Ford Division is announcing GM/Jeep Conquest Cash, effective October 1, 2024.


Effective October 1, 2019, a new enhancement has been added to the Smart VINCENT Integrated Sales Process allowing dealers to enroll directly from Smart VINCENT. When the prior VIN is matched to the new vehicle sale customer name and/or address, the claim is approved automatically. If during the lock or verification process you receive error code “prior vehicle ownership proof is required for validation,” dealership must submit documentation to Program Headquarters.
 Customers that currently own or lease a 1995 or newer Jeep or GM vehicle will receive Conquest Cash towards the purchase or lease of an eligible new vehicle.

Ally is pleased to announce a capitalized cost reduction allowance (CCRA) on select new electric vehicles.
Ally will offer a CCRA on qualifying SmartLease ® or ComTRAC ® transactions for Ford Dealers.

Ally Standard or Incentivized SmartLease® Agreements or ComTRAC® Lease Agreements on Eligible Vehicles dated during the Program Period

SmartLease®
- Prime and Non-Prime

- S – C Tier
- 12 – 60 Month Terms
- Monthly Payment Lease
- Contract Residual must be at least 20%
- Ally SmartLease CCRA must be disclosed on the Ally SmartLease Agreement in the same manner as OEM CCRA


- CCRA must be used entirely to reduce the capitalized cost of the lease and cannot be used for other upfront amounts due
- Ally CCRA must be disclosed properly on the SmartLease Agreement
- SmartLease CCRA must be disclosed on line 6b, “Rebates and Noncash Credits” and as part of the capitalized cost reduction disclosed on Lines 5a and Line 7b
- ComTRAC CCRA must be disclosed on the Cap Cost Reduction line and in the Initial Amounts Due section of the Schedule 1

Compatibility:
- Compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market (i.e., other CCRA promotions, Dealer Bonus Cash, etc.)
- Compatible with Reduced Admin Fee Promotions
- Compatible with Ally Dealer Rewards (Volume Targets & Reward)

Funding:
When dealer submits the draft, the draft amount should not include the amount of the CCRA. The dealer will
receive the CCRA amount automatically through SmartCash as a “Misc. To Dealer” item after the contract is
booked; when dealer does not submit a draft, dealer will receive the CCRA amount with the proceeds when the
contract is booked.

Important Notes:
- When using NetQuote to estimate payments, manually enter the qualifying Ally promotional CCRA amount(s) in the “ Other Reductions ” field (if
- Standard DFI parameters apply
- A completed Contract Rate Verification form must be submitted with each contract package

Ford Division is announcing 2023 Escape Model Year Transition Private Offer, effective December 5, 2022.


Ford will be providing eligible customers who placed a COVP approved 22MY Escape retail order that went unscheduled with a private offer that can be applied toward the purchase or lease of a new 23MY Escape.
23MY retail order must be confirmed in the USOB on or prior to 1/3/2023 under the following Order Types: 1, 3, A, X, Z.

Ford Division is announcing 2024 First Responder Recognition Exclusive Cash Reward, effective January 3, 2024.

- Customers will now be directed to www.fordrecognizesu.com/firstresponder to register and be validated online for their First Responders eligibility according to the program rules PRIOR to purchasing their vehicle. Once verified, customers will receive a certificate number that will be used to claim the program in VINCENT.

- Dealers are not required to keep First Responder documentation proof in the dealer jacket. Documentation will be stored through “First Responder ID” and approved by the certificate number issued.

- Qualifying buyers will receive an exclusive cash reward good toward the purchase or lease of any eligible new vehicle.

- Final paid vehicles are NOT eligible.

Note: Vehicles must be in inventory as of (M/D/Y).
- Vehicles do not need to be reported sold in order to claim Final Pay. This program is based on the eligible vehicles being in your inventory on the Final Pay date and can be claimed without the vehicle being reported sold.
- If a vehicle was in another dealer's inventory at the time of Final Pay, you are not eligible for this program.
