LFS Lease Cash

PROGRAM GUIDELINES:
1. Customer is using subvened lease or retail financing offered through LFS (i.e. offer is not good with customer cash offers or retail financing done with financial institutions other than LFS) OR Standard lease/retail only if Special/subvented offers are unavailable.
2. Lease Contract term is less than or equal to 36 months on eligible models. Retail Contract term is less than or equal to 60 months.
3. Lease amount is being applied as a non-cash credit to the amount being financed (i.e. no payments will be made directly to consumers). Retail amount must be applied towards the Retail down payment.

DEALER REQUIREMENTS
1. The Dealer and Customer must complete the Lexus Lease or Retail Cash form.
2. On all lease agreements, the cash must be used towards the amount due at lease signing with any remainder towards the capitalized cost reduction. This reduction must appear as a separate line item on the contract worksheets provided to LFS and the customer.
3. Dealer must submit this original form and the retail or lease contract to the Dealer Funding Team for booking and payment.
4. Lexus will issue payment to Dealers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Offer valid on any new, unused and unlicensed, vehicle (as specified on page one) leased out of dealer stock during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department. Fleet purchasers are excluded.
2. Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
3. Offer void where prohibited.
4. Only the original signed certificate will be honored. Mechanical reproductions or facsimiles are not valid.
5. Ineligible sales:

All category “J” car and truck sales.
All TMS Special Purchase Program (Type Sales Code 02) car and truck sales.
Vehicles reported sold during the program period and subsequently rolled back.
Vehicles sold in violation of Lexus’s export policy.
Vehicles traded from one dealership to another are ineligible for the trading (sending) dealership.
All vehicles sold to conversion companies.
Vehicles sold to a broker, used-vehicle dealer, or any other reseller that are not delivered to the ultimate consumers during the program period.
Vehicles that are not officially registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.
Vehicles utilizing dealer or other similar plates which preclude the need to register the individual vehicle with the appropriate state motor vehicle department
Vehicles placed in dealer demo service.
Vehicles purchased through authorized Lexus auctions.
For Sales/Travel contests, sales of more than 20 vehicles of the same series/model to any one account in the same program month

LWA Special Lease Cash

Effective May 1st, 2025 to June 2nd, 2025, Lexus and Lexus Financial Services (LFS) are pleased to announce the Lexus Western
Area Standard Lease Cash Program. Eligible customers who lease a new, unused, or unlicensed eligible Lexus vehicle from dealer stock
through participating Lexus Dealers lease through LFS are eligible for the Lexus Western Area Standard Lease Cash Program.
Please refer below and to the Incentive Application via Dealer Daily for incentive amounts.

Effective Dates
Effective May 1st, 2025 to June 2nd, 2025
The contracts must be processed by LFS within 30 days of the program end date.
Eligible Vehicles
New*, unused and unlicensed Lexus Models from dealer stock.
*New and unlicensed non-J carried in dealership ground stock inventory that are sold and reported (RDR'd) to the
ultimate consumer during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.
Eligible Dealers Lexus Western Area participating dealers serviced by a LFS Experience Center (EC) / DFT’s.
Customer
Eligibility
Customers must:
1. Be approved for financing by LFS.
2. Lease a New, unused and unlicensed eligible Lexus vehicle through a participating Lexus Dealer and LFS.
3. Sign and complete the appropriate Lexus Standard Lease Cash form.

Lease contracts: Up to 60 Months

Dealer
Participation
Dealer participation eligibility is driven by program rate type (standard or subvened and retail or lease). Please
refer to the applicable rate letter for full participation eligibility details.
Cash
Reimbursement
• Lexus (HQ) will reimburse the dealer for the Standard Lease cash once the following is completed:
1. Dealer submits the Incentive Application (IA) and RDR.
2. An eligible standard contract is booked by LFS.
3. The retail date on the RDR and Contract date must be within the incentive period.
• Reimbursements will be done through the iPlus system- via ACH or check (depending on what the dealer is signed up for).
• Payments will be processed weekly and available to reconcile via Incentive Status Portal on Dealer Daily.



LWA Standard Lease Cash

Eligibility: 
Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., and its respective parent companies, divisions, affiliations, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees are not eligible to redeem this certificate.

Dealer Instructions: 
Apply this certificate toward the down payment or capitalized cost reduction. THE CERTIFICATE AMOUNT MUST BE CLEARLY STATED IN THE “REBATES AND NONCASH CREDITS” OR SIMILAR DESIGNATION ON THE CONTRACT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT. For lease and finance contracts, dealer must send the original qualified Lexus certificate AND a copy of the contract with the certificate amount STATED ON the line identified for “Rebates and Noncash Credits” or a similar designation. All certificates must contain the new model and VIN number and must be signed and dated by the customer to be valid. The customer must take retail delivery on or before the expiration date for the certificate to be valid. Retain a copy of the certificate for your files.

Customer Instructions: Offer valid for the person named above who purchases or leases an eligible new Lexus at a participating Lexus dealer. Offer void where prohibited. Negotiate your best deal first, and then give the certificate to your dealer who will apply the discount toward the purchase price, toward the down payment on a finance contract, or toward the amount due at lease signing with any remainder toward the capitalized cost reduction on a lease. On approved credit. Not all applicants will qualify. Customer must take retail delivery on or before the expiration date for the certificate to be valid. If your vehicle is purchased for cash or financed through a lender other than the dealer, the certificate will be applied to the cash sales price. This certificate is transferable within a customer’s immediate family (spouse or children) residing at the same address. Limit one certificate per any new Lexus. Eligible vehicle must be from dealer stock. This certificate may be presented at all participating Lexus dealers in the contiguous U.S. and Alaska.

Eligible Dealers
All participating Lexus Dealers serviced by an LFS Experience Center (EC); excludes Way360 dealers.

To obtain the College Reward benefits the customer must be (1) currently enrolled in an eligible degree program or
be a graduate from an eligible school within the current Incentive period or within the two years prior* to the
incentive period start date (2) provide proof of eligible degree status (3) provide proof of graduation all as defined
below.
Eligible School / Degree Programs: An “eligible school” is an accredited school in the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin
Islands or Puerto Rico. An “eligible degree” is defined as one of the following from an eligible school:
• A four-year undergraduate degree from a college/university or a registered nursing program; OR
• A two-year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or technical
college or university; OR
• A graduate degree or current enrollment in a graduate school degree program.

Eligible Degree Status:
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate school degree program from an Eligible School; OR
• Have already obtained an Eligible Degree from an Eligible School within two years (as defined above).
Updated Process: Eligibility verification requirements:
• The customer MUST create an ID.me account and complete the verification process themselves.
• DO NOT use the dealer/dealer associate email address to “help” the customer create the account. ID.me
will detect these accounts and they will be suspended and flagged as “potentially fraudulent”. This may also
cause the customer to not be able to verify their identity through ID.me.
• If the customer fails verification, creating another account WILL NOT solve the issue and will only further
complicate the process. The car buyer should contact ID.me Member Support by emailing Help@id.me
or via chat at https://help.id.me/hc/en-us/requests/new for assistance.
To qualify for financing the customer must also:
• At contract signing, furnish verifiable proof of present employment or proof of future employment, which
will begin within 120 days of credit approval, with salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and
vehicle payments; AND
• Be approved for credit by, and finance or lease “the Vehicle” through a participating Dealer and LFS.
During the last 24 months, all obligations on your credit report must have been paid within 60 days of the
due date and your credit report must not show more than $1,000 in total charge-offs.
• To receive the College Reward benefits, the signer or co-signer must meet all the College Reward
qualifications.

Customer Eligibility
Customer must meet all the following requirements:
1. Customer must be approved for credit and Lease or Finance a New eligible Lexus vehicle through a
participating Lexus Dealer and LFS.
2. Must be in current active-duty status in the U.S. Military (Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines, National Guard,
Coast Guard and active Reserve) OR a U.S. Military inactive reserve (I.e., Ready Reserve) that are part of the
Individual Read Reserve, Selected Reserve and Inactive National Guard; OR
3. An honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Military within two calendar years of their discharged date; OR
4. A retired U.S. Military veteran, regardless of the date of separation from active service; OR
5. A spouse/surviving spouse and dependents of an eligible U.S. Military personnel (including Gold Star Family
Members):
• Goldstar family members are family members of a fallen hero(s) and are also considered as household
and/or family member are eligible for this program.
