Funding:

Important Notes:

Volvo Cars, in conjunction with Costco Wholesale Corp. (Costco) and Costco Auto Program (CAP), are pleased to announce the May – June private targeted offer to Costco members. This offer is intended for the primary Costco member and their information must appear first on the vehicle paperwork. The Costco Affinity Bonus is eligible with purchase or lease of a new eligible Volvo.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:

PLEASE NOTE:
- All claims for CPO vehicles will be paid automatically on Sundry (on a one-month lag) based on proper validation of PIN on A-Plan website and RDR in the Used Car App. Pins that are not validated will not receive payment.
- When completing an A-Plan/Affinity sale with Retired Service Loaners/Courtesy Vehicles and Retailer Demonstrators, please ensure the PIN # and type of sale are correct in the Used Car App/Vista so you can claim for the incentive. This is not paid automatically via Sundry.
- When submitting a claim in CVM, ALL required supporting documents must be uploaded for the associated PIN type to prevent a chargeback (PIN & Pricing Worksheet, and, if applicable, Buyers Order, proof of address, marriage certificate).

Key Points to Volvo Affinity Offers: Eligibility
- Additional purchase eligibility is extended to the eligible individual’s spouse and/or members of their immediate household. The buyer/lessee and the Volvo PIN Participant’s legal home address must match the sales or lease contract. Co-buyers or co-lessees are permitted.
PIN & Pricing Agreements
- Will be generated after completing the Volvo PIN validation process.
- Both the Customer and a Retailer representative are required to sign the agreement.
- PIN and Pricing Agreements must be filled out completely and signed.

Conquest Bonus

Volvo Car USA is pleased to announce a Targeted Conquest Bonus for eligible customers that
currently own or lease any Tesla.

The Conquest Bonus cannot be combined with any Volvo Loyalty programs or VCFS Lease Pull
Ahead.

For current VCFS lease end customers who also own one of the competitor brands, the
conquest allowance is only applicable with a Lease Payoff. A Lease Pull Ahead does not qualify
for the conquest bonus.

The Conquest bonus is a Customer Allowance and must be disclosed to the customer as a
rebate.

Customer eligibility:
Individuals who currently own/lease any of the makes listed above. Members of the same
household are also eligible to provide proof of ownership on behalf of the purchaser. Proof
of same household residence must be provided prior to finalizing sales deal. A copy of this
proof must be retained with the sales deal and readily available should an audit by VCUSA
request such proof.
