Toyota Financial Services (TFS), in partnership with Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), is pleased to announce the 2024 Q4 Toyota Lease Loyalty Program!
Program overview:
•Program dates November 5, 2024 through December 2, 2024
•Lease maturities from 10/1/2024 through 3/31/2025 (eligible maturities are listed below)
•Certificates will be issued with a unique offer ID/certificate number LOY-Q424-xxxxxx
•Mail offer distributed on 10/1/2024, e-mail communication distributed on 10/1/2024
•List of eligible customers with a unique offer ID/certificate number will be loaded in Signal.
•Rebate offer is transferable within the same household. Limit one (1) certificate per transaction.
•Please note that the offer(s) available is what is in market at the time of sale and for vehicles delivered out of dealer ground stock inventory. Toyota does not guarantee past or future incentives.

As long as the customer has a valid 2024 Q4 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate or e-mail version of the certificate the offer must be honored. The customer is assigned a unique customer offer ID/certificate number and is eligible as long as it has not been redeemed or expired.
Please review the attached program guidelines for complete details. Should you have any additional questions concerning customer eligibility or contract questions, please contact your ASM at your designated TFS Experience Center (EC).

Effective Date
Effective November 5, 2024 through December 2, 2024. Lease/Retail agreements must be dated no later than December 2, 2024 and must be processed by TFS by January 1, 2025.

Maturity Range
Eligible targeted lease maturities (see below) with an original or revised contract maturity date between October 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025 will receive a Q4 2024 Toyota Lease Loyalty certificate (with a unique customer offer ID/certificate number) via direct mail or email (depending on customer privacy selection). Eligible maturities: Camry (G/HV), Corolla (G/HB/HV), Rav4 (G/HV excluding Prime), Highlander (G/HV), Tacoma, C-HR, Avalon (G/HV), Venza maturities

Customer Eligibility
Qualifying lessees will receive a unique Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate offer (lessees that filed bankruptcy over the course of their existing lease are excluded from this program). Lessee remains obligated to pay all remaining monthly payments and any outstanding fees and charges according to the terms and conditions of their current TFS contract.
2.To redeem the offer, customers must:
    A.Obtain credit approval to lease or finance a NEW Toyota vehicle from dealer ground stock inventory and TFS during the program period.
    B.Customer(s) from the original lease agreement must complete one of the following:
        a.Submit their unique Q4 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate to the dealership, or
        b.Provide the unique offer ID/certificate number to the dealership, or
        c.Have the dealership confirm their eligibility & print the certificate from Signal, CSC or designated TFS Experience Center (EC)
    C.Sign and complete the iPlus Incentive Acknowledgment Form
    D.At least one customer* from the original lease agreement OR customer* from the same household must enter into a lease or retail agreement for a new Toyota vehicle assigned to TFS. *New customer must reside at the same address as that of the primary buyer from the original lease agreement. *If Co-borrower resides at a different address from that of the primary buyer on the original lease agreement, they will not qualify for a Loyalty certificate on their own.
3.Customers may:
    A.Return their current, open maturing lease vehicle within 30 days of their maturity date (Customer’s account must be paid in full to take advantage of the rebate offer).
    B.Keep their maturing lease until their scheduled lease maturity date (No stipulation on customer buying out their existing lease).
        ?Note: Customer is not required to turn-in their lease vehicle to take advantage of the rebate offer. However, customer must satisfy existing lease agreement obligations.
    C.Transfer rebate within the same household*. Limit one (1) certificate per lease or finance transaction.

Eligible Dealers
All participating Toyota dealers serviced by a TFS Experience Center (EC) (GST and SET dealers are excluded).

Eligible Vehicles
Qualifying customers can finance or lease any new, unused and unlicensed** Toyota model (including demonstrators with 20,000 miles or less) that is from dealer ground stock inventory at the time of purchase or lease, which must be during the program period.
**New and unlicensed, non-J carried in dealership ground stock inventory that are sold and reported (RDR’d) to the ultimate consumer during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.

Compatibility
The Toyota Lease Loyalty Rebate is redeemable on either Standard or Special (subvened) TFS Lease or Retail contracts and is stackable with other TMNA incentive offers except for the 2024 Q3 Toyota Lease Loyalty Program and/or VSPP offers.

Program Overview

•The requirement to graduate within six months after signing a lease or finance contract has been removed from the program.

 Eligible Vehicles
All New* Toyota vehicles, including untitled dealer demonstrators with 20,000 miles or less.

Customer Eligibility
To obtain the College Rebate benefits the customer must be (1) currently enrolled in an eligible degree program or be a graduate from an eligible school within the current Incentive period or within the two years prior* to the incentive period start date (2) provide proof of eligible degree status (3) provide proof of graduation all as defined below:
•Eligible School/Degree Programs: An “eligible school” is an accredited school in the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. An “eligible degree” is defined as one of the following from/with an eligible school:
oA four year undergraduate degree from a college, university or a registered nursing program; or
oA two year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or technical college or university; or
oA graduate degree or current enrollment in a graduate school degree program.
*Two Year example: Current Incentive period start date is July 2, 2024; customer must be enrolled or graduated within the PRIOR two years: July 2, 2022–July 1, 2024. Customer may also be enrolled or graduate within the CURRENT incentive period (July 2, 2024–July 31, 2024).
•Eligible Degree Status:
oCurrent enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate school degree program from an eligible school; or
oHave already obtained an eligible degree from an eligible school within two years (as defined above).

Updated Process: Eligibility verification requirements:
• The customer MUST create an ID.me account and complete the verification process themselves. The QR Code on the left will take the customer to the ID.me+ shop page.
• DO NOT use the dealer/dealer associate email address to “help” the customer create the account. ID.me will detect these accounts and they will be suspended and flagged as “potentially fraudulent”. This may also cause the customer to not be able to verify their identity through ID.me.
• If the customer fails verification, creating another account WILL NOT solve the issue and will only further complicate the process. The car buyer should contact ID.me Member Support for assistance.
• ID.me is unable to discuss customer account information with the dealer. The customer will need to contact ID.me directly for issues.
• ID.me support can be reached by emailing help@id.me or via chat at https://help.id.me/hc/en-us/requests/new.
• ID.me Support Team is available to the customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is best equipped to handle issues involving ID.me registration and verification. To qualify for financing customer must also:
1. At contract signing, furnish verifiable proof of present employment or proof of future employment, which will begin within 120 days of credit approval, with a salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and vehicle payments; and
2. Be approved for credit, and finance “the Vehicle” through a participating Dealer and Toyota Financial Services (TFS). During the last 24 months, all obligations on your credit report must have been paid within 60 days of the due date, and your credit report must not show more than $1,000 in total charge-offs.
3. To receive the College Rebate benefits, the signer or co-signer must meet all the College Rebate qualifications.

Program Compatibility
The Toyota College Rebate Program is compatible with other special/subvened programs when the special/subvened program parameters permit the compatibility (please refer to your subvened program announcement for more details).
• Retail: Compatible with all standard features except the Military Rebate Program, Global Finance Pilot Program and Lease- End Refinancing Program. • Lease: Compatible with all standard features except the Military Rebate Program and Global Finance Pilot Program.

New: Rebate Reimbursement
Rebate reimbursement for the College Rebate offer will be processed by TMNA (HQ):
1.College Graduate Rebate MUST be selected in RouteOne (see RouteOne/eContracting Instructions below)
2.Properly disclose the rebate on the Lease/Retail Agreement. The Rebate must be applied towards either Amount Due at Lease Signing or Capitalized Cost Reduction on a TFS lease agreement, or towards the down-payment on a TFS retail contract.
3.Dealer submits the Incentive Application (IA) and RDR via Dealer Daily.
4.An eligible contract is booked by TFS.
5.The retail date on the RDR and Contract date must be within the incentive period.
•Reimbursements will be done through the iPlus system – via ACH or check (depending on what the dealer is signed up for).
•Payments will be processed weekly and available to reconcile via Incentive Status Portal on Dealer Daily.
Note: Not selecting College Grad in RouteOne will result in non-payment.

Customer Cash

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.Offer valid on all eligible purchases and leases on or after the eligible dates specified on  the first page of coupon.
2.Offer valid on any new, unused and unlicensed, vehicle (as specified on page one) purchased out of dealer’s ground stock inventory (Category “G”) during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department. Fleet purchasers are excluded.

4. If the certificate is to be used toward a down payment, the Customer must tender the signed certificate to the Dealer for processing.
5.If the Customer elects to receive the Cash Back Offer in cash, Customer and Dealer must complete and validate this certificate by filling in the appropriate information and signing where indicated.
6.Applications for cash payments must be received at Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. on or before : Deadline.

9.Ineligible sales:

•All vehicles sold to conversion companies.
•Vehicles sold to a broker, used-vehicle dealer, or any other reseller that are not delivered to the ultimate consumers during the program period.
•Vehicles that are not officially registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.
•Vehicles utilizing dealer or other similar plates which preclude the need to register the individual vehicle with the appropriate state motor vehicle department
•Vehicles placed in dealer demo service.
•Vehicles purchased through authorized Toyota auctions.
•For Sales/Travel contests, sales of more than 20 vehicles of the same series/model to any one account in the same program month

The following sales will be ineligible unless explicitly approved by Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc.
•Vehicles registered to any Toyota distributor or dealership or to any business corporation in which any Toyota distributor or dealership has ownership interest
•Vehicles sold to a Distributor-owned or Dealer-owned rental company.
•Sales of more than 20 vehicles of the same series/model to any one account in the same program month
•This offer is paid for by TMS and may not be used in conjunction with other TMS or Toyota Motor Credit Corporation offers.
•All certificates are subject to audit. Any rollback or invalid certificates will be charged back to the selling Dealer.
•All matters of program eligibility and qualification will be conclusively resolved by Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.

TFS Standard Lease Cash Program-Lease - NY


Charge Up New Jersey

The Charge Up incentive provides $2,000 to eligible New Jersey residents for the purchase or lease of a new eligible EV (https://chargeup.njcleanenergy.com/eligible-vehicles).

How to Qualify:
1. Be a resident of the State of New Jersey at the time of vehicle order, purchase or lease, which will be verified by the dealership or showroom via a current New Jersey driver’s license. Only a New Jersey driver’s license is eligible for residency verification. Utility bills, tax documentation, and other items with the applicant’s address will not be accepted.
    - Active-duty military members stationed in New Jersey, with permanent residency in another state, will qualify as satisfying the New Jersey residency requirement. Current military orders will be accepted as proof of residency documentation.
    - The FY25 program is limited to individuals only. Businesses and other commercial entities, governments, and public entities are not eligible for this incentive.

2. Remain a resident of the State of New Jersey for at least two (2) years after the Vehicle Transaction Date for the eligible EV that receives an incentive under the FY25 program. This requirement does not apply to customers with permanent residency in another state who qualified for the incentive because they were active-duty military members stationed in New Jersey at the time they ordered, purchased, or leased their vehicle.

3. Agree that the entirety of the vehicle transaction, including any placing of an order, for an eligible vehicle must occur on or after the official launch of the FY25 program on July 10, 2024, and in the State of New Jersey at a participating dealership or showroom.
   - Vehicles ordered in advance of July 10, 2024, the FY25 program launch, are not eligible for a FY25 program incentive.
    - A vehicle ordered, purchased, or leased, and/or delivered out-of-state, is not eligible for the incentive. This includes vehicles ordered online and delivered outside of the State; any vehicle ordered online must be delivered in New Jersey to qualify for the incentive.
    - New Jersey residents, or active-duty military members stationed in New Jersey, who place an order with a participating New Jersey dealership or showroom to deliver a vehicle in New Jersey will be deemed to have placed that order in New Jersey regardless of whether they were physically in the state at the time.

4. Agree that the Program Administrator will deem a purchase or lease completed when the purchaser or lessee of the vehicle has executed and signed a purchase contract, lease, or security agreement.

5. Commit to not modifying the vehicle’s emissions control systems, hardware, software calibrations, or hybrid system.

6. Retain ownership, or an active lease agreement, and registration of the vehicle with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission for a minimum of 36 consecutive months immediately after the vehicle purchase or lease date. Customers who lease their vehicle must ensure that their original lease agreement explicitly lists a term of 36 months or longer.

7. Acknowledge that they may receive only up to three (3) electric vehicle incentives from the Program throughout the 10-year period that the Program is active. By signing the agreement below, the applicant certifies they are eligible for this incentive and have not previously received more than two (2) during the program period.

Customers do not need to submit an application to receive the $2,000 Charge Up incentive. Simply visit a participating dealership and the incentive will be applied at the point-of-sale.

Ally will offer a CCRA on qualifying SmartLease ® or ComTRAC ® transactions for Toyota Dealers.

- Ally SmartLease CCRA must be disclosed on the Ally SmartLease Agreement in the same manner as OEM CCRA


- CCRA must be used entirely to reduce the capitalized cost of the lease and cannot be used for other upfront amounts due
- Ally CCRA must be disclosed properly on the SmartLease Agreement
- SmartLease CCRA must be disclosed on line 6b, “Rebates and Noncash Credits” and as part of the capitalized cost reduction disclosed on Lines 5a and Line 7b
- ComTRAC CCRA must be disclosed on the Cap Cost Reduction line and in the Initial Amounts Due section of the Schedule 1

Compatibility:
- Compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market (i.e., other CCRA promotions, Dealer Bonus Cash, etc.)
- Compatible with Reduced Admin Fee Promotions
- Compatible with Ally Dealer Rewards (Volume Targets & Reward)

Funding:
When dealer submits the draft, the draft amount should not include the amount of the CCRA. The dealer will receive the CCRA amount automatically through SmartCash as a “Misc. To Dealer” item after the contract is booked; when dealer does not submit a draft, dealer will receive the CCRA amount with the proceeds when the contract is booked.

Important Notes:
- When using NetQuote to estimate payments, manually enter the qualifying Ally promotional CCRA amount(s) in the “ Other Reductions ” field (if applicable)
- Standard DFI parameters apply
- A completed Contract Rate Verification form must be submitted with each contract package
