Customer Eligibility

terms and conditions of their current TFS contract.
2. To redeem the offer, customers must:
A. Obtain credit approval to lease or finance a NEW Toyota vehicle from dealer
ground stock inventory and TFS during the program period.
B. Customer(s) from the original lease agreement must complete one of the
following:
a. Submit their unique Q4 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate to the
dealership, or
b. Provide the unique offer ID/certificate number to the dealership, or
c. Have the dealership confirm their eligibility & print the certificate
from Signal, CSC or designated TFS Experience Center (EC)
C. Sign and complete the iPlus Incentive Acknowledgment Form
D. At least one customer* from the original lease agreement OR customer*
from the same household must enter into a lease or retail agreement for a
new Toyota vehicle assigned to TFS.
*New customer must reside at the same address as that of the primary buyer
from the original lease agreement.
*If Co-borrower resides at a different address from that of the primary buyer
on the original lease agreement, they will not qualify for a Loyalty certificate
on their own.
3. Customers may:
A. Return their current, open maturing lease vehicle within 30 days of their
maturity date (Customer’s account must be paid in full to take advantage of
the rebate offer).
B. Keep their maturing lease until their scheduled lease maturity date (No
stipulation on customer buying out their existing lease).

Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

Ally is pleased to announce a Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program for dealers submitting Lease to Retail contracts to Ally.
When an Ally SmartLease customer exercises their option to purchase their vehicle and finances it through Ally the dealer will receive a cash bonus!

Eligible Dealers: All Automotive Dealers in All States

Eligible Transactions
- Used Standard Rate Retail Transactions
- Lease to Retail transactions Only
- The Lessee must purchase the vehicle they originally leased

Payment Details
- Ally will provide a cash bonus Lease to Retail payment when a lessee/co-lessee exercises their purchasing option and finances through Ally
- The payment is applicable to the dealers' state in which the transaction is completed
- The payment will be paid via the monthly Statement of Dealer Transactions (SDT)
- The payment is payable in addition to Minimum Participation and standard rate-based Dealer Finance Income and is not subject to chargebacks

Dealers must select 'Lease to Retail' in RouteOne and Dealertrack when submitting the Lease to Retail application to Ally.

• All documents must be received within 30 days of the purchase/lease
• Documentation received after 30 days will not be accepted
• All deals are subject to Region audit

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• The Dealership Associate Purchase Program Certificate must be signed by the customer, dealership General Manager and the eligible Associate when being applied to a sale of the eligible vehicle.
• This offer may be combined with all current Regional incentives on the eligible vehicles (Type Sales Code 01 only), Military/ College Graduate Programs.
• Type Sales Code 02 is ineligible.
• The dealer must use the value of the Dealership Associate Purchase Program Bonus Cash to reduce the amount financed, cap cost or final sales price for the customer.
• This reduction must appear as a separate line item on the contract or Buyers Order provided to the customer.
• The Dealership Associate Purchase Program Bonus Cash amount must be applied as a non-cash credit to the sales price or amount being financed – No payments may be made directly to customers.
• Must be on a TFS Contract

INELIGIBLE SALES
• All category “J” car and truck sales.
• All TMS Special Purchase Program (Type Sales Code 02) car and truck sales.
• Vehicles reported sold during the program period and subsequently rolled back.
• Vehicles sold in violation of Toyota’s export policy.
• Vehicles traded from one dealership to another are ineligible for the trading (sending) dealership.
• All vehicles sold to conversion companies.
• Vehicles sold to a broker, used-vehicle dealer, or any other reseller that are not delivered to the ultimate consumers during the program period.
• Vehicles that are not officially registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.
• Vehicles utilizing dealer or other similar plates which preclude the need to register the individual vehicle with the appropriate state motor vehicle department
• Vehicles placed in dealer demo service.
• Vehicles purchased through authorized Toyota auctions.
• For Sales/Travel contests, sales of more than 20 vehicles of the same series/model to any one account in the same program month
