
• Dealership contributes 100% of margins earned at wholesale
• Dealership will not receive any earnings at retail for Delivery Allowance and Service Retention related programs
• Rate markups are not allowed
• Dealership Employee Purchase Program sales count towards the objective, but do not pay in volume based programs.
• After the sale, Dealership will be reimbursed 5.5% of the Total MSRP (not including dealer installed options)
• No reimbursement of LMA/LMF assessments. The dollar amounts will stay within their respective LMA/LMF budgets.

6. Claim Submission Requirements: After reporting the sale, the dealer submits the following documents through the Incentives Management Console no later than 90 days after the sales month which the vehicle is delivered:
• Claim Form: Completed with customer signature
• Proof of Employment: Paystub from VW dealer or group in the purchaser’s name dated within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
• Sales Agreement (if necessary): Validates if employee is co-signer when employee is not on the RDR.
• IMPORTANT: Only the employee’s name, paystub date, and dealership name on paystub are used to validate proof of employment.
In addition, please redact any sensitive personally identifiable information before submitting any documents. Sensitive personally identifiable information is defined by federal and state law, and could include, generally, but is not limited to: social security numbers, passports, drivers’ license numbers, credit card or other financial account information controlled under the Gramm Leach Bliley Act, voter registration information, citizenship or immigration status, dates of birth, medical history, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, political opinions or religious beliefs.
