Overview:
Dealer participation in the Program is entirely voluntary. If a customer requests the terms 
available under the Program, it is the dealer's option whether to agree to the sale on those terms.

NOTE: It is required that the You Pay the Same Program Claim Form be completed by a dealership 
representative and the Customer. It is then to be kept in the sales jacket with all other Customer 
information/forms.

Here's how the Program works:
•  This program is for Dealership employees, their families and friends.
•  The Customer chooses a new, eligible vehicle listed above from the dealer's stock and asks to 
purchase the car under the "You Pay the Same" program.
•  If a dealer wishes to make the sale under the Program terms and conditions, the dealership sets 
the price of the vehicle based on dealer invoice and then reduces that price by (i) current 
Customer Cash and Specialty Incentives (if applicable), and (ii) applicable Supplemental of $500 
for all new, eligible vehicles listed above available only in connection with the Program.
•  Sales reported for the "You Pay the Same" program must be reported with the KNA sale type. All 
other sale types are ineligible.
•  Both the Customer Cash and Specialty Incentives (if applicable) must be identified separately on 
the retail incentive form, as well as on the Buyer's Order.
•  Dealer is responsible for indicating application of the applicable Customer Cash on the Retail 
Incentive Claim Form and on the Bill of Sale, Buyers Order or Finance/Lease agreement. Customer may 
request to receive this incentive rebate in a check directly from the dealer as stated in Sales 
Policy dated November 2, 2021 and this election must be indicated on the Retail Incentive Claim 
Form.
•  Dealer is responsible for indicating application of this Specialty Incentive on the Specialty 
Incentive Claim Form and on the Bill of Sale, Buyers Order or Finance/Lease agreement. Customer may 
request to receive this incentive rebate in a check directly from the dealer as stated in Sales 
Policy dated November 2, 2021 and this election must be indicated on the Specialty Incentive Claim 
Form.

NOTE: If a customer requests a purchase under the Program and your dealership agrees to make the 
sale on the Program terms, the customer is not eligible for a Kia America, Inc. Low APR/Lease 
program for the sale.
The following terms and conditions govern each dealership's participation in the "You Pay the Same 
for Your New Kia as a Kia America, Inc. Team Member'' Program (the "Program").

Dealer participation in the Program is voluntary. If a customer requests the terms available under 
the Program, it is the dealer's option whether to agree to the sale on those terms.


KMA You Pay the Same


Qualification:
All new, eligible MY25/MY26 vehicles, excluding MY25 EV9.
Incentive Amount:                                         $500
Payment Qualification:
All new, eligible MY25/MY26 vehicles excluding MY25 EV9 sold with a sale type of RSALE, KAPR, KLSE, 
KNA, CSALE, or KFA.
•  Ineligible vehicles include any vehicle not indicated as eligible or any other vehicle in which 
curtailment has been paid.
•  Ineligible sale types include LSALE, INSUR, DBFLT, TDRIV, DBNLA, BRKR, AGED, CCP, ALTCP, FLEXM 
and FLEXZ.
Claim documentation submitted after the respective date will be subject to rejection and will be 
assessed an Administrative Fee. A Payment Exception will be required for the VIN in question to be 
eligible for Incentive Payment after rejection has occurred. The Payment Exception is subject to 
certification.
Note: The dates indicated above are the date documentation is required to be submitted by the 
dealership via the automated system. In the event that these dates conflict with any other Kia 
America, Inc. system, the dates provided in this Incentive Bulletin will govern.
Military Program
•  To be eligible for this program, Customers must be members in Active Duty, honorably discharged 
from, retired from, or on disability with the United States Armed Forces (including Reservists). 
Additionally, the spouse of those individuals is also eligible for this program. The eligible 
customer must be able to provide one of the following: a current Earnings Statement, a copy of 
honorable discharge papers or certificate, a bank statement indicating a pension or disability 
earnings from the United States Armed Forces or an official document indicating future pension 
eligibility. This includes those that have “national” status from another country and are serving 
in the United States military.

Lease Bonus Cash
• This Lease Bonus Cash incentive is eligible on select VINs and can only be used in conjunction
with a subvented Lease program through Kia Finance. (See the Retail Bonus Cash bulletin for

• RSALE, CSALE, KAPR, KNA, KFA, CCP, DBFLT, AGED, and SVC, as well as any other sale types, are not eligible for this incentive.

Retail Customer Bonus

A bonus will be provided towards the purchase or lease of an eligible model.
1. Program Administration: Volkswagen will pay a customer bonus towards the lease or purchase of select new and unused Volkswagens
outlined below.
a. The Bonus may be used in conjunction with VWFS’ Standard Rate, outside financing or cash purchases.
b. The Bonus cannot be used in conjunction with VWFS Special APR or Special Lease programs.
c. It is the dealer’s responsibility to ensure the customer receives the benefit of the bonus by disclosing the incentive on the sales
agreement.
d. A customer claim form has been included. It does not need to be submitted for payment and must be kept in the deal jacket in
case an audit occurs.
Note: As VWFS makes special APR rates for Puerto Rico dealers through Popular Auto, Puerto Rico customers may select between
subvented APR rates through Popular Auto or the Retail Customer Bonus.
2. Eligible Vehicles: New, unused Volkswagen models as outlined in bulletin.
3. Eligible Sales Type: KOS 0. Vehicles enrolled in the VW Customer Mobility Program and sold as KOS 6 or 9 are eligible when using
Standard Used/CPO rates only. KOS 6 & 9 will be paid upon VWFS contract data validation or 15 days after the sales month.
4. Eligible Finance Type: 4 – Cash/Non-VWFS, 5 – Standard Rate VWFS
5. Program Compatibility:

Retail Customer Bonus

College Graduate Bonus

The program will pay a College Graduate bonus as outlined below.

1. Program Administration: The customer must provide proof of eligibility and supporting documents to the dealer at the time of sale
and it is the dealer’s responsibility to ensure the customer receives the benefit. Upon proper reporting and claim submission according
to program rules, the dealer will be paid.
a. The dealer must itemize the bonus separately from all other applicable incentives on the sales agreement.
b. Only one bonus is applicable per VIN.
c. Customer is eligible for the program benefit once per degree.

2. Eligible Vehicles: New, unused Volkswagen models as outlined below.
New, unused VW models (excludes Golf R, ID. Buzz)

3. Eligible Sales Type: KOS 0. Vehicles enrolled in the VW Customer Mobility Program and sold as KOS 6 or 9 not eligible.

4. Customer Eligibility: Customer must be within six months of graduation or have graduated no more than 24 months prior to the date
of sale, from a 2- or 4-year accredited U.S. or Canadian college or university with one of the following degrees:
a. Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctoral, Nursing degree (RN or LPN)

5. Proof of Eligibility (examples below)
a. Copy of Degree or Transcript
b. Applicant must provide school name, address, and registrar’s phone number to allow for direct verification of enrollment or
graduation. Dealers should also verify legitimacy of school before providing documentation to VW.

6. Program Compatibility:
a. This bonus amount may be used in conjunction with other VWoA and VWFS Programs (Lease/APR/Dealer Cash).
b. This bonus is compatible with the following programs: Contractor, Dealer Employee Purchase Program. Volkswagen Experience
Bonus, Friends & Family, Partner.
c. This bonus is not compatible with the following programs: Dealership Sale Program & Fleet

7. Claim Submission Requirements: After reporting the sale, the dealer must submit all required documents without errors/missing
documents, through the Incentives Management Console, no later than the end of the following month after the sales month the
vehicle is delivered (i.e. a January sale must be done by the end of February)
a. Claim Form: Completed with customer signature
b. Proof of Eligibility (as noted above)
c. Sales Agreement: Validates if the College Graduate is on the sales contract.
d. IMPORTANT: Please redact, any sensitive personally identifiable information before submitting any documents. Sensitive
personally identifiable information is defined by federal and state law, and could include, generally, but is not limited to: social
security numbers, passports, drivers’ license numbers, or other government identification numbers; credit card or other financial
account information, including but not limited to information controlled under the Gramm Leach Bliley Act; voter registration
information; citizenship, national origin, or immigration status; dates of birth; medical history or other health information; race or
ethnicity; sexual orientation; status as transgender or non-binary; political opinions or religious beliefs; status as victim of a crime;
or information about a child under age 16.

College Graduate Program


VW Dealership Employee Program

1. Program Administration: Volkswagen dealership employees will be eligible to lease or purchase an eligible Volkswagen model at 13% below MSRP, defined as Base MSRP + MSRP of all options + destination charge (see below example.) If the dealership participates, it is the dealer’s responsibility to ensure the employee receives the benefit. Upon proper reporting and claim submission according to program rules, the dealer will be paid.

a. The dealer has final discretion on whether to sell a vehicle under the program.
b. The special program code “EMPLSE” must be assigned to the vehicle as the special program code BEFORE the vehicle is reported. Please contact your Sales Operations Manager or the Incentive Help Desk at (877) 299-0505 to assign this code.
c. The reported date must be within the same sales month.
d. Employees on payroll of Volkswagen dealerships or auto groups holding a Volkswagen franchise are eligible. The employee MUST be on payroll (no exceptions)
e. The employee must be on the contract as a purchaser or lessee. Others may also be on the contract. There is no requirement on the order in which co-signers are listed.
f. Dealership employees are eligible to purchase up to two (2) VW vehicles per year through this program.
g. Employee must retain ownership of the vehicle for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
Note: VWoA and VCI reserve the right to audit and chargeback the incentive if abuse of the program is discovered. Dealers will not be charged back on total loss vehicles paid off within twelve (12) months of funding date.

2. Eligible Vehicles: New, unused Volkswagen models, excludes Golf R, ID. Buzz, and MY26.

3. Eligible Sales Type: KOS 0. Vehicles enrolled in the VW Customer Mobility Program and sold as KOS 6 or 9 are not eligible.

4. Program Compatibility:
• This bonus amount may be used in conjunction with other VWoA and VCI Programs (Lease/APR/Dealer Cash) and College Graduate
• This bonus is not compatible with the following programs: Auto Show, Fleet, Contractor, Friends & Family, Partner and the Dealership Sale Programs.

5. Dealer Commitment: The Dealership agrees to contribute 100% of both above and below the line margin and earnings. This will be accomplished in the following manner:
• Dealership contributes 100% of trading margin
• Dealership contributes 100% of margins earned at wholesale
• Dealership will not receive any earnings at retail for Delivery Allowance and Service Retention related programs
• Rate markups are not allowed
• Dealership Employee Purchase Program sales count towards the objective, but do not pay in volume based programs.
• After the sale, Dealership will be reimbursed 5.5% of the Total MSRP (not including dealer installed options)
• No reimbursement of LMA/LMF assessments. The dollar amounts will stay within their respective LMA/LMF budgets.

6. Claim Submission Requirements: After reporting the sale, the dealer submits the following documents through the Incentives Management Console no later than 90 days after the sales month which the vehicle is delivered:
• Claim Form: Completed with customer signature
• Proof of Employment: Paystub from VW dealer or group in the purchaser’s name dated within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
• Sales Agreement (if necessary): Validates if employee is co-signer when employee is not on the RDR.
• IMPORTANT: Only the employee’s name, paystub date, and dealership name on paystub are used to validate proof of employment.

This program is designed to provide an incentive for employees and contract employees of AoA or VWGoA who finance or lease a new Audi vehicle
through Audi Financial Services (AFS). Participating dealers agree to sell eligible vehicles at MSRP less 12% plus any current and eligible retail
incentives. Dealers will receive a reimbursement of 6% of MSRP.

Claim Submission
Dealer must submit a completed and signed AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Form (specific to the individual) AND AFS CEPP Claim Form (available in
[Appendix]), along with all required documentation via the Audi Financial Services Funding Package.
Required Documentation: Vehicle invoice; AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Form (specific to the individual); AFS CEPP Claim Form.
Certificates for both contract and direct employees are available on the Corporate Sales Website (http://www.corporatesalessite.com/audi/) or on
VINNIE. Direct employees will need to enter their eight (8) digit employee number to access their form. Contract employees will need to obtain an
approval signature from authorized AoA/VWGoA personnel. Additional customer eligibility is subject to AFS approval.
Please see the sample copies of the AoA/VWGoA Eligibility Forms for additional details (available in the [Appendix]).
Funding packages must be received by the 15th of the month.

Program Rules
Participation Eligibility 
Subject to credit approval. All applicants must qualify under AFS standard credit underwriting criteria.
Eligible customers are current and active direct or contract employees of AoA or VWGoA.
The customer must present the participating Dealer a valid AoA/VWGoA Employee or Contract Employee Purchase Program
Certificate (samples available in [Appendix]).
Eligible individuals may purchase up to two (2) Audi vehicles per year through this program.
Dealer participation in this program is voluntary.

Other Rules No Rent Charge Factor or rate participation allowed. No flats will be paid.
Please remind customers that they must make at least 11 invoiced payments before paying their account off.
Vehicles must be leased or financed through AFS, with the employee or contract employee as the primary owner/lessee, and the AFS
account must remain open for a minimum of twelve (12) months.

Dealer reimbursement: 6% of MSRP paid by AFS after contract has funded.
AoA and AFS reserve the right to audit and chargeback the incentive if abuse of the program is discovered through early payoffs
within twelve (12) months of the contract date.
Dealers will not be charged back on total loss vehicles paid off within twelve (12) months of funding date.

  proof of membership with eligible association to be eligible to receive the ABP discount.

-Only one offer per VIN will be accepted and the combination of multiple ABP offers is prohibited.

-Association Benefit program incentives are reimbursed by Audi of America upon submission and

purchase was better than the month in which the vehicle is delivered. This lock will be available for the duration of the model year.

or lease of an eligible vehicle. All certificates expire at the end of the Sales Month the certificate was issued.

› Only Major League Soccer (MLS) players/select National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) players and employees of an MLS/eligible
NWSL organization are eligible for this program.
› Eligible NWSL organizations include: Washington Spirit, Orlando Pride
› MLS/NWSL- affiliated personnel must provide proof of affiliation such as paystub, business card, or other official documentation.
› This incentive applies to ONLY the MLS/NWSL-affiliated personnel, personnel’s spouse, or personnel’s children. Parents/siblings
(including in-laws) are NOT eligible for this incentive and cannot appear on the contract.
› The MLS/NWSL-affiliated personnel must be on the contract as a purchaser or lessee. Others may also be on the contract. There is
no requirement on the order in which co-signers are listed. All parties on the contract must have the same address to qualify.
Dealer
Requirements
› Dealer must disclose the discounted agreed upon value of the vehicle on the contract as equal to or less than the reflected selling
price in the Audi Incentives Claims Portal.
Program
Restrictions
› No Rent Charge Factor or rate participation allowed. No flats will be paid.
› MLS/NWSL-affiliated personnel are eligible to purchase or lease up to three (3) vehicles per year through this program.
› MLS/NWSL-affiliated personnel must retain ownership of the vehicle for a minimum of twelve (12) months.

Other Rules
› Audi of America reserves the right to audit and chargeback the incentive if abuse of the program is found in any way, including
through early payoffs within twelve (12) months of the contract date.
› Dealers will not be charged back on total loss vehicles paid off within twelve (12) months of funding date.
› Vehicles must be new, untitled, and unreported. Factory orders are NOT accepted.
› Vehicles must be sold and reported to an individual. Sales made under a business name are not eligible and will not be reimbursed.
› Sales under this program count but DO NOT pay in Margin Bonus.
› Dealer will be reimbursed 10% once the deal has been funded.
› Vehicles must be sold and reported during the same monthly sales period.
› Any unit found to be “unwound” or “reinstated” during or after the program period could result in a chargeback of one or more
units previously paid under the program.
› Audi has the right to amend or cancel this program at any time for any reason.
› The dealer review period for this program is open for sixty (60) days following the close of the end of the sales period. Accordingly,
all payment discrepancies must be reported to Audi by the dealer review period end date with no exceptions.
